Jade Galore

We made a customized jade bale in this Cupertino location for my husband. The girl has been talking to me about the 24K yellow gold the whole process and charged us $ 280 for that bale less than 1 ounce. After we got home, I feel it really doesn’t look like 24K gold and saw the stamp on the gold 18K. Then we noticed they didn’t give us a itemized receipt. The receipt only says the value and didn’t even say what it is for. We tried to go back to find them on Mon. since they were closed on Sun. But we had bad luck, they were closed again on Mon. We went to Milpitas location. The store manager Christina is really good and helped to talk to Cupertino. It turned out 24K was a misunderstanding. I don’t have any evidence to show I ordered the 24K instead of 18K. Later Christina at Jade Glore Milpitas helped me to get refund for the difference between 24K and 18K. Cupertino site didn’t help anything.

I bought a Rolex Daytona for myself and a 2.04 carat princess cut diamond for my wife back in 2008. The owner helped me out. He is super nice and friendly. He’s also a very reasonable business man. He gave me a fantastic package deal and both my wife and I have been very happy with our pieces. I also get recognition and free cleanings every time I go back. I really like these folks. They are a great and dependable shop for those who need their jewelers to stick around.

Most overpriced store of its kind. Be wise and save your money by shopping elsewhere.

Came over here to buy my Rolex Submariner. Fang helped me out and was super helpful in both the price, and service. I shopped around, and still came back to Jade Galore because they had very nice prices.
I’ve recommended two friends who’ve both purchased Omega Seamasters there and have had the same excellent service. When my Rolex had an issue, I took it to Jade Galore for service. They remembered my name, and was very cordial in the process. Definitely great service.

Caveat Emptor. My husband ordered an Omega for an anniversary gift. When it arrived, the contrast between the dial and hands was insuffcient, so you couldn’t tell them time. Jade Galore refused to exchange the watch. After lots of hassle they reluctantly agreed to sell us a new face for almost $ 1,000. It took almost 4 months for the watch to arrive back with the new darker face installed. I put the watch on for the first time at 10:00am, at 2:45 pm the watch had stopped working. It’s now enroute back to Omega for repair. We’re out thousands, Jade Galore has the money, Omega has the watch. I would not recommend Jade Galore or Omega to anyone.

I bought a diamond Rolex here a few years ago, and recently a link on the strap had broken. I took it back expecting to pay a repair price. They took it to the back and repaired it for free. That was nice customer service. It was interesting that they didn’t even ask me for proof that I had bought it there, and just took my word. Very nice.
I agree with the prices. I had done a lot of comparison shopping before my purchase and they were the best. I have also bought a Longines there for my mother and it has run flawlessly since.

I just bought my first Rolex here less than one week ago. GMT-​IIc.
After they knew I was seriously looking for a Rolex, the pulled out the GMT-​IIc that was not even on display.
I know I got a great deal, because the same watch, pre-​owned, was selling for the same price at another store.
I went with a friend of mine that has purchased a couple watches there, so they knew I was legit. It also helped that he understood Chinese. He assured me they wanted my business and were impressed with my questions and tact.
I can’t wait to buy my next watch. It will most definitely be from Jade Galore.

If you know how to bargain the Chinese style, you get good deal here. I think that is typical in most Chinese Jewelry stores, you should NEVER pay the tagged price. Also they don’t often display their best gems in the store front. They’d show the best collections to you only after you’ve established a good relation with them. i.e. spend more before you will see the best quality stuffs. :-)
The family who runs this store had been in jewelry business for many years. They started in San Francisco Chinatown. Three brothers each runs a jewelry store in SF Chinatown. I heard that Regal Jewelry (Long Cheung in Chinese) on Washington in Chinatown is run by one of the brothers, the other brother runs Wong Koong (Crown) Jewelry on Jackson. The more successful brother expanded his Jade Galore business to the South Bay where all the silicon millionaires are. The original Jade Galore is still in San Francisco Chinatown. The two other locations are in Milpitas Square and this store in Cupertino Village.
He got so rich in the south bay that he expanded his business into different areas too. He also owns Dynasty Restaurants, Alexander’s Steak House, the Vallco Fashion Park Shopping Mall etc. etc.

White boy Mandarin warning; AI OOOOO… That’s my favorite word when I’m negotiating in Beijing, HK, Shenzen or in this case Cupertino Village better know as Ranch 99/​China village! This is a hard core Chinese place, never thought that I would ever buy anything here. But, one day recently, I ended up here with my friend Hong to get a watch sized and ended up buying a beautiful pair of emerald/​diamond earrings for my GF. If you don’t like to negotiate (I love it) then you probably won’t get a very good deal here. I was very impressed by the quality of merchandise here and my sales woman didn’t even blink when I asked to take the earrings outside to see them in the sunlight! I was very happy with my purchase and today my GF is EXTREMELY happy with her earrings. I will definitely be back to «Jade Galore»…Zaijian!
