Both times I’ve been here I was treated with little care by the guy. He seems to not care about his job. If you’re gonna be in customer service you need to be prepared to smile and be polite. I won’t be returning.

This location and the one located on 1960 near Willowbrook are owned by the same people and boy does it show. The staff are extremely rude and lazy at both locations. If you ask for anything that is complex(I.e. Shake or sundae etc.) then be prepared to be treated with rudeness. It seems like all of the employees here are high school kids who would rather sleep on the job or their phones are more important than the customers(I have witnessed both on many occasions). And if by some chance the owners are there, they will tell you that they don’t care about your thoughts. And to the kid who cut a bunch of bananas up and then handled them without washing your hands or wearing any gloves that is not only DISGUSTINGBUT A HEALTHCODEVIOLATION!!!

My husband was driving around and our weakness is ice cream! So we stopped in to this small shop. I was super worried when I did not see my favorite chocolate chip ice cream. So I asked the friendly staff! She said not to worry there is another cooler behind the counter with all the good ice cream! Vanilla, chocolate ship, and more! This is an awesome place!

Who doesn’t like ice cream? Staffed by friendly employees, this location is the perfect place to come and beat the heat during the hot Texas summer. Or even when it’s cold outside, as I usually do. Some chocolate and peanut butter or chocolate fudge is how I roll. They carry prepacked containers of ice cream goodness as well as ice cream cakes. There are a few tables outside if you need some vitamin D. This is also a kid friendly establishment.
