With the exception of two employees, this is the worst dunkin donuts ever. Half the time they can’t make any lattes, or specialty coffee, then the next shift they suddenly can…
The staff is always hanging out in the back, and when you ring the bell to have them come up they act as though you asked them to donate a kidney to you.
When you peer over the counter it is nothing but filth. The employees don’t even have the energy to stand up, never mind clean.

It took literally FIFTEEN minutes to get a coffee and bagel the other morning. I stopped going here because the employees are the slowest in the entire world. You would think that people that work at a breakfast place would have more of a sense of urgency. I waited for the employee to put gloves on for at least five minutes, and the next ten getting a bagel and coffee. Bagel was not toasted and cream cheese on the side, so I’m not sure what took her so long. The other two employees stood there and stared. It’s hard to imagine how they haven’t all been fired.

Customer service was great until I took back up the Jelly donut to tell her it was stale and she questioned me saying they bake them everyday. Well this was rock hard so I don’t know what to tell you. They did replace it but left the rest of the stale ones for others to get and be unhappy with.

This is the worst Dunkin in the area. Don’t go to this store. The employees prove themselves to be incompetent time and again. I live in the neighborhood & I have seen no improvement on the part of manager to increase order accuracy. 50 percent of my orders are wrong on a consistent basis. I keep going hoping somehow that they can improve. I’m beginning to believe that they don’t care to improve at all.

Tucked away Inside the Circle K sit the Dunkin’ Donuts. The place is pretty decent, the staff here was very friendly and I would go back in a heartbeat.

I just moved to the area and have visited this location a couple of times now. My experience has been abysmal to say the least. SUPER SLOW service. Expect to wait anywhere from, 5 – 15 just for you coffee alone. Very disappointed, I would recommend the McDonald’s across the street if you don’t want to wait.
