Use opentable here often because it is right down the street. Typically they do well with getting close to reservation times. If you live in the area you probably get like 2 coupon things a week, use them it helps a lot. Service is always amazingly slow once seated and not in that fancy restraunt way more of that chaos and disorganized way. End of the day, if you want a decent steak, they have it.

Meh. It’s been years since I’ve been to an Outback. The blooming onion that I remember being so fabulous now seems greasy and gross. My bourbon ribeye was sweeter than what I’d been craving — my own fault for ordering it, I guess. The light over our table was too bright and the smell of a nearby woman’s perfume was gagging me. Black Angus is nicer and less expensive.

Probably one of the worst to go meals we have had in ages. Everything was overly salty and seasoned and was overlooked. The only positive was the service we received at pick up. Never again. The only reason we went there was because we were given a gift card.

Food is ok, but knife is so dull. Remember to bring your own bread knife and steak knife.

Awesome. I along with my friends went there and we ordered ribeye with bone and noddles. Both were awesome. I really like their Steak. We enjoyed our time very much.

My husband and I have been to many steakhouses and have had delicious bbq steaks and ribs so when we got our dinner from the outback we were extremely disappointed. Ribeye had no grill marks, hardly any seasoning and seemed to taste like it was broiled not grilled. Ribs tasted like they were cooked in the oven then warmed on the flattop, bbq sauce was bottled. My rib plate was $ 20 and was served a small amount of frys. Really! Only good thing was our server.

Not really a fan of chain restaurants but been to many outbacks and this was one of best and great value for money, good selection of food including many healthy options if you can avoid the bread, friendly efficient service. Worst part lack of parking, ended up finding a place on street outside in the end.

Absolutely worst food I’ve ever had. Small portions, dry food, no seasoning… I could have eaten at Hyde Park for the same price! Went from being my favorite restaurant to the worst.(Thumbs down Outback)

Hadn’t been to Outback in AGES — since we went years ago and brought friends from Hawaii and they made us wait 2 hours while other people got seated in front of us. Then service was so slow! So my daughter and I thought we’d give it another try… it changed a bit — the rib eye was cooked much better than I remember(last time it was charred too much on the outside) but missing some of the spices I thought they used to put on it. The salad changed — no more big red onion rings on top but it seemed a bit smaller. The garlic mashed was very disappointing — had a weird taste — I think mine was a bit burned or I got the bottom of the pot? Made me wish I just got the baked potato… Service was okay — once they deliver the food they seemed to have disappeared. The only positive was their rye bread — LOVE it — warm and that hadn’t changed a bit! Was definitely a better experience from before but the food was just ok…

I always come here for their complimentary bread… there’s something about it that makes it so amazing. I think the fresh, warm, straight out of the oven with a hint of sweetness taste might just be it. Honestly that bread alone would make me give outback a 5 star. I’ve been to outback many times and I feel their food is always pretty reliable in that it never is terrible or crazy amazing. Their steaks aren’t bad and they do have a wide selection of cuts and options. I like the wide variety of options their menu has including seafood. I also like how they include the amount of calories of each dish(for my health conscious folks) though it is a bit scary. I would recommend the Ahi sesame salad if you’re not too hungry but would pass on the bloomin’ onion. The No Rules Parmesean Pasta isn’t bad either, a little cream heavy though so mixing it with some veggies isn’t a bad idea. Regarding service, our waiter was super attentive and friendly so 5 stars for that! In the end, I think I’ll always come back even if it’s not my automatic go-to and I would recommend it to a friend.

Ordered the Tuscan ribeye with steamed broccoli and rice. Steak was perfectly cooked(med rare), broccoli is tender and flavorful, rice is well cooked too. Hubby ordered steak with endless shrimp. They were willing to tweak the shrimp to just be grilled without soaking them in garlic butter. He is very satisfied with them. Overall a good experience. Will definitely return next time we have steak cravings.

Had a company lunch here with reservations. A few more people showed up than expected but they were kind enough to let us use the nearby booths. We basically had the whole section in the WAY back by the restrooms. Convenient but disgusting at the same time. Our table set up for about 15 people was weird. Two giant round tables with a tiny square table in the middle. Awkward! But we made it work. Majority of our group ordered salads/burgers but for some reason, for this place only being ¼ full, the food came out quite slow. My Sesame Chicken Salad was pretty good though! Decently sized portion that fills you up more than you would think by looking at it. I would recommend it for a salad. Other than that, this place is just like any other chain, just alright(for lunch time at least).

Not too bad. Had dinner here this past Monday night around 8pm. Location was a bit difficult to find coming from Mountain View. Hostess was very friendly and there was not a wait to be seated and it wasn’t packed. Sat at a booth near the bar which was clean. Started off with bread an butter which is delicious an free I believe it was pumpernickel bread which was warm. Had grilled shrimp as an appetizer which came with two small skewers with 4 small shrimp each, about ten dollars for it which I thought was a bit much for the amount of food. Boyfriend ordered the full rack of ribs which he devoured and enjoyed. I had buffalo chicken app with loaded mash. Buffalo chicken tastes pretty much like any other buffalo chicken you would get at another American chain restaurant. Same for the loaded mash which was also good but not any different than a 99s or Applebee’s etc. Waitress had a nice personality but would walk by several times without asking us or refills and if we needed anything else. However for her defense she was also taking care of patrons at the bar. Had a good experience, a little bit pricier than other chain restaurants that are similar. Nothing super extraordinary. Had a gift card and experience wasn’t bad at all.

If you like to be treated with respect, have an awesome experience at a streak house, have great food, and an outstanding overall time, DON’T EATHERE. Let me explain that the food order came out backwards starting with the desert. Seriously?! The desert?! Then our waiter forgot our appetizers and came out with the main course. The fillet was extra dry and cardboard to the touch and the burger was like biting into a cotton ball. I will never return.

We came here after a 5 mile hike on Friday evening, ready for steak — arrived around 8:30pm and waited about 20 minutes for a table. I mean… Outback. It is what it is. Ordered a flat iron steak + grilled shrimp combo($ 19) with chicken tortilla soup and broccoli. The broccoli was really well blanched.(That might have been the highlight of the meal.) The soup was average. The steak was dry and meh in flavor, but the major takeaway from the meal was that my shrimp didn’t arrive until about 30 minutes after everyone’s entrees were served. And then they were overly salted so I didn’t even get to enjoy them. Crossing Outback off my list of massive restaurant chains.

Outback is my alltime favorite steakhouse. I come here at least once or twice a week and have been coming here for several years. The wait time can vary… I’ve come during lunch and waited 0 – 5 minutes and during dinner have waited 10 – 25 minutes. Although, the longest wait time i’ve encountered was probably 45 mins or less, and it was most likely on a Friday or Saturday night, so overall the wait is not bad. My absolute favorite appetizer is the Aussie Cheese Fries. They are so yummy. Oozing with cheese, bacon and the fries are almost always cooked perfectly. The spicy ranch goes very well with the fries! My dad likes the Crispy Lobster & Shrimp bites.(I don’t like seafood, so I have not tried) But my dad says it was spicy and good and keeps ordering them, so, they probably are good if you like seafood! For entrees, I almost always got the Outback Special, but have recently tried Filet Mignon for the first time(I know, I’ve been missing out!!) & I fell in love! The steak is good here regardless, but if you haven’t tried the filet, you must try it, it is so tender, juicy & best of all, you don’t need use a knife(I mean, of course I still do) But it literally rips apart so easily, like butter! The baby back ribs are fall off the bone, in a tangy but lovely barbeque sauce. If I am ever super hungry, I order a half rack with my steak! I have also tried the chicken here(only twice), «Grilled Chicken On The Barbie» it is juicy, not overcooked at all. The barbeque sauce, like with the ribs, goes perfectly with the chicken. My dad usually always gets the King Crab, with a side of King Crab. They sell king crab at market price.($$$) Only one time he has been dissapointed, they gave him skimpy legs,(he said they were the fingertips(HAHAHA) But they were replaced as soon as he mentioned it. I’ve only tried one desert, the chocolate cake with raspberry sauce & ice cream. But I won’t try any other desert, because this cake has been consistently moist & delicious. Overall, Outback is pretty expensive, but if you’re looking for a delicious steak(or barbeque-style meal) with your family, or you’re trying to impress a date… Outback is perfect for you! I would drive the extra mile to Outback over Black Angus any and every day.

The bloomin’ onion appetizer tastes amazing as it looks. Unfortunately, however, I can not say the same for everything else that was ordered. My husband ordered a chicken burger and I ordered chicken tacos, both tasted bland and needed more flavor. 2 stars for the only thing I enjoyed eating, bloomin’ onion. An additional star for the presentation of the food. Most likely will not return.

man, I was probably too hungry to know what I got myself into. Before you order, there was a $ 11.99 deal or something on their website(see photo ref), but doesn’t state anything like that on the menu. Here’s a secret, but don’t tell anyone: ask your server about the online deal and they will honor it. I mean, the deal was alright, but the food was a «meh» feeling for me. I had the tortilla soup and Cesar salad as my appetizer: not a fan of the soup. salad was good. something shrimp as main course: *shrugs* carrot cake dessert: no opinion, preferred if there were no nuts The service was nearly nonexistant the fact that it was near closing time I guess. I give 2 stars because our waitress honored the deal I asked about and the late night closing(10pm). I usually don’t like american chain restaurants… but i like the aussie theme of the place. g’day to you.
