So glad I stumbled upon this place! My friend and I were out looking for boba however that’s the last thing we got. They do have a good variety of tea for all you boba lovers but the affogato caught my eye. It was creamy and smooth with good quality vanilla ice cream. I asked for a mocha with latte art and got a swan! I was very impressed with how it looked. Very professional. My friend got the chocolate gelato and classic chocolate cake. The gelato was superb! It had a rich dark chocolatey taste with chocolate chips. The cake looked like it would be overly sweet but it turned out to be perfect! A really good combination of chocolate ganache, chocolate sponge cake, and I think it was chocolate butter cream icing. The chocolate covered crisp on the top were a nice touch.

One of my favorite boba places! It is close by and their silky milks are awesome! I always get their strawberry silky milks and I have gotten my friends addicted to that drink.

The only thing that I ordered here is the honey toast wall dessert. I love the chocolate flavor. It’s big, it’s guilty, but it’s awesome! :D

Damn can this place get any busier?! My cousin and both our moms decided to come here after Christmas in the Park because we were both craving something sweet to eat. And boba. Mostly for the boba. This place is near apartments so I guess you can say the parking lot is somewhat shared between the surrounding businesses and the tenants. A bit of a pain, but as long as you’re not hoping for close parking then there’s no real worry. I just ended up parking in the far back and walking a bit. First impression: oh. One short sweep around the store and you saw everything. There was a good amount of tables and chairs around but it was so packed that getting a table took a little while but we ended up snagging a corner table next to the bathroom which is unisex by the way. The menu wasn’t extensive and I ended up ordering their earl grey milk tea hot and the green tea honey bread I believe. Their earl grey milk tea was strong in flavor and warmed me up while the honey bread was a tad too sweet, but still looked good presentation wise. Between the 4 of us, the bread was easy to devour. Overall: come back? Maybe if I’m ever in the area again. It gets packed fast at night so be warned if you want to dine in!

Pricing’s a little up there, but this is one of my favorite tea spots in the Bay Area. The complicated, dessert-esque drinks are not my favorite here. If I made a review on those, the stars might have been a different count. Eheh. But, give me a simple Jasmine, Green, Oolong or even EARLGREY(this is new) milk tea with pudding and you got me a happy girl! Drinks come out relatively quickly too! Woot! Bonus!

Tried the original silky milk today w aloe and coconut jelly. So good! Will try again. Maybe taro next time. Wish there were signs that said if things had no caffeine for us folks sensitive and want a drink later in the day.

seeing as I’m always around the Main Street downtown area of Cupertino, it’s a surprise that I haven’t yet been to Café Lattea. I usually drive by the shop while going to other places or running errands n never thought to go by n try something there. last week I finally took the time to go n found out the hard way that during my lunch hour is definitely the WRONG time of day to go enjoy a cup of latte. I walked in just when a horde of high school students walking from Cupertino High School rushed into the store ahead of me. I guess they must want to get their teas for lunch before their next class starts.(don’t they want real food for lunch??) hey, I’m all for open campus, but the line was ridiculous. I’m on a time crunch too right? when I finally got my drink, it was wrong. they made me a regular latte when I had ordered a taro latte. I told them it was wrong so they made me the right one. I think the baristas probably were too flustered by amount of ppl in line, but they should b used to that by now. the location of Café Lattea is on Stevens Creek Blvd right next to Main Street downtown. it’s right in front of some apartment buildings n there’s a Cream store next to it. the parking is not really great. there’s only maybe 8 spaces reserved for the retail shops in the front n all the other spaces r for the ppl who live in the buildings in the back. so it’s a hit or miss when going to the café. my taro latte was sweet, but not overly sweet. the consistency isn’t the creamy kind I thought it would b. it was thin which leads me to think they used powder. it was ok for something I’ve never tried before. it wasn’t «blow my mind» amazing. perhaps I’ll go back again to try something else; maybe a milk tea or a regular latte. I will definitely remember not to go during around noon on a weekday when school’s in!

The boba shop is in a little plaza with plenty of parking space in the nearby parking lot! Inside is pretty spacious with many tables to sit and chill with your friends. There are also tables outside! Drinks wise, I tried the regular milk tea but I tried a little of my friend’s rose tea and roasted oolong milk tea and they were pretty good! But I heard that the silky milk was worth trying so I want to try that next! Drink size is fairly large.

My friends and I came in just for the honey toast. We decided on the Matcha Temptation for $ 8.99 — honey toast adorned with mostly matcha ice cream, strawberries, red beans, and whipped cream drizzled with chocolate syrup. There’s a small cup of honey on the side. The toast was smaller than I thought! It looked a lot bigger in photos so my friends and I were worried we would be in pain after… haha. Despite having lunch already, the 3 of us destroyed the honey toast without trying. I can say this can be shared between 2 people as well. I’m looking forward to trying the other honey toast variations! Sesame honey toast, I’m coming for you next. The whole atmosphere of Café Lattea makes a good hangout spot for friends to just sit back and chat but it can get really crowded during peak hours. My friend and I wanted some dessert after lunch so we stumbled upon this place. I’ve seen this place on Unilocal and Instagram every now and then, and thought their desserts and drinks were super cute! It was pretty packed when we arrived so I am pretty sure this place is popular. My friend and I had a pretty decent sized lunch so we didn’t want to get the toast because we knew we wouldn’t finish it with just the two of us. We ended up ordering the one Taro Latte, one Green Tea Latte, and a Red Velvet cake. The staff was very accommodating when we asked for a specific latte art. He was so nice and kind in making us what we wanted. He thought he messed up, but he didn’t! It’s still super cute! Plus points for that! Overall, the place is cute and it’s a great place to hangout. The only thing I don’t like is the parking and the lack of tables inside the café. But it’s a great place with decent drinks and food.

I’ve been here twice in a week after discovering this little gem! My first visit, I got an earl grey tea latte with raspberry red velvet cake. The latte was brewing with amazing earl grey flavor but I wouldn’t say this is my favorite place for here. The red velvet cake was beyond my expectations though! I expected it to be overly sweet but it was light and the raspberry flavor was a surprising but excellent touch! The second visit, I got the Oreo honey toast! It’s been a long while since I’ve had a honey toast dessert and I loved it! Plus Oreos?! What’s not to love! Like all honey toasts, expect the insides to be super soft and fluffy but the outside will definitely be rougher. They had a honey dipping sauce on the side which was nice for when you run out of ice cream! I’d definitely be back. Easy to find parking but sometimes a little difficult to find a seating area.

4STAR. Café LaTTea is a great milk tea joint if you want to grab a quick drink and hang out for a few minutes with a small group! Located conveniently right on Stevens Creek(basically on the intersection of Wolfe and Stevens Creek) in Cupertino, Café LaTTea has become one of my new favorite milk tea joints(I haven’t tried any of the desserts or food options yet). I went for the first time a few weeks ago with one of my coworkers, as we were having a really long week and decided we needed some pearl milk tea. I enjoyed it a lot the first time, so I came back for more this week. Both times I went, I got the pearl milk tea($ 3.85). It already comes with the tapioca pearls(boba), and you get to choose what TYPE of tea you want in your drink. I was pretty blown away by this, because normally you don’t have a choice when you go to a place like Tapioca Express, Verde, T-Pumps, etc. You get to choose from 4 types: green, black, oolong, or earl gray tea. I’ve gotten green tea in mine both times, and it’s been terrific. You can taste the tea in your drink, unlike many of my other go-to milk tea joints in the South Bay Area. Also, did I mention that this is a FiveStars joint? You can keep track of your drinks and for every 10 that you get, you will earn a free one. I love places that have perks like this… makes you want to bring big groups of friends with you! :P I only have a few issues with Café LaTTea: 1. It’s always so hard to find parking in that lot, since it is in a complex shared by offices and surrounding apartments. 2. There isn’t that much seating inside of the café… there is some outdoor seating, but it’s pretty tough to grab a table in there. 3. No cell phone service(or WiFi) while inside the café, so I can’t even bring my computer to do work there if I wanted to. It’s one of those«grab a drink and head back» type of places. Other than that, it’s a decent milk tea/boba joint for me, and I’ll be back. I just hope I can find a parking spot!

Best milk tea place in the area! We have tried multiple milk tea places, such as Fatisia, Tea Era. All of them are too sweet and have no tea taste. You can choose flavored tea or milk tea. In addition, you may select hot or cold and the sweetness. Also we tried the pistachio crunch, which is a combination of honey toast, pistachio ice cream and fresh fruit. It was very presentable and delicious! It is a great place to hang out with friends or just relax.

This place serves really good tea with or without milk! My personal favorite is strawberry peach tea with aloe and basil seeds. They also have different types of dessert that you might want to enjoy inside the comfort of the store or outside on the patio. The MASTERPIECE is a must try! This is a good spot to take someone on a date or with friends to catch up. Also, specify if you want your drink hot cold. If not, the baristas won’t be happy. lol

I absolutely love this place. Aside from finding coffee shops, I love looking for the best boba ever created. Café Lattea has been the reigning champion for quite some time now. Upscale, modern, clean. I used to study here when I went to DeAnza, staff is always pretty friendly. My go-to drink: original silky milk with pearls and egg pudding. (I can’t stand when all the loud and obnoxious teenagers congregate all at the same time though. But I guess we share a common interest– that Café Lattea is THEBEST!)

Love this place. A more upscale-looking milk tea place. I have tried the taro latte and green tea latte in the past and was not disappointed. This time around, got to sample a few of their desserts. The desserts are spot on. We ordered the red velvet cake, berry rouge, and the New York cheesecake. The red velvet was pleasingly sweet and moist. The berry rouge — whipped raspberry cream with berries folded in all wedged between two raspberry macarons — was a great summer treat! The crust of the New York cheesecake has walnuts in it, so for those who have a nut allergy, you have been warned. So many more desserts and drinks to try for another day.

Tried this place again today around noon time. There was a good crowd of people inside and out. We tried their matcha honey toast with green tea ice cream and red bean paste. It wasn’t too sweet, and the toast was very yummy. Enough portion as a meal or shared between two people. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and dessert. Will come back again to have the honey toast.

You must order the Honey Toast!!! It’s gigantic and should be split amongst 3 – 4 people. Sooooo good, but I don’t have anything to compare it to since honey toast isn’t a thing on the east coast. We ordered the Matcha Temptation Honey Toast(green tea ice cream, red beans, strawberries, kiwi, canteloupe, love letter straws, fudge syrup). The outer bread bowl is tough, so inedible, but the inner toast is perfect. I just gained 50 lbs writing this. This dessert is ridiculous. Their café latte artist wasn’t working when we swung by, so all they could draw was a heart on lattes that night. Hhmph.

$ 10 minimum for credit card !!! Came here right before it closed, and they were still able to get me a beautiful bear latte art, even though they had to give it to me in a paper cup instead of a mug. I ordered the taro latte(solely for the purple background lol), and the lady with a cool blonde stripe in her hair was just like, «you want a bear huh??» and I was like«YESSSSSS!!!» I got it with half sugar and it was perfect and foamy and lightly sweet and delicious and cute … The red velvet cake was super delicious also !!! Not ridiculously sweet and very moist. And then I had to order a macaron b/c I didn’t hit $ 10 dollars yet but needed to use my credit card. I also tried the milk tea and it was good with a strong tea flavor. Good hangout area :-) And would definitely come back for cute bear art yayyyyyy

An average place to get boba. The quality is consistent and the setting is always clean. A common place for students from the local community college to study. The brick toast is pretty good for dessert. Make sure you are splitting that with someone. It’s a lot. Price: Kinda pricey for boba. $ 4 – 5 Parking: a good amount of parking & huge lot in the back… Overall: Pretty good. Will return when in the area.
