I am not a big fan of KCF but the times I have gone it was very bad. I went one day with my uncle and we saw cockroaches. the sevices has been very bad. they have forgotten many of the things I have orded. I personally would not go back here just for the sake of the fact that its not as a clean as I would you would hope to be.

I don’t expect a lot from KFC, but occasionally my family gets dinner here out of convenience. The last two times we’ve been to KFC they have forgotten to include several items we ordered and paid for. They«check» the bag themselves before you leave, but clearly they aren’t doing it effectively. At this point we are done with this place. The food sucks anyway so it’s not a big loss.

Terrible KFC. Served a meal that was actually COLD to the touch which is very unsafe. Staff couldn’t care less. Don’t eat here unless you have a cast iron stomach.

Chicken Tenders were not tender at all. Should rename to Chicken Dry & Tough.

They have really good employees and I must say they’re customer service is incredible. That are super nice and make sure you have everything you need. I’ve never been to a fast food restaurant with any customer service like here. You have my 5 stars all for the customer service.

I am giving THIS location 4⁄5 stars because of their incredible employees. Their single serving sizes are SO small and very expensive. But, I wanted to « Unilocal» the following workers who ALWAYS greet me with a big smile ! Jason, he immediately asked if I needed assistance(I walk with a cane) then there was Nerry, a female, who answered my many questions. Elias, the cook, was getting a soda, and he, too, smiled and said hello and asked if he could assist me. With companies paying less and working employees harder, it’s difficult to find GENUINE good customer service. And I wanted to go the survey on my receipt, but I couldn’t find it,

I love the hot wings here. They have a great amount of hot sauce packets too. The seating is great and the service is spectacular.

Long wait, dirty tables and chairs, filthy floor, and the chicken was not crunchy, but soggy and soft. My teenagers wouldn’t eat it! It happened Three times in a row within 4 weeks and I’m not giving them another chance.

It’s a KFC so it doesn’t get too far off from the Yum! brands path. That said, they don’t have a kids meal option(like the one on Saratoga/Williams). The staff wasn’t nearly as friendly as the Saratoga crew. And the dining option looked fine at first but when you got to the tables you realized that half the seating was under vents that were blowing cold air when it was already really cold outside. Might go back in a pinch but wouldn’t be my first choice for the chain.

Hot wings! Yes… I do love my KFC hot wings. They’re not really even hot or spicy, but they have this yummy fried flavor. I think I also like them because, as they’re advertised, they are sauceless hot wings. So it’s less messy. Even when they’ve been sitting a few hours, or even the next morning, they still taste good. And don’t forget the hot sauce. Hahaha I know — I just said that I like that they are sauceless. But I like to dip my hot wings in the hot sauce, so it’s still less messy. Hot wings are a good thing to bring to a party or a pot luck or a game night. An order of 20 piece hot wings to go please. A bucket of extra crispy drumsticks works well too. With a side of mashed potates. And cole-slaw. Mmmm… and a biscuit. Random factoid: When I was a little kid, I called the colonel the«chicken grandpa.» I know KFC isn’t good for me. But every once in a while, I have to have me some hot wings. Makes a good dinner when you’re too lazy to cook. Don’t forget the coupons — they come in the mail sometimes.

This place is the definition of ONEJOB. They had one job. Hahaha I couldn’t stop laughing when I got home just because it’s so sad. I asked for a side of gravy, and they gave me mashed potato… with no gravy. Customer service: slow, and very rude. But I guess I wasn’t too mad, since it’s KFC. And fast food restaurant workers want to be their pay raises to 15? Hahahah

Don’t forget Canola Oil is just as bad for you as Coco Cola, and the chicken is hazed by it: Canola oil is a poisonous substance, an industrial oil that does not belong in the body. It contains«the infamous chemical warfare agent mustard gas,» hemagglutinins and toxic cyanide-containing glycocides; it causes mad cow disease, blindness, nervous disorders, clumping of blood cells and depression of the immune system. This is what detractors say about canola oil. Go to this to find out for yourself:

Ordered double mash meal and they forgot my chocolate cake. How hard is it to look at the the order and put everything in a bag? I won’t be coming back here… …until I get hungry and want KFC again.

After a few months they cant seem to get the boneless original receipe right, you could say«can you make sure I get white meat» sure enough you get dark meat. At least they dont give me ones with bones in it but seriously, anytime I order a go cup I always order two because I know they are going to get it wrong. On one hand they recap the order in an almost patronizing detail«your go cup comes with 3 original receipe bits and potato wedges”(I know what I just ordered) but then when its given to you it seems as though they arent putting thought into it. I rarely complain about this but I’m on a time clock for lunch, its close, but the same mistakes are made even when I go «can you make sure its white meat this time?». I cant go back and have them make me a new one, it’d take too much time, so here I am Unilocaling about it.

Although KFC is satisfying at times, it is still extremely unhealthy. KFC is famed for their fried chicken and amazing sides, such as potato wedges, and corn on the cob, all of which, I have to admit, tastes pretty good. However I feel that KFC should only be considered a guilty pleasure maybe once a year is good enough. This particular location has really bad service and the cashiers are rude and impatient.

Okay, it’s KFC. I know, I know. I’m not really sure why I’m even writing a review for this place, except for the fact that I love Colonel Sanders for gifting the world with his delicious fried chicken recipe. RIP Colonel, you were a good man. My dad always used to bring home hot wings and a bucket of fried chicken when I was younger, and my family would feast like kings and queens. I’m pretty sure we’ve also substituted traditional Thanksgiving meals with KFC a few times, no big deal. Their biscuits(with honey, of course) and colesaw are the best. You must get them. The workers at this location are a little dimwitted, but what do you expect from a fast food restaurant? It ain’t the Colonel’s fault.

Slow service(15 minute wait sorry what?). Soggy chicken(fresh from the… fryer…). Sigh, this place really needs to hire more employees.

I don’t understand the negativity surrounding this place. It’s fast food, people! How much service are you really expecting? They’ve always honored the coupons I’ve brought here in my moments of weakness when nothing other than tasty fried chicken will do. And who can beat a $ 2.99 chicken pot pie? Certainly not the same $ 6.99 chicken pot pie from Whole Foods! I’m also quite partial to their potato wedges, which crisp up quite nicely in the toaster oven when heated. Nothing can beat their biscuits, oh so buttery and flaky! Another positive: They’re open until 10pm, perfect for those late night cravings.
