1. This is a no frills, simple burger joint. I will emphasize no frills. There is no special sauce or Animal Style here.
2. Place was not busy on a Sunday afternoon, we dined in.
3. Management was nice
4. Tried the double cheese burger, spicy chicken wings, and onion rings. Burger had 2 parties, nice fluffy bun, thousand island, tomato. Tasted like a simple hamburger well cooked. Wings were crispy and somewhat spicy and good. 3. Onion rings, not the best I’ve had. Edible.
5. Halal food is served for all you «Moslems» trying to abide by good old Sharia Law :)

Service was quick and polite. Burgers are average size but really juicy and flavorful. I had mushroom Swiss burger with tater tots. BF had regular burger with tater tots. Tater tots were nice and crisp. No problem using groupon. However if you pay with credit card they do charge you extra $. 75 if under $ 10.
Would come back again.

I went to this spot last night as few friends recommended it. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. The server was very welcoming and inform about the favorite burgers from their menu. I ordered the philla cheese steak and it was awesome. The cheese steak was delicious and I would certainly recommend this place to public.

I went here last night using my groupon. I ordered the mushroom and Swiss burger, and a philly cheese steak. I had a groupon for $ 16. The total was like $ 16.18. The young lady at the cashier told me it was fine, which I thought was nice of her. Now to the food. The mushroom and Swiss burger was really good! The meat was tender and the cheese was gooey how I like it. The cheesesteak was good too. Not the best I’ve had but still good. The restaurant is clean and bright with a tv playing sports. There was plenty of parking since it’s located in a strip mall. Was thinking of buying another groupon to try other items on the menu.

This shop is exactly five minutes away from my house. It has now been 80 minutes since I ordered and they haven’t shown up. Primarily thought that regardless of their three and a half star rating I would give them a try but I was hungry to begin with. I can’t even rate the food because I don’t know if they’ll show up.

My husband noticed this place while driving by, so we decided to try it.
My husband put in our to go order (I had to wait outside due to us having a pet with us). They never gave him a receipt for our order. After about 20 minutes, I asked him what was taking so long. He said the order in front of us was big, so I was okay with the wait.
Finally got out food after a half hour, so we left. They stapled both bags shut. We opened the bags once we got home to find nothing that we ordered was in the bags…
The wait and the fact that our order was completely wrong is why we will never go to this place again

This place had to be the most irritating delivery experience I’ve had recently. I really don’t have the best luck when it comes to, well, life, but deliveries seem to always pose an issue for me. I placed an order through Unilocal for delivery for 2 burgers and 2 fries and it said 45 – 60 min. Simple enough. I called the restaurant when it got to 75 min and I was still waiting and a rude girl on the phone told me that my food was on the counter finished but it would be another 30 min. Uh what? The food was finally delivered nearly 2 hours from the time I ordered it barely warm. The burger seemed like it would be good if was actually hot and the cold ass fries were inedible. I mean if you’re failing at making the promised time frames, at least deliver hot, edible food. Not worth $ 30 or the 2 hour wait.

Would give zero if I could. I ordered from eat24. Orders spot burger plain with extra cheese. It came with everything on it and the cheese steak on it was like a teaspoon of meat. The Lipton iced tea is a bottle of lemon tea. Hate sweet tea and lemon tea… mushroom burger had a unidentifiable sauce that just tasted like relish. Fries were dry and tasteless. Called and asked to get my burger right was met with let me have my Manger call you. Waited 10 min got a call saying they will send it out right. The kids nuggets are like Tyson frozen nuggets but that was expected. It’s sad when the wife says glad I wasn’t really hungry. Waiting to see how my burger comes now. I’m already disappointed and the delivery fee at 7 bucks is still more than the entire meal was worth. Save your time. When they called me to tell me they will make my burger right she literally said. «So what’s supposed to be wrong» like a f u we did it right. Well 100 percent poor service rude staff and bad food I can’t believe this place has 4 stars.
Edited to 3 stars as the remake came very good philly meat has great flavor and they made the new fries awesome the driver was great as well

Very unprofessional. I bought a Groupon voucher, it said $ 9 for $ 16 credit. I ordered, cashier said he needed his boss to verify the Groupon and the food will be cooked after i finish. I have been waiting for 15 minutes and my food is not ready. You would think after waiting for 15 minutes your order would be done. The manager of the place did not greet me or acknowledge me. My order was a double cheese burger, fries and basket onion rings. The food was kind of good. Rings and fries were super dry. But with ranch it was alright.

Will i be back? Nah its kind of far, the food is not worth the drive.

It’s was a couple of days ago and I didn’t want to be overly critical. But I brought my kids there to satisfy our burger craving and we decided to try them out. Flavors were very good, but selections were challenged, my daughter ordered a lettuce wrapped cheeseburger cause we saw others on Unilocal order it, For us they were unable to do it. The tater tots were good, onion rings and I had «the spot burger», which was good too. I ordered a cheeseburger to go for my wife with avocado (featured on the menu) but they only had guacamole.
We dined in and the service was good and very friendly, but overall a bit on the pricy side compared to other burger places. I hope they do something to elevate their menu, cause I believe that they can be great to stand out. For now, they have their hands full to achieve the «Wow Factor».

Stopped by after seeing Unilocal reviews. The hamburger was nothing special but chicken strips were great. We ordered tater tots and a basket of onion rings both of which were generous portions. The toys were crispy and perfectly done unlike some of the places I have Ben to of late that undercook them. The onion ring were the best part for me, a basket could be shared with 2 or three or just me. Get your hand out of my rings! One drawback is bathroom is located way out in the back of the building in a deserted area behind building. The guy from inside popped his head out to make sure I found it so not sure why I trekked out back! I might stop by again if someone suggested but would not go looking on my own again

Quite an interesting experience, to say the least.
So I have been meaning to come down here. Due to recent pictures, bookmarks, etc. we finally made it over.
We had no idea that it was halal meat, so this was a new thing to try. Also I was lucky to have a friend point out the Groupon the night before so I was able to save seven bucks.
I decided to go with the beef burger, which came with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, sauce, and mustard. I got it with no onions but added avocado. Keep in mind that they did say and confirm that every burger comes with these toppings except for the Spot Burger, which my husband got. It was a philly cheesesteak meat, beef burger meat, cheese, bell peppers, and an onion ring. We got both as a combo for $ 2.50 more for fries and a small drink.
A while later the cook came up and informed me that they were out of avocado. Fail. A bigger fail because I paid $ 1.50 for it. He asked if I wanted grilled onions or mushrooms or anything. I went with mushrooms.
After a while the burgers came out. I went to take a picture where I was left to be confused. Where was everything? All it had was sauce and mushrooms. I just said no onions. So then we thought maybe they gave us a mushroom and swiss burger, but there was no cheese and he stated that they all had those other toppings. I have no idea why three more things went MIA, but I was not going to wait a while again or have them just slap it on behind the scenes.
Luckily the flavor was good, but very naked and I have no idea why the order was so off. At least my husband’s was right so I did not have to deal with him being mad. One thing though, is the Spot Burger comes with cheddar cheese melted on separately like a cheeseburger, and it isn’t mentioned on their menu but it is on their paper menu.
Paper menu and board menu has various differences in toppings/​menu items/​pricing etc.
Not bad, but a lot of confusion even for a small order.

The spot burger was pretty tasty had to try it next I want to try spot fish burger my wife enjoyed the mush&swiss burger. And there open late.

My fiancé and I came here on a Friday night for dinner, and we really enjoyed our experience. This place is a small, hole in the wall, restaurant that has limited seating. I would come and try this place before it ends up exploding and having lines out of the door. When I came, there was only one other person dining in.
I ordered The Spot Burger which has philly cheese steak, onions, green peppers, onion rings, cheese, and sauce. Their buns are also toasted with garlic parmesan butter, which is another plus. While we waited for our food we ended up watching an animal planet documentary that they had on their large big screen tvs. It was a unique experience for sure.
The burger arrived, and while the quality of the burger meat was really lacking, everything else on the burger was perfect. The grilled onions and peppers were juicy and crunchy that paired well with the smooth melted cheese. The philly steak was delicious and cooked to perfection. It made for a very delicious burger eating experience. I also really liked their fries. They had a nice blend of seasoning salt on top of them, and they offered ranch with them.
I can’t wait to come back and try a philly cheese steak from here as well as some of their other offerings!

The Hot and New burger joint attached itself to my Unilocal radar. It had me at just 6 letters B U R G E R. I love burgers and have been in search of a 5 star burger FOREVER! So when I see such high reviews I am hopeful.
This tiny spot is located on Ball between Knott and Valley View in a tiny strip mall near the drive thru dairy. In fact, there is not even a bathroom here. You walk in, order and pay and wait. Service was super friendly. A plus service. You can tell they love what they do.
Lately I have been staying far away from carbs. I am more of a meat type of girl. I ordered the cheeseburger wrapped in lettuce. The medium well burger with melted cheese was tucked perfectly in a blanket of fresh lettuce with grilled onions and pickles. The few grilled onions on my burger were sliced not diced. The burger was good, but it did not have that WOW factor or seasoning I have been craving or hoping for. It probally needed to be doused in some kind of sauce, which I omitted. Spent just under $ 5.00.
Onion rings are freshly battered and hot out of the fryer. While the small could feed 2 people, I would stick to the basket of rings, especially if sharing.
The double cheese burgers come on a toasted bun smeared with parmasean butter. It gave the burger a little more flavor. Add some grilled onions and the hubsters was happy with his.
Here is the thing with me… there are other 4 star burgers I like more. I rarely give a burger 5 stars unless it is AMAZING. I am stingy like that with my stars. That is why I am giving it 3.5. The burger was good, just not as good as I thought it be with all the other high 4 and 5 star ratings from other Unilocalers. Half of the 4 and 5 star reviews came from Unilocalers with little Unilocal activity, which I should of paid more attention to. A 5 star rating should mean, it is the best you have ever had. Unfortunately, I had to disagree.

This new place opened up in my area and obviously, being the burger freak that I am, I definitely had to try it. Upon arrival, the place was really dead but I’m sure its because its a pretty new spot but that didn’t deter me from giving it a chance. The gentleman who took are order also cooked our meal. He was very pleasant and attentive which is a must in my book. We ordered the Spot Burger which comes with philly cheesesteak, peppers, onion rings, cheese, and the patty. I enjoyed the flavors of this burger since I have yet to had that combo on my palette. It tasted homemade as other reviews mentioned. It was a good burger. Not the BEST burger I’ve ever had. But if you’re in the area, give em a shot.

My Burger Buddy told me he had visited The Burger Spot and suggest i give it a try. My wife had heard from him and said we should give it a go. Walking in, it is very clean and has a menu that meets your Burger Buff needs.
The Burger Spot is Halal (can be deemed Islamic Kosher). With that being said, it adheres to my meat requirements of no pork. Taking our orders, they brought us a delicious home-​made style burger that truly had my taste buds jump with joy!
As my wife stated, give it a go, and based upon her suggestion, you will always go back!
