Came here cause I only had like 20 minutes for lunch. I only ordered a double cheeseburger and small fries. It’s 12:30, optimal lunch time but there weren’t that many people when I ordered so please tell me why it took them 20 minutes for just that???

Next time you order a chicken nuggets happy meal in the drive thru, check your box to make sure your kid doesn’t end up with there nasty ass cheeseless mozzarella sticks since they use the same damn packaging for both that way you don’t end up with a grouchy hungry 3 year old screaming there head off for some chicken nuggets

Don’t drive-through when it is raining. There is no cover over the drive-through window area and when you open your windows you and your food and your car get soaking wet. I called the number for which I think was the area manager and he never called me back.

Oh ^&*(&*@. The kid wanted McDonalds and I was too tired to go to the one on Sunnyvale Saratoga. Mc DOUBLE, DOUBLE … How in the heck did I end up with 3 Mc CHICKEN sandwiches. DOUBLE … CHICKEN … I have no idea how you get them confused. That will teach me to look in the bag before I leave.

Used to come here often for breakfast. Service was good. Since they started All Day Breakfast, they appear to have fired their cashiers. Food still comes quick, you just have no way to order it because now there’s always something that needs to be done elsewhere. I didn’t know«Breakfast All Day» meant you’ll have to wait all day to place your order. After 3 times of this, I found a nearby grocery that not only make fresh breakfast sandwiches, but will hear them for you. No lines, fast service. G’by Mick.

I waited there to order inside for 5 minutes and i was the next one to place order but they didn’t even care to be aware of my presence there. And workers working inside were looked not enough prepared. They were shouting with each others. Never seen a mc donalds like this.

I never leave reviews but I just had to write a review. I went through drive thru today… car in front of me took 10 minutes to get there food. I was okay, I’m a patient person. I get my food and drive away and upon getting home, I see they gave me Diet Coke instead of regular AND they forgot to put a toy in my daughters happy meal! Never going to this McDonald’s again. Plus food is cold because of the long wait. They couldn’t even get my order right with all the extra time.

I MADE A UnilocalJUSTTOREVIEWTHISPLACE**** PLEASEREAD***** If you enjoy really bad customer service then this is the place to get it. There was a worker there named«Alexandra» that works there and was super rude to me. She tried to blame me for her own mistake to the manager in front of my face which was super rude. So the story goes I asked her for two meals number 7 and she replies wait you’re telling me too fast so I slow it down for her and tell her that I wanted two meals for number 7 and shes was like okay so you want two meals for number 2 and I had to repeat myself again«no I wanted 2 orders of number 7» she puts in my order and then gives me my receipt«immediately» I knew she had made a mistake when I saw that she did not bring any cups out for me for my drink that comes with the meal. So I tell her as nicely as I can«excuse me but can I get my cup to get something to drink» She then says for what you didn’t order it… I repeated it 3 times to her what I wanted and then she goes and tell her manager that it was my fault that I didn’t tell her(which I did many times) So rude.

Went through the Drive Thru about 12:30 am on a Saturday night. Sat in line for 12 minutes after placing my order with two cars in front of me. Finally when it was my time to pull up — I grabbed my bag and pulled into an adjacent parking lot to eat. The burger — a double jalapeño — and a medium order of fries. Both were cold. Really? McDonald’s — you want to know why your sales continue to plummet? You continually fail to execute… Fail. Won’t be back here again.

This place is really disgusting, not talking about the food now, the facilities. The floors are sticky and super dirty. Employees talking instead of cleaning. My shoes are getting stuck to the floor. Yes, I don’t know what I’m doing here either.

Convenient for breakfast and most customers are teenagers before heading to school or adults before going to work. Clean and organized but customer service is just ok, it’s MD so no complaint. Food is salty as usual but it’s cheap anyway

I live around here. All the cashiers are nice. And I got two free combos just by complimenting the stranger behind me.

Got my order and the fries were warm/cold. Went up to the counter and nicely asked if I could get some fresh fries. They said no problem. Went back to finish my meal. 10 minutes later still no fries. Went back up and they said they would get on it. 5 more minutes nothing. I left. Horrible customer service

Went through the drive-thru today because it was nearly 3 and I hadn’t eaten since breakfast. Me: «I’d like a burger with no onions». Order-taker/cashier: «A cheeseburger, no onions». Me: «Well, no –a burger, no onions». Order-taker/cashier: «A cheeseburger, no cheese, no onions». Me: «Uh…yes…» A few minutes later, I get a burger with cheese on it, no onions. Looks to be a 50⁄50 chance(maybe worse) that you’re gonna get your order right here, based on the other reviews. Sigh.

Good spot for dining in, but bad for drivethru. Reason being they mess up your order 25% of the time. People are very nice but can’t seem to get it together. When dining in it’s not a problem to go back to the counter. Management seems to keep the incompetent employees and high turnover of the good ones.

Preface: I don’t review mega chains unless I find a particular location particularly remarkable, either good or bad. I was in there about 10 minutes. Three things happened in that time frame that gave me the impression this place is really poorly run. 1.) The counter girl accidentally gave a girl an ice cream cone when she misheard«coke» as «cone.» She handed the girl the cone, didn’t refund, and didn’t object when the girl paid for the coke. Admittedly, the girl had a thick Chinese accent and it was an honest mistake, but you’re going to make them pay for an item she didn’t order? Sure no one complained and it’s only a buck, but it’s pretty simple to write off a freaking soft serve and a coke. I mean, if the girl had refused the cone, counter girl would just have thrown it away. C’mon. 2.) A guy got so fed up with waiting that he went up to the manager and asked about his meal. Turns out they missed it. They offered him free fries as consolation, but in a place with as rigid and standardized procedures as McDonald’s, missing orders is pretty bad. 3.) It wasn’t terribly busy, and it took around 7 – 8 minutes to get my one dollar sandwich which takes 30 seconds to prepare. Admittedly 7 – 8 minutes isn’t that long, but it’s all about context. We all know the deal at McDonalds: you don’t have time/money for a proper meal, and in a disconcertingly short amount of time, they provide you with terrible food which wreaks havoc on your body. When you take the«fast» out of fast food, the balance of the universe goes askew and terrible things happen. Maybe they just had a bad night, but based on these reviews, I doubt it. Just flat out terrible, even by the standards of a McDonald’s.

I don’t typically write Unilocal reviews, but enough is enough with this place. Ever since this location remodeled a few months ago, everything about it has taken an absolute swan dive. We have gotten orders wrong, we have waited as long as 20 minutes at the drive-thru window, and everyone seems to generally be running at half speed. They are friendly(with the exception of the manager, who I will get to in a moment) but really need to work on their speed and accuracy. I keep TRYING to order the Crispy Chicken Bacon Clubhouse. I’ve ordered it maybe four or five times, and the only time it was correct was the first time. Every single time afterwards, it’s been the Bacon Clubhouse Burger. I even make sure to speak clearly and enunciate, CRIS-PYCHICK-EN, but nope. Burger every time. As a guy who really likes McDonald’s chicken sandwiches but generally hates their burger patties, this is a big deal. That’s just one example, they’re typically getting incorrect orders at this place(I don’t like tomatoes so I order everything without. I usually end up with tomatoes…). And then there’s the manager. He’s a real ray of sunshine. Like I said, the employees are nice, but this dude is Mr. Condescending. Whenever I complain(which, despite their incompetence, isn’t often) he seems to get defensive and rude. It’s not personal dude, I just want what I ordered! An example: My wife ordered the Chicken Nuggets with honey mustard sauce. I know how anal McDonald’s has gotten about their sauce rations, so I make it a point to ask for it while ordering. We get our order and check the bag, BBQ sauce. I tell the guy that I ordered honey mustard. His response? «No you didn’t.» What? So I came back with a «Yes I did.» He responds with, «No you didn’t. If you did, it would have been part of your order.» So I tell him, «Ummm… Yes I did. Maybe your guy forgot to put it on there, but I sure asked for honey mustard.» At this point, you can tell he’s mad. So he goes and checks the order screen and stands there staring at it for a few seconds. He comes back with honey mustard and tells me, «You’re right. I was looking at the wrong order.» Seriously? First of all, I was handing him the BBQ sauce as I said I wanted the honey mustard, so I wasn’t trying to swindle extra sauce. Even if you thought I didn’t order honey mustard(which I did) would it have killed you to just make the trade? And second, not even an «I’m sorry.» Honestly, you just argued with a customer who was correct and you admitted so. I’m not asking for free stuff, but a «mea culpa» would have gone a long way. So, after coming to this location for 5+ years, I am done with it. I will now be driving further and out of my way to go to the McDonald’s on De Anza Boulevard. Maybe they can give me the sandwich I order.

Yet another fail. Could we tear out this«new» McDonads and get a BK instead? From lopsided sandwiches to their stinginess on condiments, to being told«don’t you have ketchup at home» in the drive through, this place has struggled to gain even a 2 star from me. Now, it’s back at one. You would think someone from corporate would bother to read Unilocal?Or do they just bank on the hungry people who don’t want to drive further than here to get a quick meal? I’m sure they give the Taco Bell and KFC plenty of customers lately who can’t stand this place anymore… Just wanted to update my review to let people know they still haven’t fixed anything. How about hiring staff who can at least center the cheese so half the slice isn’t in the wrapper? Just a thought. It’s like a cat put together my sandwiches. Apparently someone here is going for the world record of crappy sandwiches. Happens with breakfast and regular menu items constantly, as well as random condiments smeared on the top of the bun, as well as black, burned grill bits in the wrapper(wtf?)… And the oh-so-Depression-era rations. The new Onion Cheddar sandwich is really just caramelized onions with a burger patty on a bun. With a name that showcases a main ingredient being ONIONS, you might want to oh, I don’t know, give people more than HALF a TEASPOON of caramelized onions. Just another *crazy* thought! The same happens with bacon. Apparently, a single slice of bacon is okay to put on a sandwich as long as they cut it up into three pieces that barely are the width of the hamburger patty. You aren’t fooling anyone, McDonalds. It’s obvious that everyone here truly despises the customers. Managers are supposed to weed out bad employees, but here, it seems they are hailed for their«efficiency» and«speed». Who cares that the sandwich ends up being unrecognizable, as long as a sliver of what you ordered is shoved into a wrapper in the end, that’s acceptable service! I was hoping that with the tear-down and reconstruction, we would get better customer service as well, but with it being so long since their grand reopening, I can see that that went the way of the playground(tossed into the garbage). And good luck if you want to order from the Value Menu. They have it on a digital screen that shows it for 20 seconds, then makes you wait 5 minutes for it to come on again. I’ve seen plenty of other reviews that say they have dealt with that BS as well. Thanks, McDonalds. My ever-lessening faith in customer service has plunged even further down the hole.

~*~McD’s goes NYC lounge approach~*~ Nothing like a freshly renovated building… no stale food smell to clog my nose. Fresh seating. It kinda stands out in the middle of this slightly run down shopping center, but whatevs. This architecture reminds me of some small building in Manhattan, really modern. The interior even more so. Its more like a casual lounge than the family friendly McD’s it used to be. Community tables for large groups or mingley singles. Fancy gizmos to dispense my cup lids. Ladies restroom was lame and didn’t fit the setting at all. One sink? Really? What am I supposed to do with that? My family got a bunch of freebie coupons to celebrate and the carmel latte was AMAZING. Stop by and see a new side of McDs.

The newly renovated McDonalds is less than satisfactory. How do a store go from having more seating space prior to renovation to less seating space after expanding it and taking away the whole play area? That’s what happened here. There is more shared space now with long tables. I much rather have the old booths with private dining. It’s now more cafeteria style seating. They need to bring back the old staff or retrain the new staff. I had a buy one get one coupon sent by them for the re-grand opening. I discovered the coupon was never applied even though the person a the register acted like it was. You don’t cheat the customer out of a buck as a way to welcome them back. Looks like the renovation costed them a pretty penny. I’ve never been to a McDonalds that only gave two packets of dipping sauces for a 20 piece order of nuggets. Prior to the renovated store this place always gave 4 packets of dipping sauces. The math dictates 4 packets of sauces per 20 piece order. At the very least give 3, not TWO! It’s impossible to finish 20 pieces of nuggets on two packets of dipping sauces. Why renovate when you plan to cheat customers afterwards over 0.10 of savings. The new digitized menu is just bad. It’s hard to read. I’ve been to stores with less panels yet had more information than this location. This location has 5LCD panels. 4 of the panels mostly shows their premium value menus. One panel that’s all the way to the left rotates with different information. The value menu is now hidden. Seems like they’re trying to recoup what they spent on the renovation by promoting the expensive items on the menu. This isn’t the only McDonalds in the area. This location lost me as a customer over a 1.10 worth of savings in their pocket.
