Jamba Juice

Last night I went this place, order a smoothie. Wait for almost 30 mins then I got this WATERY so call smoothie. I ask they to fix it, came back the same. It’s not a smoothie, more like a juice. And they don’t even fix it when I asked… Maybe it’s a new employee, but someone need to train her how to make smoothie before let her do the service.

Came in here with my boyfriend and was immediately greeted by a super friendly employee, in which I thought yes you are getting five stars on Unilocal.The employee who took out order was very nice and that is something I rarely see at any of the other Jamba locations. Anywho I ordered an orange dream Machine and my boyfriend ordered an acai primo bowl. My boyfriend doesn’t like strawberries so he told the guy to not include strawberries. The guy who took our order punched it in and repeated it, making sure it was correct (which it was). Our order was called and as we picked it up, my boyfriend looked at his bowl all weirdly as we were leaving Jamba. Before we got in the car he noticed that there were no blueberries. However he was too nice to go back in and say anything. So final thoughts on this Jamba location, it is very nice because of the employees and because of the spacious parking but there were no blueberries. My bf said NO STRAWBERRIES NOT NO STRAWBERRIES AND BLUEBERRIES. So to the girl/​guy who made my boyfriend’s bowl (I saw you), you suck. I could say more but I’ll be generous today.

I’ve been here twice, and the first time was excellent essentially exactly what you’d exspect from jamba juice.
The second time however was a little different. The AC was either broken or off and it was grueling hot inside the store (easily 80 degrees). There was only one person in front of me who had ordered 2 drinks, and the wait time was roughly 15 minutes. I THINK that they had some ordered that may have been done in an app but just to get 3 drinks done I was in the store a good 20 minutes.

Name called up, employee tries to put on lied, failed, hands it to me anyway. I understand that it was too full, but take the extra mile and put it in a bigger cup for the customer. Especially since I added 2 scoops of protein, the proportions were going to come out bigger. Ended up making a mess on my hand and my car. Drink was decent but should be getting better service for a $ 6+ drink.

Friendly staff, tasty smoothy!

I’ve been here A LOT of times, especially when I was younger, but this review is solely based on my most recent experience here. My friend and I wandered in at around 8 pm on a Saturday, so it wasn’t busy at all. I had just had a pretty heavy dinner (Kobe Phở nearby) so I was looking for something lighter — a juice. I ended up getting the Veggie Vitality, which turned out AMAZING. I absolutely loved both the taste and texture of the drink, which kind of surprised me because the ingredients (carrots, apples, other greens) doesn’t sound like the most appetizing combination. The service was quick, too, which I appreciated. My only complaint is for the price…$ 5 for a 12 oz juice? I’d probably still come here occasionally, but not as frequent as I would have liked.

Wow. Pretty impressed with the costumer service I got today for my first time here. Katia was the cashier and helped us out with the drinks. Then my daughter wanted another drink and Hannah helped us out right away and gave us a big discount on the drink. They were both super nice and helpful. I give them 10 star for their superior costumer service. They kept the place pretty clean and nice too. I will be back.

Very poor customer service. A team leader had ordered a few drinks. Two of us were in line behind her. 15 or so players walked in after those of us in line and she insisted their orders must go through before everyone else. No effort by any member of the staff to manage the situation or help the small orders simultaneously.

The peach perfection is always a good go to. Considering it’s supposed to be winter, it’s like 70 degrees F outside. So the icy cold beverage is what was needed. The cash register guy is super friendly, maybe overly so. Kids in the back kick out the drinks fairly fast. Good quick chilled fruit fix.

Sometimes you can’t explain the experience you get with good customer service but I’m going to try.
Picture if you will a place, what kind of place? A fruit smoothie fountain of delights kinda place. I entered this sacred place and was greeted by a Valkyrie by the name of Jennifer, she greeted me and recommended a juice of the highest nutritional caliber, it tempted me but I had already had one in mind. I got the White Gummy.
It was being prepared with such care and precision that I had in my mind imagined they were crafting a master piece. As soon as I took my first sip my taste buds exploded with the sweet sweet pallet of flavor. I almost fell to the ground with the shock my body took from it. As I regained my footing I thanked this Jamba Juice Craftsmen and left satisfied that «Everything was going to be ok». (Best experience eva!)

Best JAMBA EVER. I love the whole team, they never cease to impress me. Heck, I say give them a raise!!! For those who disagree are just haters because they don’t know how it’s like being behind that counter. So y’all best keep your mouths shut (:

Worst Jamba Juice I’ve had so far. I think maybe they made a strawberries wild and left it out for a while and then served it to me. I took my first sip just as i got in my car to leave and it was already watery. I made a Unilocal account just to write how terrible it was. Paid $ 5 just to drink an old smoothie.

I came here for a quick lunch two days ago and really enjoyed my experience at this location! Parking can sometimes be a pain given the small parking lot, but I easily found a spot right in front of this jamba juice.
I hadn’t been to jamba juice in a while so I was quite amazed by all the menu changes that have occurred. It took me a while to decide on my order and the staff were patient and courteous. I got one of their flatbreads, the spicy chicken as well as the aloha pineapple drink. They actually made far too much so I got a larger cup for my order, no complaints there :) The flatbread was fresh from the oven and delicious. The meat wasn’t quite as juicy as I’d like but it’s jamba juice so I can’t complain!

I love me some strawberry wild smoothie!
This is my main Jamba Juice location, and after a few visits, I’ve realized that it’s kind of hit or miss. Sometimes they would give me the perfect cup of smoothie goodness, while other times my smoothie will have too much ice or feel too watered down.
But service is fantastic and my order always comes out fast… I will keep coming back! Plus, I feel less guilty drinking this tasty treat than indulging my addiction from the boba shop next door ;)

It’s Jamba Juice, not much else to say. The drinks are always good, and the service at this location is always fast and friendly.

This location is great for group hangouts or a relaxing drink on a hot day! It is very conveniently placed and is always full of super smart Cupertino-​esque college students from De Anza or athletes who just came from 5 mile runs. Then there’s me.
I have been going to this Jamba Juice ever since I was a small kid and it has only gotten better. The customer service is stellar — the moment you open the door, a somewhat ‘forced’ «Hello! Welcome to Jamba Juice!» fills the air, and you are left confused whether to say hello back. So you awkwardly say it and get in line. The employees are super friendly and they always know what they’re doing. This location provides excellent air conditioning, and plenty of outdoor seating; there are also some indoor bar-​style seats along the glass windows and 2 small tables. There’s usually long lines during lunch periods or on a hot sunny day, but it’s definitely worth the wait.
Here’s the part where I would say something that I usually order, but there really is no bad choice — they’re all soooo delicious! I came here this morning and ordered the «Apple n’ Greens» smoothie because it seemed healthy. Come on, it’s green. It’s basically a magical concoction of straight-​up nutrition (apple and strawberry juices, peaches, bananas, mangos, and kale). It was soo goood and tasted as good, if not better than the Naked brand green machine. I’ll take it (:
I’ll definitely be coming back for more, especially during summer. Nice employees and healthy drinks? LETTUCE rejoice! Get it? Kale?

This young girl doesn’t know the words hello, thank you and please. She made me feel very unwelcome.
Awful Costumer service.
I could tell the name of the bad apple but better not. I hope she learns that having a job is a blessing.

I’ve worked with this Jamba Juice location on many occasions (probably 10−12x) over the last two years where I’ve called in smoothie orders in advance and picked them up at a later day/​time. Several of these events were for more than 100 people. Every time I have gone to pick up my orders the smoothies were ready as promised, always correct, nice and cold — with napkins and straws. I find the staff here to be friendly and helpful and store GM (Jay Young) is a pleasure to work with. I love the way Jamba Juice is constantly improvising and coming up with healthy new products.

Food: Pastries are fresh and the drinks aren’t too bad. Drinks are healthier than a soda.
Parking: Can be a pain since there isn’t a lot of parking by the food court. I really wouldn’t come to this Jamba Juice unless you were real thirsty about it.
Prices: Yeah, they definitely have gone up. Also, it seems like «boosts» are no longer free like they used to be.
Service: Very fast and accurate staff. They are working their butts off to get that smoothie in your hand.

Due to California’s constant weird weather, I crave for Jamba Juice in the middle of winter because why? It was hot and i was wearing shorts! But now its spring and my boyfriend wanted Jamba when it was almost about to rain… So yes, during any time of the year, i want jama juice.
Love this Jamba Juice though. Although there are long lines, it goes pretty fast and the workers are nice and cheery. I asked one of the cashiers about his opinion about the berry agave bar and he said it was really good and i decided to get it… BUT THEN HE DROPPED IT!!!):): but he was nice enough to give us two sweet Belgium waffles for free (: which we are super addicted to now…
Always get the power (with an energy boost) split into two sixteen cups! We usually alternate between white gummy, pink star, and rainbow skittles. LOL the secret menu hehe.
The only bad thing is probably how the prices have gone up (but its gone up for awhile already) and the parking lot isnt so great. but oh well! its really not that bad of a walk anyways.
