Crave Sub Shop

NEW BUSINESS — We came here expecting the Crave Sub Shop only to find it had been converted into The Burger Spot. Very clean with 8 tables. Roomy. Very friendly cashier. We came as they’re getting adjusted and have yet to promote or do their grand opening so it was a lonely place.
Come try it out. I enjoyed my burger as they used fresh mushrooms versus canned slimy ones other places use.
The fries are seasoned just right and they have a beverage fridge with Red Bull and others if the usual fountain drink isn’t your forte.
They also offer rewards for the more you spend the points are accumulated to earn free items. We spent $ 17 and earned free drink on our next visit. I like that.

Delish philly cheese steak sandwich and hot wings. The chicken wings are the biggest Ive ever seen! My girlfriend had the cheeseburger which she said was great and her daughter said it was the best burger shes ever had!
We tried the hot wings, lemon pepper wings and regular wings. The hot wings were the best!

I ordered their food through GrubHub. They’ve always taken over an hour and a half to deliver. Three stars because they did comp me an extra sub for taking as long as they did. Me, being hungover at the time, wept softly.

Worst sandwich I have ever had would have given it zero stars if possible. Bread was soggy and not much meat. When I placed the order for delivery I asked for toasted sandwiches somehow they toasted the outside of the bread and not the inside which was soggy like they sat in the delivery drivers car while he delivered other orders during my over two hour wait for my food.

The REAL reviews are enough to deter me + it’s so obvious when good reviews are faked i.e. who types a review while waiting for their food.

How do you even expect me to wait 3 THATS A THREE HOURS for only three burgers. I ordered through grubhub and sat there waiting FOREVER. So I decided to call them and they said that they «just» send the driver out. I call absolute bullshit on that, and the guys says «Oh well we are very busy so just wait and it will be there.» Yeah right, get the hell off of grubhub if it takes 3 THREE HOURS to deliver to a location only 5 FIVE MINUTES away from your location. I decided to order from 21 Dragon whose chinese food outmatches this places crap food which I’ve had a total of one time. I certainly will never order again. And just a FYI, the guy who I called was very pissy and sounded like he’d spit in my food. What a joker. Don’t bother with this joint. If you order online, NEVER thats a CAPITAL NEVER order with your card. They will not give you a refund as the crude and rude person on the line stated, even when I wanted to pay with cash!!! What the hell? Just because you already made my food does not mean I must pay for it. You belittle me by saying it will be there, just WAIT. PFFFT No I will NOT WAIT any longer than 3 THREE F***KING HOURS.
EDIT: It’s funny that another guy also ordered on Grubub today, and also waiting an unacceptably long amount of time. ¹⁰⁄₁₀ Crave, you really can be consistent at being absolutely terrible at serving people.
SECOND EDIT: So the «Manager» (I think it was the same person who answered the phone the first time (Gave himself a promotion I see)) decided to give me a call about this review, nearly a minute after I put it up. Look whos afraid about critical information. After I told him that my review was staying up he threatened to SUE ME, yeah sue me for giving the people legit information about their shotty service. Its hilarious to me that this guy even dares to say that to me.

I dont think so, I ordered from GRUBHUB and after 2 HOURS of waiting for delivery I CALL to inquire about the delivery. And im TOLD «We don’t Deliver to commerce » What a load of BS. I also never got a call from Grubhub which makes me believe they never called to cancel the order in the first place… Just keep my money!

I don’t understand how anyone could give this place any stars at all! I gave it 1 star because they had good costumer service and THATS IT! We found this place on GrubHub and we were super excited but when we got our food it was a total let down… I ordered a Turkey and Cheese Sub it was a 8 inch for 6.99. Well when I received it it was oddly cut in to 2 4ish pieces. Soooo to my bigger surprise when I opened it it was NOTHING of what it said it was… well besides the turkey part… 1^st of all i thought it was going to be a cold sub. NOT. then it had yellow american cheese instead of provolone and mustard instead of mayo and worse NO AVOCADO!!! Ugh… Well I was so hungry and had absolutely no time to call complain or wait for a new one so I ate it… It was meh… The second sub we ordered was a Philly Cheese sub… They sent 2 of them don’t know why but they did and it was mostly squished bread and very little meat… and whats worse is now we have been blowing up the bathroom for the past hr! SERIOUSLY I will never order from there and I learned my lesson to read reviews be for hand…

Tried this place a couple weeks ago when a coworker found the menu in the office. The food was NOTHING like the pics. We ordered 3 sandwiches, fries, and wings. Everything was made terribly, wings were anorexic and over priced. 2 of the sandwiches were unedible. They were drowning in mayo like the person who made them didn’t want you to eat them. No tomatoes were in the sandwiches. Geez. The Philly, I don’t even know what to say. Someone posted a pic. It’s accurate.
The fries were sub par and an order was only about 12 fries.
We actually ended up tossing everything out and going to jack in the box. Total waste of time, food, and money.
I hope they decide to get better. No reason to serve bad food. It’s not difficult to make good food. Just pay attention and care about what you’re doing.

Food was pretty decent. They took a while to deliver but honestly they were so busy and backed up and it was well worth it. Great service and they try so hard to make it up to you. I even got a follow up call to check if everything was good. Truly appreciate the service, would order again.

Open till 2am and the deliver… and they deliver WATERMELON chunks. They are so sweet and ripe every time. Super simple menu, you need to like Philly cheese steaks because that’s there specialty but they have other awesome choices! Chicken wings very crunchy on the outside, juicy inside. Fries held up VERY well seeing as it was delivered.

Food was terrible. Meat on the burger was much smaller than the bun. It was meat, cheese and bun… not even a piece of lettuce and it was very dry. Turkey sandwich was turkey and processed cheese, that’s it. It didn’t include any of the ingredients listed on their menu. Horrible experience, they don’t even deserve one star.

Id like to give negative stars. Total waste of money. Ordered a turkey sub and it was inedible. Slathered in mustard and mayo, did not come with the fixings stated in menu (lettuce, tomato, etc) also tried the philly cheese steak which was gross but i was hungry so forced myself to eat half and immediately experienced wrenching stomach pains which led to an unpleasant rest of the lunch hour on the toilet. I am completely upset.

Ordered this from Grub Hub. It was sad to say the least. The food is edible but for what we paid, I am extremely disappointed. The «French Roll» bread is flat, not fluffy as it should be. There was almost no cheese on the Philly Steak and CHEESE sub, and I got the equivalent of a small fry from McDonalds for almost 3 dollars. I will upload pics to support my claim. I could’ve gone to Subway and paid the same price for a much larger sub. The wings were actually good with a good amount of meat, but paying $ 7.99 for 6 wings is overpriced. I wish they would improve upon these issues as there is much potential.

We came here based on the 2 reviews they have here that are 5 stars. Well, I can’t give this place a great review. We walked in and weren’t greeted as the one and only employee was on the phone. Took our order and then went to the kitchen as he was also the cook. He didn’t wash his hands and made our food.
The food was ok but nothing authentic or special about it. Had the Crave Philly which he said had mushrooms but I couldn’t taste the mushrooms or the cheese.
Good luck to this business but I don’t plan on returning.

I just wondered in. I was taking a brake from work and sat down on a chair in the parking lot. Made some phone calls and realized I was hungry. I saw that there was a sign for meatball subs. I love me some meatball subs.
I asked about the pizza first… but it was very early in her day so she let me know that it was going to take some time for the pizza… no worries. I’ll have a meatball sub.
It did take a little bit of time… but again… it was early so I am sure that the equipment was cold and needed to be heated. So on the time front I have no complaint as I do understand getting a shop up and running is some times not that easy.
The bread was heated and crisp, and the meatballs were tasty.
I was offered to watch TV in the dining room, of which I declined as I was working on the computer… you know… filling out this Unilocal review.
The location is small and hidden. I would not have tried to find this place. However I do recomend it.

Ordered the lemon pepper chicken wings. They were great! Very crispy on the outside, big, juicy on the inside. The price was affordable only $ 7.99 for six wings.

Doesn’t even deserve a star. Bought a groupon to try something new. Not even open. Unilocal says open at 11 am I’m here at 12… still hungry.

Been selling Groupons for a month and still not open. Cryptic notes on the door and endless delays. I’ve driven by everyday for a week and no signs of life.
