Waited more than 45 minutes to get help for check engine light.
I had already been in line to return something and had asked for help but their first priority was to check out other customers. Which in turn was not fair because later someone else needed help with same light issue and I was standing around to listen and I said I was first, that I’ve been waiting a long time.
Bad customer service for this location!!!
**Next AutoZone is on huffmeister & cypress n. houston and there’s 2 other auto stores near by.

Not a great AutoZone.
Often missing basic automotive supplies.
Has a long line to check out and excessive wait about 50% of the time, more frequently on the weekends.
Parking lot is tight and often there is trash on ground/all over the place.

Very rude service from a man who worked there. He was about 5’8 with reddish blondish grayish hair and a soft voice. He was very sassy and acted like he had a superior attitude. In the end I left without resolving my issue. I usually like auto zone, but I would recommend that you stay FAR away from this one. He was a complete jerk! I got my headlight from OReillys and was very satisfied!

Typical auto zone get in pretty quickly sometimes they even help with just going into the aisles and getn the part for me. Just make sure they charge you the correct amount for the things your getting.

I’ve only been in this AutoZone a few times. And it’s a typical store.
The staff has been friendly and helpful each time and it’s usually a pretty quick in and out with what you need.
