Amazing Lash Studio

Very disappointed. I spent several minutes on hold to even book and appointment. They were very vague about the membership and did not offer up the one year required commitment for membership until I specifically asked. They then required that I give them a credit card to guarantee the appointment, which I did. After rearranging my whole work schedule and making sure I arrived at the requested 10 minutes before my appointment time, I waited around for five minutes while they were on the phone. Once they got off the phone, they told me they could not find my appointment and had nothing open. I showed her on my phone where I called their number. I thought at first that I had dialed the wrong location because when I looked up the call on my phone, it showed the number to be a Deer Park, Texas phone number, but it was indeed their phone number. What a waste of time. I guess I should have required them to give me a credit card that I could charge if they didn’t show up for the appointment instead of the other way around. Unfortunately, they lost my business and all of my friends that were waiting to see how mine turned out.

This place is ~*magical *~
There were four different lash extensions to pick from, and I chose «gorgeous.» I have very fine, straight lashes and the extension gives my lashes a fuller look.
Also, the person who worked on my lashes was amazing! She made sure I was comfortable and we had a great conversation during the whole process. I’m also sick, so she was very patient with me every time I needed to sit up and cough… Overall great experience. Friendly staff and great environment.

The studio is very nice & clean, but I’ve experienced better. Every few minutes the tech would receive a text message and would stop what she was doing to reply. Didn’t think that was very professional. Definitely won’t be returning.

Shauna is amazing! I love my new Cute styled lashes! She made sure I was comfortable and she was so sweet and informative! I will recommend this studio to everyone who is talking about hating their mascara routine!!!

Jessica did such a great job! I love my lashes! She was so helpful in helping me pick out the length and style for me. And it was so much faster then I expected. Will definitely be visiting again when it’s time for a refill!

Booked this trial run appointment for Valentine’s Day. Nothing but satisfied with my new lashes! The whole staff seemed very sweet. Shauna (sp) did such a great job, and made my first experience seem relaxing. She was quick and thorough, and a joy to chat with. I will be returning in 2 weeks!

This was my first time getting lashes and coming to this location. I came as a referral from a friend to have Ty do my lashes.
I made an appointment for 3:15 and rushed to get there, but wasn’t called in until almost 3:45. Since I had ample time to wait I enjoy how pristine and clean the studio is, the white décor and the lights are very nice, and the bathroom was spotless and sanitary.
While I was waiting I witnessed 3 women in a row come out with complaints. One said her lashes were too sparse, another was upset she was told her artist wasn’t there but she really was, and the third was annoyed with being charged for a full refill instead of a mini. I don’t know if their complaints were valid, but I do know I watched the manager only offer a weak apology for their outrage.
My experience was perfect. Ty worked quickly and efficiently, asking if I was ok when she placed the tape and if I was comfortable. After my lashes were applied she made some recommendations for me to get my natural lashes healthier and advised me of how to care for my new FABULOUS lashes.
I made quite the commute to go to Cypress for the lash install and will probably try a more local location for my refill. Hopefully the other locations will have less costumers complaining.

Mandy did my lashes. She was so fast and sweet. The staff is so welcoming and the management was phenomenal. This experience was so worth it.

This place is amazing! Chris (manager) goes above and beyond to make sure you are totally satisfied. April is amazing! She makes feat suggestions and is very attentive and quick. My eyes look gorgeous! I will definitely be going back. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants gorgeous lashes!

I want to start by saying the stylist that did my lashes was very friendly and I enjoyed her as a person, however, I’m not sure if she was not properly trained or if she just hadn’t had enough practice before being able to work on paying clients. I’m a seasoned veteran in lash extensions and have worn them for years. I’ve only been to Amazing Lash a couple of times but have had my lashes done elsewhere for years. That being said, I am fully knowledgeable on how to care for my lashes and how to make them last. I visited Amazing Lash new Cypress location last Friday and my lashes turned out not exactly how I like but they were ok. I figured I could care for them enough to make them work and would just have them changed up next time. It hasn’t even been a week and almost all my lashes have fallen off one eye (not to mention the areas that didn’t even have any lash extensions applied) and the other eye just looks horrible. I’m more than unsatisfied with my lashes and actually embarrassed of how ridiculous they look. I feel like my lashes aren’t the stylist’s fault but more the management because they’ve clearly failed to recognize that she was not properly trained.

Got my lashes done with April today. She was super fast and very friendly. The lash studio was clean and the staff is very helpful and nice. Will definitely be going back to This location.

Heard of their grand opening so I went and try! Amazing experience. I slept through the entire process so it went by fast. Jasmine was so nice and guided me through the whole thing. Will definitely be back for my touch up!

It was my first time getting my eyelashes done and I had a great experience here! Lovely place and friendly staff. They did a great job. Highly recommend.

My wife just got her lashes done here and even I noticed. She mentioned that she was a model and received a set of lashes to help the lash person train. Clean looking facility and is really bright. So much white everwhere. I am sure that this place will be rocking soon as my wife no longer has to drive over to Copperfield to get her lashes done. Good job.
