This toys r us has the best selection of Lego of any toy r us shop I’ve been to in Miami. They emphasize the toys by putting them in the front, instead of baby stuff like at other branches. And I actually got customer service! They helped me find what I was looking for! Best toys r us I’ve been to in Miami.(Though that’s not saying a lot).

Sunday I calme in at 7:20pm before coming to the store I checked online to make sure it was open, it said it was open until 8pm also the door sign says it is open util 8pm when I get to the store is closed there is a guy by the door that makes me a sign with his hands saying it’s closed so I called him in and I told him online it says until 8pm his name is Julio by the way and he says no sorry we are closed so I told him o line it says u til 8 and on the door sign as well, anyways he did not let me in, it seems like now days people don care they just want to leave early there is no costumer service.

It’s so sad to see how Toys«R» Us as a corporation has declined in quality over the years. I remember as a child looking forward to my visits to the store and being it all at the selection available. Fast-forward 30 years and now as I take my children there I dread every moment of it. It’s not that the selection has changed all that much, but the staffing, attention to detail, cleanliness and overall quality of service has degraded substantially. It’s as if no one cares how the store looks or «feels». We went in for a mini shopping spree with the kids. The stores inventory was decimated from the holidays, which could be expected. That is no excuse for how dirty and disorganized everything was. Starting with the dirty parking lot, carrying through the entrance and throughout the store. We tried to make the best of it and filled our cart. That’s when everything took a turn for the worst. The lines at the register were unacceptable. The returns line wrapped half-way up the main isle and there were only two registers opened. I can’t understand why given that there were several employees milling around, ensuring they did not make eye contact with any of us waiting. It took close to 30-minutes for us to check out. Finally as we were paying, one of the lingering employees reluctantly opened a third register. Such a shame. I have the store two stars because there are very few toy stores left to choose from and we are fortunate to have an option that is NOT a discount store. That said, this location needs an overhaul in leadership, quickly!

This Toys R Us is OK it’s better than the one in South Miami the staff is friendly and the store is clean but very disorganized and the bathroom smells but everything else is fine

Overall a good toy store. I’ve been going to toyrus since as long as I can remember. Always had great toys when I was a kid and now frequent it for my family. This specific store is pretty good. Yes, it is a combined toys and babies r-us. Regardless, there is pretty good selection of toys. Great section for legos. Not as great for action figures though. But, I guess kids aren’t I to action figures like before. Nice electronic section. The babies side is okay. Nice clothes but I think your better off finding and actual babiesrus. Staff is friendly and always helpful. I’ve used this store for walk-ins and online purchases and it doesn’t disappoint. Plenty of parking too. Decent area and not too hard to find. I’d say go there :)

The cashiers in this store are nice but that is the highlight. Toys R Us/Babies R Us really failed to keep up this store. Manager, instead of helping, told the cashier not to take my returned item. Furthermore, this store is out of most things they advertise in the newspaper and give coupons for. Worst Toys R Us/Babies R Us I’ve been in.

I often use this location when I order things online for store pick up. The staff at customer service are always greeting me with a smile and super friendly. This is something I recommend doing when you do not really want to go through the hassle of printing a list for a baby shower and going on a mission to find items. There is plenty of parking, the store is almost always nice and clean and you can always find someone to help you if you have questions. This is my go to place to spoil all my friends kids.

The WORST Toys R Us I have EVER been to! Not only do they always look deserted and like they’re going out of business but their customer service is beyond anything imaginable. I went in today to exchange a baby shower gift that was given to me last week because she was unable to make it to my shower back in May. I had a gift receipt and the items were on my registry. Not only did I have to wait 20 minutes in line because they only had one employee working there but when I’m finally up the girl tells me she can’t take it because it won’t scan the receipt which means it’s too old. Here’s what REALLY grinds my gears… I work in retail so I understand company policies are not up for a cashier to break but I also know that when it’s no big deal a manager has the power to override that policy. Supposing that the manager didn’t have that power, have a little common courtesy to look at ME and talk to ME when your employee is asking you if you can do something about the fact that both items were closed, never opened and that they were on my registry! Not one, but TWO managers couldn’t bother to turn around as I was speaking to the cashier explaining my situation and I was fuming so badly that I didn’t take a look at their name tags if they even had any. One was an Asian male and the other was a heavyweight black woman. I had a couple of things to buy after my return but I was so upset that I stormed off and went to Target instead. I will never give this or any other Toys/Babies R Us my business again because it’s a continual disappointment with them. Luckily, thats why we have Buy Buy Baby, Target, and YESEVENWALMART around. Ugh.
