This place deserve ZERO stars — Terrible service. I purchased a Groupon laser lipo program, made appointment ahead of time. They cancelled my appointment because they need to save their time slot for their regular pay patients. When I told them I cannot make it to the new timing they have for me. The immediately return comment was «we can’t help you and you better refund your groupon.» It was from the mouth of the doctor in a really bad manner. But I saw him greet with two other ladies in their names, I guess regular patient, in a really good manner. But he keeps emphasis that I should refund my groupon. If he cannot afford to have people paying a discount price on groupon, don’t even promote it with groupon.
