Decent beef ball phở. They force you to get the large size if you take out instead of dine in. The minimum for credit card is $ 10.

What I ordered: 1. Vietnamese Coffee($ 2.75) 2. Small Beef Phở($ 7.50). Make sure you have cash if your bill comes to less than $ 10. The minimum price for CC is $ 10. Came here for a lunch spot as I was looking to go some place that was good, authentic, and not too expensive. — Will definitely return! The Phở comes in two sizes, Small or Large. By normal standards, a «small» is large, and a «large» is gigantic size. i wasn’t quite sure how big the large was, but when I noticed two guys sitting next to me order the large, it came out in a huge bowl… for only $ 8.50! As a result, I ordered a small and the portion size was still huge! I ordered #18 and was very pleased with the choice. The beef Phở consisted of very lean beef and a large amount of noodles. There was absolutely zero fat on the beef and the broth was great. I also ordered a Vietnamese coffee, which was quite strong, so i let it sit for a while and get a little watered down.

Meh, is the word that came to mind. Even I was so hungry, the bowl of Bun Bo Hue(Spicy Beef Noodle Soup) didn’t do it for me. It was good to stuff me, but didn’t leave me an «gotta come back for this again» impression. It really didn’t have the traditional BBH flavor(missing lemongrass and mint), quite disappointing in fact. Not sure why they added slices of pork sausage(ja) in there when this dish should only be everything beef. As appetizer, we also ordered the House Special Fried Shrimp Cake. Skip it since the«roll» was overstuffed anything but shrimp. The proportions of the bean curd wrap and the stuffing(which was supposed to be shrimp paste) was not proportional. The portions of the noodles decent and service was attentive. Still, nah, maybe next year?

Not fast service. Instantaneous service! Really, you get a table, and get your food within two minutes. We ordered different variants of Phở. The soups are flavorful and come with a large variety of meat, as well as the usual basil and other condiments. Tip: get a small soup, since you’ll never finish a large one!

Acceptable soup and noodles. I like phở but I need much warmer soup and more leaves in the noodle.

One star for their phở and one star for their rice dishes. I’d order those again. And portions are decent. But negative stars(if I could) for the to-go«Bun Bo Hue»!! Their so-called«Bun Bo Hue»(spicy beef noodle soup) is trash. Don’t waste your money! It’s a total disgrace to the name. It has nothing compared to even a mediocre bowl of BBH, the meat isn’t even the same type that is supposed to be used! Haha. They literally used the same meat they use for their other noodle soups, so might as well order egg noodle soup or phở, since that’s what it is besides the broth! There’s no tender beef shank, no pork blood, nothing authentic about it. And to make matters worse, they don’t even give you the mixed angel hair-like cabbage/mint veggies that go with that dish! They gave me sprouts and basil! WTF?!! Such a waste of money. Disgusting.

Food: the phở here is fresh, flavorful, and fairly healthy. Service: is decent and they are responsive to special requests. Ambiance: is average for a Vietnamese restaurant with a decent amount of seating and plenty of parking in the strip mall lot. Value: above average, because you get a good bowl of phở in an area of town known more for Chinese than Vietnamese places.

My go-to for phở. I love their large servings, the broth is yummy, and the food comes out quickly! The interior isn’t the best and some of their seats are torn, but I always feel full and satisfied after a bowl of phở from this place.

This place is great. Straight forward phở-fare with expected quick service and turn around. Phở always tastes ‘clean’ and never watered down. The rice plates and fried items don’t come oil logged. Only downside is there’s sometimes teenage looking gal here that doesn’t understand manners, patronage, or customer service in general. Extra onions? No. One more minute while we decide to look over the menu? *disappointment face/scoff* $ 9.99. Credit for $ 10 over only, no excuses. I was going to tip a couple bucks. No, cash only(Ps. I’m fairly certain a dollar minimum is explicitly prohibited by your merchant account). Aside from this snot nosed kid, everyone else tries.

When you go to a Phở restaurant, you pretty much can expect what’s going to be on the menu, how the service is going to be, and what the restaurant will look like. It was basically that image of a Phở restaurant that you have in you head. It’s not bad food and it’s not great food, but it will fill you up for a low price and it will be a quick lunch for you to eat before you head back to work or school. I’ve been coming here for a few years now because it’s the most convenient location for Phở and it really hasn’t let me down! Though I do love the restaurant, I will definitely say that it’s just like any other Phở restaurant you’ve been to, so you should judge whether you want to come or not accordingly.

I love this phở place! And I’ve been coming here ever since it first opened. They close at 9PM on Tuesday, and my mom and I rushed in today at 8:45 hoping they would seat us… and they did! We quickly ordered and our food came out in about 5 minutes. My favorite is the #20 which is your basic chicken phở. In ALL of the phở places that I tried, I think the noodles are one of the best and the soup has great flavor! The waiters didn’t rush us at all and we were out of the restaurant by 9:10! Overall really good food and friendly staff :)

Came by for a quick lunch the other day and it was a mediocre experience. Was presented a table in the back corner which meant that service was slightly crunchy by the waitstaff… Started off with the Thai tea and it was okay. Wasn’t too sweet although a tad watered down… bummer The #1 Small with the rare steak on the side was okay. The broth was flavorful and portions were generous, especially the steak on the side. Meats were okay in quality. Phở Y #1 has the most tender meats! The restaurant used to be a tad more upscale although now the restaurant is starting to show its age. Payment is done at the cashier where the cashier wears gloves?!? They do take credit cards for $ 10+ purchases. ~$ 14.5/person after tax and tip for lunch.

This place closes early but they are consistent and the food is good. I’d come back when craving phở. Their phở portions are generous, I could not finish. Service is very quick and efficient. Pay at the cashier(like Denny’s).

Last time I came here there was a ladybug in my soup. Oh well, at least it wasn’t a fly and the manager gave me a new one. Weirdly enough, this place is still my to go phở place when I’m home!

I’m not a big fan of phở, so this review may be a little biased. This place is just like any other phở place I’ve gone to – the food is simple and the service is pretty fast. I always order the chicken phở… just cause I only really like the noodles and soup and most of the other options on the menu have a lot more meat ingredients(tendon, tripe, brisket, etc.). Maybe next time I should try asking for just plain noodles and soup. I usually find the chicken to be pretty dry anyway. The only reason I rate this place 2 stars instead of 3 is because the phở here makes me crazy thirsty afterwards. Everything else is on par with any other phở restaurant I’ve been to. But man, I don’t recall ever being so thirsty after a meal! Maybe it was an off day or something, but either way, I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon.

This is a «forced» three star rating as the broth of the phở was good, flavourful but not too salty… though should we ever return, it would only be for the phở. The spring roll tasted like(guess more smell) like old damp dish rag and somehow, it was the same for the bean sprout… need fresh produce! I would prefer to go down the street to Phở Hoa, which is cleaner, brighter and fresher veggie. As mentioned above, only good thing going for this place is the stock and speediness of the phở.

I used to go here for lunch all the time when I worked closer. It’s not the best phở place, but maybe the best in its area. I always get their beef noodle with meatballs and my friend always get the chicken phở. Service is very good and the food comes out SUPER fast. I usually go during lunch time and it gets busy, but there’s never really a long wait because it’s a fairly big restaurant and like I said, they move quick.

I never knew this place existed even though id been ti the strip mall before. It’s tucked into the back and. not so easy to see. At 2pm it’s almost dead but then people came in after us. The phở special is ok, decent broth and meats. Noodles take a bit to warm and cook properly. However the shrimp meatballs wrapped in tofu skin and fried are really good. Iced coffee is also just ok. Id say get the shrimp dish, i think it’s a house special. 3.5 stars

I don’t like PHO. Historically, I have never liked the boiled meat or salty broth. Tun TUNTUNNNNNNN! UNTILNOW. Best phở place ever. Correction, BESTCHICKENPHOPLACEEVER. Chicken is fresh. Location is clean. People are smiling, and they have some pretty amazing PHO. Let’s just say, I love the chicken PHO here. So much so, that i’ll drive miles to come eat here. It is salty, but it works for me. I also love that they aren’t stingy on the protein. I had plenty of chicken to go with my noodles. There is something amazing about squirting lime and slurping. Quick, easy, and serving dishes for the whole family. HIGHLYHIGHLY Recommended. Side note: This joint is located in a strip mall next to Apple. Parking can be tricky, so plan accordingly. Credit cards accepted, and this place is extremely price competitive.

This place is great if you’re looking for an affordable, solid meal with quick service. I’d been coming here for years before going to college, and now that I’m back I’m pretty sure I’ll become a regular once again. I usually order the chicken phở or the vegetarian shredded tofu & mushrooms over vermicelli(bun chay, I believe?) and every time it’s exactly what I’m looking for. It’s nothing special — that’s for sure — but it’s solid. The chicken can be dry at times, the soup a bit salty, but if you’re not too picky I’d highly recommend this place. The food comes out within 5 minutes of ordering, which is definitely a plus if you just want a quick meal.
