This Panda has a weird layout and the air is just bone chilling. All things aside, the food was pretty dang delicious! This coming from an Asian girl who thinks Panda Express is the best Chinese food out there.(I obviously haven’t been out and about enough to challenge this personal notion). I had the bowl with half fried rice, half veggies,.and Orange chicken(obvi). The food was good, no gripes about it! I haven’t met Orange chicken that I don’t love! But with Whole Foods and Ike’s nearby, this place has stiff competition! I would come here again and you should too, if you don’t mind dining in subzero temperatures. Bump up the chili sauce packets to warm you up and you should leave satisfied with a tummy full of Orange Chicken!

If you’re going to Panda Express, you obviously shouldn’t expect gourmet, over-the-top, Chinese food. Saying that, I give this Panda location 5 stars. Clean, workers are super friendly, and the food is good.

I’ve been to this location many times, but likely will not be coming here very much in the future. Almost every other option is better. I prefer the Panda Express in Palo Alto on El Camino. This particular location has a few problems. First, the staff who take my order are always in a hurry, and I don’t care for their rushed approach. Not all are bad, just the few Asian servers(women). They seem antagonistic and resentful, and have no patience. Incredibly rude, especially when they don’t talk English as they are preparing my food. They could use some lessons in customer service. If you don’t like working at Panda Express, serving customers, quit. Second, the food is not always good. I’ve had orange chicken that was hard as a rock, fried rice that was too oily, teriyaki chicken that was too greasy, kung pao chicken with absolutely no taste, and mixed vegetables which were undercooked. The broccoli beef is always pretty good, but the walnut shrimp tasted like I was eating cotton balls dipped in oil. Pretty disgusting and tasteless. Third, parking can be a problem during peak hours.

Panda Express tends to be the most consistent of fast food places. Every location and every experience that I have had was the same. Panda food is so sweet that I do not bother having dessert and avoid sugar for the rest of the day. The parking can be tight at peak times. It shares a small lot with a popular sandwich place. There is a TV inside but I have never seen it turned on. There is outdoor seating but it is close to a busy intersection.

Love Panda Express, just not this one. Service here sucks, they are so stingy with portions and they are always out of something and make you wait for it. I would go to the other one on Stevens Creek opposite Bed Bath and Beyond

I always love this Branch. Staffs were nice and kind. Food was well executed. I always come to eat here twice a week and i really enjoyed the food very well. My old time favortie was the honey walnut shrimp and ribs. Those were perfectly dancing on my palet. Lovin it so much.

The food here is great thumbs up to the cooks although TRANG and AHN need to be retrained in customer service I understand I am a transaction in the business aspect but when thier is one person behind me and I come with four family members I expect to be treated with a bit of courtesy. Don’t rush me and not even acknowledge that I’m a paying customer Ahn was rushing me and trying to tender my transaction before I could even have my family finish ordering. People in this industry need people skills and if they don’t have them maybe they should find a different line of work other then customer service. I will be returning cause it’s not the business fault. Great job cooks and the atmosphere is clean. I might add they made me share a sample amongst four people. Just a heads up for when You Go here !

I’ve been to this Panda Express several times and recently went there again after having been rudely treated at the closer El Paseo location. I’ve noticed the food here is not kept at quite as hot a temperature as other Panda Expresses. But I assumed I wouldn’t be poisoned. We ordered our dishes and were eating when my companion stopped me in mid-bite. The sun had glinted on my dish, and what should he spot but a short, slightly curled black hair. My stomach churned. I have to say they were very polite when I asked for a refund. I didn’t want a replacement, as I suspected the whole dish might have been contaminated at the temperature they keep the food. I also noticed they kept serving others from that tray without replacing it with a new batch. The cook was nearly bald, and the hair didn’t seem to have come from the employee who waited on us. It certainly wasn’t mine, as mine is blonde. On the way out, an employee walked in from outside with black, slightly curling hair all around her neckline. We laughed – suspect número uno.

Sometime in the last 6 months, the management policy at the Cupertino Panda Express changed with regard to «closing time». The posted hours are until 10PM every night, but they basically stop cooking food before 8:45 so it will be extremely hit or miss as to whether they can out a meal together for you. I came in tonight(Monday) at 8:50PM and half the steam tray was already empty. I could understand this if there weren’t customers, but there were at least 6 people in front of me. This is the second time this happened to me. I’m not planning to return. If they want to close at 9:00 that badly, they should change their hours! They used to be really good here in the last hour. During the rest of the day, it’s a regular Panda Express, no better or worse.

Decent fast food. The chow mien is okay but I like their steamed veggies and tofu with eggplant dish. Like that the place is always clean.

Fast service with below average tasting food at a reasonable price. It’s been about seven years since my last Panda Express experience, so I wasn’t sure what to expect at this location. The employees were all working very fast, so that’s a plus. However, the fast pace at which the workers were moving left little room for decent customer service. I ordered a combination dish that included a tofu and eggplant dish, a chicken and mushrooms dish, and steamed white rice. The entire meal wasn’t the worst Chinese-American fast-food I’ve ever had, but it was certainly a disappointment and made me regret eating it. While the rice was steamed, it was still clumped together like it was sitting around for awhile out in the open. The tofu dish lacked flavor. The chicken and mushrooms dish was okay, but I would’ve liked fluffy white rice to eat it with. I don’t see myself ever going back to this Panda Express location, but I am willing to try food from a different location.

The prices are what they are so I won’t complain about that but since we are paying close to $ 8 for a plate, please fill my plate all the way. Super shady on the portions and the food is not that good. It’s quite frustrating that so many people are willing to pay these prices. You’ll typically find panda in a location where there are no other Asian restaurants around so you’re forced to go there if your in the mood for Chinese food. They really abuse this fact with prices and the small portions

I ordered online to get my free ala carte item(walnut shrimp)! Noline is the promo code. It’s actually pretty convenient! You order and pick a time which works for you and they’ll have it ready. Pay online so no need to wait. The food is typical Chinese American however panda has sanitary/cleanliness guidelines that most Asian places(cockroach at Dynasty) don’t give a rat’s ass about, and they are friendly, which is more then I can say for the countless rude waiters/waitresses I’ve encountered eating at Chinese restaurants. That’s almost a given. This location gives you more than the stingy svale location and the steam veg is crispy, not soggy. Another plus. You can always count on panda for consistency in fast, tasty, Chinese/American food that doesn’t put you in a msg laced coma

Today, my sister and I got a to-go box with chowmein, orange chicken, grilled teriyaki chicken, and honey walnut shrimp. The chowmein, like always, was pretty good along with the other sides we had ordered. Every time I visit this location, I’m never disappointed with the quality of the food nor the taste. Although some people claim panda express to be fake Chinese food or even Americanized Chinese food, in the end, Panda Express is undeniably good. If you are new to Panda Express, I highly recommend getting the Orange Chicken with the Grilled Teriyaki Chicken, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed either! In terms of customer service, I feel as though it was decent since I’ve never really experienced a problem with the employees before. The employees, for the most part, are nice/friendly and reasonably quick. However, whenever I go to this location, I always seem to encounter a problem with PARKING. Parking is limited in this plaza and considering how small the plaza is(and sharing the lot with Ike’s sandwiches), it just makes it less convenient when you are trying to get a meal during the popular hours of lunch/dinner. Overall, I gave the Cupertino Panda Express four stars since while it is good, it could be so much better. Today, I actually found a hair in my chowmein but I will give the employees the benefit of the doubt since this was the first time this has ever happened to me. In the end I recommend Panda Express to anyone who wants good and reasonably cheap Chinese food.

«Panda Express is fake Chinese food!» Sure, it’s not really Chinese, but it tastes good. Panda gets the stamp of approval from this Chinese girl and all her other Chinese friends. That’s all that matters. Be it their chow-mien, eggplant tofu, orange chicken, whatever it is that you get, I bet you it tastes great. I honestly think they make the best eggplant tofu and beef broccoli — even better than those you get from non-fast food restaurants. I’d love to get their recipe.

Well the Panda spell over me is broken… the food really is pretty oily and don’t feel great after eating it. The recent change to brown rice is nice though. Haven’t eaten here for a while now. I guess it’s just like McDonald’s and Wendy’s, use to eat there often nd just stopped after a while when I woke up and realized it wasn’t as good as I thought it was.

Panda Express is one of those fast food spots that are good to go every now and then. I think I average about once a year, but for the price, you get a lot of food for cheap. This location is closest to our home, and it’s great that you don’t have to go to the food courts at the mall anymore to dine here. I came here last night to pick up some quick dinner, and the location here sucks at times because of the limited parking and the pain of getting out. I walk in, and it’s dead as I came super early, and I make eye contact with the worker hiding behind the wall talking with someone. Wait. Wait some more. Finally, minutes later, she comes out. Was annoyed, but got my chow mein, string bean chicken, and beijing beef. A bit high in the calorie intake, but I can split a 2 entrée into 2 meals, so I don’t feel as guilty. Love their chow mein, and their string bean chicken is really good too. It feels somewhat fresh for fast food Chinese, and you can’t beat the price.
