I come here all the time and the people are always wonderful. Super nice and friendly. Never had a problem with the service.

Mostly always a great experience. On occasion I get a messed up drink. Also one of the women who often works the drive-​thru seems to have a permanent attitude problem, but mostly everyone is very nice!
4-​stars because they mess up my drink about once a month (once every 30 visits).

I love this Starbucks! Location was convenient. I always thought there was plenty of space to sit down inside. The staff there was always friendly and prompt as well. My drinks were always made correctly and accurately. I loved going in there, there were definitely a few staff members I always enjoyed talking to (especially when they weren’t busy). This was always my go to Starbucks location!

Service and quality is below average. I used to stop by Starbucks on the way to work and have stopped going to this location. On one recent occasion I ordered a drink from the menu was given the wrong size and told that it would take 10 minutes to re-​make my drink in the right size because they had to serve me behind the rest of the current orders. The young lady at the drive thru window then cursed as I asked her to remake it and told me to pull up and come into to get my remade drink. A week later, I went in (avoiding the drive thru) and was not waited on for two minutes as the two employees attended to the drive thru. No one greeted me or acknowledged a short wait. I started to leave and the young man chided me for not waiting. I explained that I didn’t feel they respected me, as a customer, so I decided to go elsewhere. Overall, this store has lacked a sense of professionalism in the past three months. There’s too many better options to deal with that type of customer service, in my opinion.

Best Starbucks in Cuyahoga Falls, period. Stellar baristas, fast service, and they make it up to you if they are slower or mess up your drink. I’ve gone here for 5+ years, so you can trust me when I say that they are great.

Not overly impressed. When I walked in, the woman at the counter was working on something and had a big binder– she seemed thoroughly annoyed when I walked up. I was ignored for a little while, heard some shouting about helping the counter, then she helped me… though seemed very reluctant about it.
I think this was the manager, as she proceeded to do an employee evaluation at the table in front of me. Laughable that one of her most important points was being friendly with the customers.
Overall, tiny lot and unfriendly service. A couple of other annoyances but I’ll save those since they will just sound nit-​picky.
Next time I’ll just go to the bookstore across the parking lot.

Gave up Diet Coke for Lent and found myself hitting this Starbucks for a fix. Up until recently, I wasn’t a coffee drinker. The staff is always pleasant, whether I am in the drive through or inside the store.
One thing that sets Starbucks apart is that they can give you your drink at a lower temperature. I know this becuase I asked them what the difference is between a kids hot chocolate & a regular hot chocolate. The difference is about 30 degrees (if I recall correctly). So, when I order an Earl Grey, I ask for it at the kids temperature. I don’t like drinks that I have to wait 20 minutes to drink! Perfect every time!

Fast friendly service and same excellent Starbucks flavors you’d enjoy at any other Starbucks location. I repeat this location regularly and most of the baristas recognize me by now.

Go there everyday. The baristas are very friendly and everything they can to make your experience a great one. Parking in side lot is a better option than in front of store when busy.

This gets 4 stars only because their parking sucks. Otherwise they get 5 stars. Fast friendly device and a drive thru can be found here. Usual Starbucks fair and hot drinks makes it a familiar and nice place to visit.
