Great customer service and super cheap. Not Auntie Anne’s but still yummy. I wanted a dessert like treat at Vallco and the cinnamon sugar pretzel bites did the trick.

You want your pretzels tasting like San Francisco sourdough go somewhere else. You like your pretzels tasting more like Hawaiian sweetbread go here. Top customer service for 2 guys. They’ll customize your order any way you want them to. Extra this, less of that, something new, mix it up, anything goes. These guys are so good that if they ever leave the Pretzel business, the Psycho Donuts company would likely love to have em. And one of them looks like a very young Al Pacino. Tell him«Say HELLO to my little friend» and he might give you extra cheese.

Super nice proprieters, and generous. They often throw in an extra treat with our purchase. Pretzl dogs are good(need 2 to make a meal) but we fed 2 of us with drinks for about $ 14. Very tasty!

I absolutely love this place. I have been going here since I’ve been in 7th grade and now I’m heading to college. I am going to miss this place. The service is awesome and the people are super friendly and helpful. I feel this place is 100% better than Auntie Annies and Wetzels Pretzels. The owner is super friendly and always greets me with a smile! I recommend this place to everyone when they ask where can I get pretzels. Go here!

This was disappointing. Friend and I stopped by because we were craving some soft pretzels and Vallco was the closest mall to us that sold them. Compared to the quality of soft pretzels you get at Auntie Anne’s and Wetzel’s, Pretzel Time is a bit lackluster. The actual pretzel itself was very flat. There wasn’t that fresh crispy soft chewy feel. If anything, it felt like eating stale bread, which I find to be a dull experience. I ordered a cinnamon sugar one, and I was disappointed to see the cinnamon sugar sprinkled onto the pretzels as opposed to the pretzel being rolled around in the cinnamon sugar(What happens in most pretzel establishments). To be fair, the menu was fairly expensive and definitely had a large variety of flavors which are interesting. But in my opinion, if the base of the pretzel isn’t right, the extensive flavors aren’t going to be that much better. tldr; not disgusting, but there’s better out there.

They’ve always been really nice. When I worked at the AMC Cupertino Square 16, I got discounts. They have a nice selection of pretzels, pretzel dogs, and«pizza pretzels.» While pizza pretzels are not quite as good as a legit pizza, a pretzel dog is as good or better than most hot dogs. A nice place to go.

The owner is super nice. The pretzels are the best anywhere. They are always so fresh. I love the pizza pretzel and the hotdogs. Whenever I am in the area this is a must stop for me.

I’ve popped over to this Pretzel Time during my occasional visits to Vallco Fashion Park/Cupertino Square(whatever they’re calling it these days), and have found the pretzels to be the right combination of chewy, moist, and salty. I like to pair my salty with a sweet cola, and today I opted for a small cherry flavored one, sans pretzel(I’m trying to cut down on my salt). The only downside was that the three male employees were gossipping about some girl across the way and kept overtly turning around from their dough-making to stare at her. It was a little juvenile for my taste, but I got my soda, so I can’t really complain toooo much…
