Worst service ever. For 2.5 years the website has hardly worked in one form or another when I go to pay my bill. As a result, I’d be charged $ 5 to pay over the phone. I always got the same excuses that they have no control over the website and that there is no manager/owner that I can speak directly to. No problem ever resolved.

The people here are great. Tom and Eva work hard and they really take their customer’s happiness to heart. My 3 star rating comes from the fact that their billing system is archaic. If they have a problem with your payment they don’t let you know about it until 15 days and late fees. I would much rather have a courtesy phone call before the late fee. Because usually 9 times out of 10 there’s a simple misunderstanding with the card,(ie, expired, new address, etc) Their units are not climate controlled and are constructed from wood. All this being said, they are the best storage place I have been able to find in the Cupertino area.

It’s not expensive but it sure feels like it. I’ve had my fair share of ‘dealing’ with storage units around the bay area. I’ve moved numerous times. This is location is by far the most friendly in customer service I have ever experienced. Tom Lowery is a fabulous gentleman who is very informative, super friendly, and courteous. I came here because the pricing was the best I’ve seen around, but was blown away at how many personalized the service was. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. This place you can count on.(During my brief visit and paperwork, other tenants waved and said hello to Tom.)
