We have always had good service. It can be a little slow at times, but they have always been friendly! Food is always fresh.

I’ve been to this location for the past 4 years now and it’s still owned by the same person and run by the same workers. A kind of tucked away location in the middle of a shopping strip in Cupertino, the place is great to stop by for lunch. I live a couple of blocks away in the neighborhood, and it used to be my favorite place to grab a sandwich in high school given I could easily walk over. I’ve never experienced incompetent service here or any issues when ordering. It also doesn’t get too crowded given its location that is located more in suburbia. I usually order the footlong black forest ham and get it toasted with pepperjack cheese. Can’t say that I’ve had any disappointing occurrences here before! Definitely recommend it as a great lunch spot if you’re in the area.

This location has very rude and incompetent service. When you ask for a sandwich and specify the type, size and kind of bread, they only hear the first thing and then ask you all the other things so you have to repeat yourself. She gave me wheat when I asked for white bread. I didn’t notice until they had already made my sandwich, but when I told them I don’t like wheat bread and that I had ordered white, they looked at me like, «what do you want me to do about it?» When I told her it was fine for her to just dump the sandwich she just made onto a piece of white(instead of making a new one) she did so, but get this … SHEPUTTHEBREADBACK! That bread had leftover toppings still on it and some sucker’s gonna eat it. When I showed her my Passport discount card which gives you a second 6″ for free, she just shook her head and looked away. The Subway on De Anza accepts the card and has excellent service. The employees are fast and friendly. I’m never going back to this location.

We are rating a Subway here and it is good for what it is here. I like the sandwiches as they are life savers when you are hungry, in a hurry and have a chuck of chain in your pocket. I have eaten here that is close to work many times so I guess it is as good as it gets for a subway. The employees are very friendly and the restrooms have been freshly cleaned whenever I visited. So why not give them four stars.

I’ve seen rude services, but this by far was rude. I was ordering a sandwich and the guy takin my order sound like he was having hearing problems. All I asked was my sandwich to be on sour dough, and here he is kept saying ‘huh?’ I thought that was kinda rude for makin me yell even louder and on top of that he was just staring at me like he was waiting for me to order more. He could have been abit more nicer. I don’t think I’ll be comin back to this one. I would prefer the one on deanza blvd over this one. But it was closer to school

Very nice, friendly owners, everything very new, clean and well kept. Easy access on/off freeways in the Monta Vista area of Cupertino near the post office.

They’ve become my regular go-to Subway. They’ve been very friendly to me as I’ve become a regular customer. The ingrediets are fresh, the faciliy is clean with plenty of parking in the back. All nutritional information is clearly posted, with lots of fresh healthy choices.

I don’t review chain, fast food/fast casual restaurants often, but this is an excellent Subway. Lunch time employees(including the owner) are very friendly. I feel the service here is above and beyond that of other similar restaurants. To address others’ concerns: –Street parking in front is easy and often not busy. Otherwise there is a large parking lot behind the store and a back door that leads right into Subway. There is also outdoor seating in the back. –The soda machine is right in the front of the store. I’ve never had any issue with refills. Pros: –Normal Subway food quality. –Lines typically aren’t too long, even during lunch. –Employees are friendly. –Breads are always baked well. Unlike some other Subway’s I’ve visited. –Cookies are large and well cooked. They are not small and crunchy like one of the other Subways that I’ve visited in the South Bay. Cons: –Not a lot of indoor seating, but have rarely seen it full. –Dinner-time employees do not seems as friendly or experienced as the lunch-time employees.

I mean, it’s Subway. Cheap, somewhat fresh, although the pulled pork, or at least that’s what I think it is looks like dog food. eh…

No refills? How about putting up a sign. The ladies here were really rude as well. Go to the one on De Anza way nicer people and they don’t tell you no refills on drinks how pathetic

I have a favorite Subway, that I have reviewed, but I just had an experience at the Subway on Steven’s Creek, that I must write about. Yesterday, I took my son to get a sandwich after school. We occasionally eat at this Subway, although it is not the closest Subway location to our home. In any event, I decided not to take my purse in. I foolishly took all the bills, including a $ 100 bill, out of my wallet and put it in my pocket. We ordered, ate, and left. When I got home, I realized my $ 100 bill was gone. I immediately called the Subway just to see if someone had picked up my money. Unfortunately, no one turned it in(longshot) or found it. The person who answered to phone asked for my name and number just in case. I gave it to him and laughed. This morning, I got a call from the owner or manager, who said that she found my $ 100 bill and told me to come and pick it up. What? Who does that? The Subway on Steven’s Creek does that because they are super honest! These days, it is very rare to find honest people! This is some seriously good karma and this business deserves our business! In most cases, all Subway locations likely serve the same quality of food, but what can set them apart is the service they give to their customers. I would have to give this Subway 5 stars for the service I have been given!

just a regular subway sandwich shop to the poster below me, there are a bunch of parking spaces in the back, just go into one of the cross streets and turn into the lot at the back. there are 30 – 40 parking spaces available in the back

Its your average subway store the only thing is that there is about 3 parking spaces located on Stevens Creek. It is very hard to get too and when you are lucky to find a parking space you’ll see that this subway gets barely any business due to the location. The only people I notice that come here are the business workers that are in walking distance from subway. But for people like me. It is very inconvenient. located right across the street from the post office and off of 85.
