Paint 911

Jay and his team did an excellent job painting the exterior of my home and patio arbor. I had quotes from 4 painters and Jay was right in the middle. He was prompt in returning my calls and e-​mails. I had some issues with my doors and he was very happy to work with me, even when my requests kept changing.
The painting team was very polite, focused, worked quickly and was very neat. They made our home look wonderful! I highly recommend Jay and his team for any of your painting needs.

A-​Ok Paint 911!
I found Paint 911 through their Craigslist posting. They quoted me to have my full scope of work completed which included sheet rock reveals, ceiling texturing, double stack crown molding, Chair/​Base/​Picture Box trim, a two tone paint job throughout and replacing all of the doors. His price was equal two other contractors I was getting pricing from, but Paint 911 was the only contractor who held a CA License # and was insured/​bonded which was a big deal to me.
Their painting expertise was fantastic! I could definitely tell they know what they’re doing in this trade. Everything was perfectly covered and taken care you during the sanding and painting time. If this was all they did in my home, I would definitely give five stars, easy!!!
To be honest, I could see this company’s skills with trim work is lacking. Luckily Jay (the owner) knows some really great guys in the industry that came out to help solve some of the problems they were facing with installing the trim.
My main reason for giving three stars: I was a little irked with being asked for extra money more than two times for something that was already included in the quote, I expect most contractors practice this method, but I’m not a fan of it. In the end I did a final walk through of the place and found some small items left undone along with a broken exterior light fixture that needed to be replaced. Instead of fixing them he asked for more money for things he didn’t account for in his original bid. We left it as a wash and I ended up fixing them myself.
For the record, I would recommend his services again!

Jay’s team recently painted my entire 2 beds /​2 baths condo from foot board to ceiling.
— Based on the competitive bids, their price was the most reasonable.
— Jay shared his professional opinion and helped me pick the colors and paint type.
— His team was polite, neat, and efficient. The entire job only took them 2 ½ days. When they left, all I had to do was minor dusting.
I definitely recommend him to my friends and family and use him again in the future.

Jay was wonderful with color suggestions for the interior of the house. He did and outstanding job. They were organized, skillful and clean. I recommeded him to friends in Pebble Beach who were also extremely happy with his work. We will definately have him paint the exterior next year. You won’t be dissapointed with him.

Jay and his team rocks! He is professional, quick and does a very clean job! He came to the consultation appointment at a days notice and was very accommodating of our tight schedule. Jay also bought the paint for us which was really convenient! Highly recommend them!
