Lance Chang has a tendency of over-​promising, and he will make use of you to his cunning ends. We bought a house with him as our realtor. During the buying process, he had us believing that he knows everything, and we gave him a lot of trust in placing the bid according to his recommendations. It was only after we took ownership of the house that we realized he had talked us into over-​paying for a house and waiving basic things like home-​warranty, even though the old furnance in the house was 50 years old. 2 weeks after we moved in, the furnance failed and we had to spend thousands of dollars to get a new furnance — which we wouldn’t have to if we had kept the home warranty in our offer. He also convinced us to pay way over asking price for the house in a declining market. Of course we won the bid, but I’m sure we could have gotten it at a lower price — but price was probably the least of the problem we have with him. After we bought the house, he strongly recommended us an electrician to do some wiring for us. The electrician came and damaged our walls by drilling incorrectly, and then the electrician bolted and never came back because he realized his mistakes would cost too much for him to fix. Thanks a lot, now we have to spend more money to fix the damage. It was only after this incident that we realized that Lance was using us as a guinea pig to test this new electrician that he had found. Please realize that If you deal with Lance, the only person who would benefit is him.

So far so good, we signed a lease with these guys over the weekend, and Lance Chang has been one of the most professional people I have ever worked with. He is on time, and on top of everything. I would do business with Lance again in a second.
