Maybe I’m having a senior moment but when I walk into a business known for their donuts I expect to find a wide variety of them. However, this was not the case on two of my most recent visits. In fact,(kid you not) there were only two types of donuts, at least three types of donut holes & roughly five types of bagels. Seriously– wtf!!! Even the bug/mice infested Giant Eagle down the street offers more donuts than this place! To make my visit even less appealing is the fact that all of their food is left out in the open in large baskets for all of bug, human kind(no sneeze guard, etc) and the air to make your food stale. Can’t say I’ll ever waste my time trying to get in & out of this frustrating parking lot just to maybe buy a stale donut.

Drive through review — no longer care about customer service… terrible staff, tried 4 times in the last month, won’t go back «Hazelnut light and sweet» … how hard is that??? Impossible for them… asking twice for sweetener selection and 3 times for milk option is the best they could do… I tried both week day and week end… early morning rush and 9PM… didn’t matter… they couldn’t cope. Twice I ordered toasted bagel and cream cheese… neither time they were actually toasted… maybe the toaster is set to «stale» but neither time they were actually brown or crunchy. This location is 100 ft from Starbucks… 20 feet from Mc Donalds… you would think that they cared… that they would want to be more than the cheapest on the block… nope! They used to… not anymore!

When I forget my breakfast or forgot to buy coffee for the office I typically swing through Dunkin. The service here is lightning speed fast(maybe they are hopped up on their coffee?) and everyone has always been so pleasant. It is a wonderful start to the morning. Plus Dunkin coffee is better than the ‘bucks. And at an awesomer(yes, I am making that a word) price.
