Pretty much the only place I go for shoes nowadays. I’ve bought 5 pairs of shoes here so far every since I discovered the place in the beginning of 2014. The staffs are friendly and helpful, and whatever I look for on the website is always in stock here. Last week I saw some really cute flats online and I called them up immediately to see if they’re in stock there so I can pick it up that day. By the time I arrived the cashier girl already had them waiting for me at the front desk. A+ service!
Also, sign up for a member ship on Payless’s website and occasionally you’ll get pretty sweet deals. I’ve never spent more than $ 14 for any pair of shoes that I bought there.

I have been to this location a couple of times and left very happy with comfortable new heels.
They have a fairly large selection of wide shoes, most of them seem well made, and the prices are hard to beat.
Both of the employees who were there on my last visit were very friendly.

I was killing time with my girlfriend before catching a movie at the AMC, and we stopped by this Payless. The gentleman working there on Friday night was very helpful and went out of his way to recommend shoes and store promotions. He also offered to hold some merchandise we were carrying at the counter while we finished shopping.
It’s nice to see this level of customer service at a giant corporate chain. I left satisfied and with an eagerness to ‘pay it forward’ that night.

I needed some shoe help! I had gotten some super cute shoes that were just a tad too big. My boyfriend being the super genius recommended those heel inserts. Viola! Off to Payless Shoe Source.
Easy to find in the mall, we were in and out in a jiff. Clean, tidy, smallish — I wouldn’t say I love there shoes but everything seemed nice. Our cashier was friendly and helpful as well. She answered our questions and didn’t seemed rush as the shop was closing.
With a buy one get one half off, prices were awesome and cheap.
Good service.
Affordable.
Had just wanted I needed.

I always shop at payless for the best deals on work shoes. the trend is always fashionable. I enjoy this location because its quiet and they have lots of stock.

Bay Area
The worst service I ever had in a shoe store! I know that the place doesn’t offer fancy merchandise but anyone deserve respect and kindness while shopping. The guy who works there (Caucasian, almost bald) is rude and discriminate costumers, is not a kids friendly place. I was just looking for cheap shoes for a Halloween costume but it went very bad. He shouted my 2 years old daughter for touching some accessories, and he complained about the shoes we had on the floor while trying them on my kids. I don’t recommend to waste your money and time in this place.
