Love the delivery and pick up. The ONLY issue I have ever had was one time when I needed to get a garment back ahead of schedule(My fault not yours). I learned that my clothes were not at the MW branch I usually deal with, but at one further away. I was able to make the trip and pick them up early, but the location was inconvienant.

Beverly is the reason I stay with MW. She is absoutely Phenonomenal! The operation is OK, but Beverly makes sure they do the right things. She has my account coded with checking buttons on shirts, and I am convinced that she goes through my laundry to tell them of the tickets I submit. Without her, I feel your service would be overpriced and lack luster at best. 5 stars if I didn’t believe it was all about Beverly.

The only reason I give this location 2 stars is because they’ve done a good job on my clothes in the past. The reason I write this review is because they lost one of my favorite shirts and then lied to me about it. I brought 3 shirts to them on Saturday to be picked up on Monday. Came in Monday as instructed to pick up my shirts and only 2 were ready. I was told that my 3rd shirt, was delayed for pickup because it had cleaning spots on it. There would be no charge for the service as it was not ready per their agreed upon time. I could pick it up Tuesday after 6. Came in Tuesday after 6 and was told they knew nothing about it and I should talk to the manager who was only there 8 – 5. Caught up with the manager on Thursday morning and she tells me my shirt has been LOST!!! That it has been lost the whole time and doesn’t know why one of her employees would tell me otherwise. This is not an expensive shirt. I paid less than $ 100 for it and it was more than 10 years old, but it was my favorite shirt. I’m sure they will be glad to give me restitution for it but I just want my shirt. There are cleaners on every corner around here. I’m looking for a new one. Trust in this one is gone. Their manager told me «sir, we handle thousands of shirts a day, these things are just bound to happen». That should be on a sign somewhere as notification of their responsibility(or lack of it) for your clothing. Update!!! The general manager got Involved… FOUNDMYSHIRT!!!

I think the various locations are more of a franchise type than one company shop. That would explain why other people who have posted reviews here have had consistently good experiences, while I haven’t. Short version: they do a great job on the cleaning process, lousy on charging customers correctly, and worse on customer service from leads and management(line staff and. Do I still do business with them? Yes, ONLY if there is some discount running that is worth the aggravation of doing business with them and I have the time to wait and pay on drop off. Never more than once a month. What happened: Was using the free pant coupons given by Men’s Wearhouse to promote the cleaners. Was trying MW Cleaners out so only did the pants. I thought the easy drop off service and pay on pickup was nice. They never could seem to get the pricing right on charging the pants. They were free with coupon(whole order would be free since was only pants). No big deal just figured was inexperienced personnel(turnover was pretty good then) worked with one lead(inital J, a lead at the time) and he resolved issues. Continued to do business with store then Jeremy left. Ran into charge issue again. J had moved on now dealing with some lady who is location lead/manager(old lady, seriously). I explained issue and how Jeremy had resolved. Was told by her, «Yeah, that why he’s not here any more. He gave everything away.» Whoa, how rude! I had a legitimate issue that needed resolution and this is how I’m talked too.(Customer Service?) Ok. So I ask for manager’s number, R. B. I called him and explained my situation, that I had been overcharged, as well as history of charge issues, and that the lady told me they couldn’t resolve it onsite. Explained that I didn’t know if was training issue or what but thought he should know. He was resistent. But when I asked about their policy of «It’s done right and on time, or it’s free» He fixed that one but told me that policy only applied to the cleaning and not to being charged correctly.(Is that wierd or what? sounds like a cop-out) Charge issue continued so I continued to call RB as soon as they would occur. After the third call, I asked him why the training issue had not been addressed in 3 months? No answer. Finally, he reviewed my transaction record for the past 7 months and determined that a $ 5 credit would cover my inconveniences. I didn’t want money. I tried to explain to him that to prevent from being overcharged by his staff because he wouldn’t train them, I was not using the drop and go service nor the pay at pickup conveniences. I even asked him if I was the only one who had this problem or just the only one who was calling him about it.(No answer by the way). He then told me well you are only doing business with us through the coupons(including the ones for shirts). Would you believe I had to explain to him that until he got his shop where they actually charged me correctly that I didn’t feel the shop was WORTHY of more of my business. Yeah, he was clueless. There is now a great guy there(was glad to see him today) A who has been spot on every trip. If he is there, no problems but he can’t work everyday. I just really appreciate his attention to detail. Actually his quality service is why I’m still willing to do business there.
