This place needs a major overhaul. Very poor parking, entrance and exit is a bit on the unsafe side. The facility is old and dingy — they really need to refresh both the inside and outside of the restaurants. Bathrooms are a mess. Kids seem to like the food, but I can’t stand taking them here. Come on, Taco Bell Execs. With all that enterprise support, surely you can send someone out and audit this place and easily find a gahgillion improvements to make!

This is the closest T-bell to my job. So by process of elimination, I’m going to eat here. I freaking love my cheap mexican food. Sucks they don’t have a drive thru, and that the restaurant is run down. Food is good and service has never been bad. Fingers crossed that the owner will put some love into this location? I’ve been to a lot of locations that look insanely sexy.

I LOVE this Taco Bell! Whenever I order my signature crunchwrap supreme(no cheese, no sourcream, sub beans w/added guacamole,) they always give me the RIGHT amount of filling! They don’t skimp on the beans or guacamole, which is VERY important to me. I think many people will agree with me when I say that what makes Taco Bell amazing is its hot sauces. I ALWAYS stock up on their mild, hot and fire sauces. I love all of them! Also, I know Taco Bell may not fit the bill for either healthy or authentic Mexican food, but it sure does SHINE as comfort food, which is why I keep coming back! It’s very vegan friendly, and one of my favorite fast food restaurants of all time — I’ve been coming here since I was in elementary school! Here’s to many more T-bell visits to come.

Do employees not know how to use the register? i was short on time before starting work so i came here. ordered #3(taco supremex3 and large drink) for i think $ 5.68. guy rang me up as $ 7 something, confused, but ignored it since i was in a hurry. checked my receipt and dumbass rang up my order as $ 6 instead of $ 5.68. freaking should’ve gone to mcdonalds even though i don’t like it. CHECKYOURRECEIPTSBEFOREYOULEAVE! NEVERAGAIN!

So glad I’ve found a Taco Bell close to work — I’d been craving A Nacho Supreme for days now.

This is hands down the best Taco Bell I have ever been to. Great service, with the dope Taco Bell food you all know and love. This is also one of the few Taco Bells that I’ve been to where you can still get the Enchirito without an annoyed look.

When it comes to nachos, this place would be my number one choice. The triple layer nachos was really awesome, I love how the nachos was made. The nachos supreme was also good, the seasoned beef was so good. I always had this good feeling when I was in their place. Cool place, very clean and very nice.

I know Taco bell is nothing fancy and not to expect to much, but this was just bad. The food was bad, the places was dirty, and the people were rude. They also don’t have a drive-thru. At least put a little effort into your work people.

The owner of this franchise do not give a shit. When Taco Bell is made well, it’s an experience that I can appreciate. The process of food making at this location is honestly some of the worst I’ve tasted. Every once in a while I try out this location thinking of fond experiences at other locations only to find out that this location seems to be forever doomed. All the food here seems to have been injected with gross amounts of nacho cheese, sour cream, other«injectable» ingredients. Seriously, the food here is more liquid than solid. Yes, I realize this is Taco Bell, but I’ve never had such bad Taco Bell before this location.

#1: to those arguing that the drive thru is horrible– CHECKYOURADDRESS. This Taco Bell does not have a drive thru. #2: the staff, especially the manager Jose, are extremely friendly for a fast food service restaurant. The industry does not lend itself to a friendly, customer oriented staff, but somehow this place hits the nail on the head when it comes to being all about the customer. #3: Yes, it’s sometimes dirty. I’ve noticed that this is more due to crappy customers rather than a crappy staff. There is usually three staff members and I am happy that they focus on getting me my order quickly and well-made. If we as people realized our mothers don’t work where we dine, then maybe we as customers would be happier with our eating environment. #4: decent prices, decent food, better than McDonald’s. When I’m looking for something cheap and easy I can’t really ask for more.

There are some reviews that are inaccurate below, and some with too high of expectations of a Taco Bell. Seriously, you’re at Taco Bell, let that sink in for a bit, and then say it to yourself again. This particular Taco Bell does NOT have a drive through, nor does it open super late(this is because cupertino kids are all asleep by 10pm). This Taco Bell is kept clean throughout. The dining areas, the bathrooms, ect. I’ve been coming to this taco bell for years now, and the service has always been fast and accommodating. If you’re ordering to-go, you still have to grab your own napkins and sauces, which are conveniently RIGHTNEXTTOWHEREYOUPICKUPYOURFOOD! Addition, there’s a lot of people complaining about the food. Let me go back to that second sentence of mine… you’re at taco bell… what exactly are you expecting? 16oz Alexander’s steak in your burrito? The many times I’ve been here, the food has come out fast, and as expected. If I wanted real mexican, I would drive down the street to los dos compadres. If I wanted a little bit better/more expensive american-mexican fast food, I would go to chipotle. I’ve NEVER had a problem with food here. My favourite taco bell food item: crunchwrap supreme. Parking is usually fine, except during rush hours. The intersection is a bit weird. If you’re coming from sunnyvale, you have to pull a u-turn. If you’re coming from home depot on bollinger, you must make a left turn(can’t enter if you go straight).

I ordered a XXL grilled stuffed burrito here after soccer practice and the lady in the kitchen literally only gave me like six pieces of steak! The burrito was all sauce, beans and rice, hardly any meat! Service is terrible here! My XXL grilled stuffed burrito was the size of a taquito!

Came by for a quick snack the other day, and I probably left disgusted more than anything else. I was promptly greeted with a Taco Bell uniform and name-tag wearing teenager wearing his retainer… Ordered the Nachos Supreme and it was gross to say the least. The chips were stale… the ground beef looked like s*it, the sour cream was sour, the tomatoes were over-ripened and I think my dish was missing green onions?!? …the worker making the nachos used her vinyl gloves to make my chips, touch my tray, call my name etc… …aye aye aye …on the way out some lady in street clothes who I think was off work?!? thanked me for coming in and then went to the back?!? …oh the clientele is also interesting… might be a place to bring a gourmet sandwich and do some people watching…

With a high school around the corner, you would think you could avoid the lunch rush via drive-thru … but that isn’t usually the case. I’m not usually one to do franchise reviews but this is a location I choose not to frequent. I ended up sitting in a line for the drive-thru and received my food in a slow paced manner. Don’t forget to check your bag to see if anything has been left out or if they forgot to give you napkins and sauce which is what happened to me. Weird & slow service here.

I went out Garage Sale-ing today with my friends. It was a city wide garage sale in cupertino. Bought a lot of great stuff for cheap prices. but now we are all hungry and Taco bell was close by. Located at De Anza Blvd and Bollinger rd with lots of parking. Very clean place and the staff seems friendly. i love the taco Salad so that is what i ordered. i wanted to try the lime drink this time and it wasn’t bad at all. We all ate in the reataurant. the table was clean and not sticky and the floors were the same. The Bathroom was Clean as well. i like this Taco Bell and will check back in many more times. :)

I’ve been going on a Taco Bell kick lately and this one is the closest to my house so you can only imagine how often I am coming here now. The 88 cent daily specials are somewhat evil but you can’t argue with the price! I don’t know what they put in their fountain drinks but the mixture seems to be perfect a majority of the time. One negative thing about this place is, although its located in Cupertino, it is somehow located in some odd warp zone where the oddest things happen here! I swear someone was just wandering around pacing for 20 minutes before he ordered a fountain drink and spent 15 minutes picking up all the junk that came fell out of his wallet when he went to paid. Watch your youngins :) There is no drive through so you will have to dine in or take out. The tables could be cleaner. Convenience factor… check…quality factor… south just like the border…

ehhh… I was not sure whether I had a taco bell stomach or not. Went there last month and ordered a $ 5 box. I had to say the cheap food always have cheap taste. I ate the twists, 2 tacos, some sips of coke. Then I felt sick so I threw the rest. about 15 minutes later I began to vomit seriously. I had no idea about the reason and I just had the smell of the twists filled in my mouth. Then I had the runs. Probably I should try some other ones the next time, if any.

went here three times, not bad at all compared to the other Taco Bells. But the employees are not very consistent like any fast food joints, thus, quality may vary. I’m in love with the $ 5 big boxes, pure 1180 calories of heart attack, along with 2710 of sodium intake. It’s ok, I have 9 lives.

CHALUPAS. I always get beef chalupas when I come here. It is my go to item at taco bell. I was also being adventurous recently and paid $ 3 for a pacific shrimp burrito that was about the size of my wallet(SMALL). Verdict: For the price, it is not worth it. It doesn’t taste terrible but it’s nothing to shout about. So if you ever feel like cheap americanized mexican food then don’t bother crossing no borders. Just grab three beef chalupas and you’ll be fat in no time(but satisfied).
