Great and fast service; I came in 30 minutes before opening time. Dsrinel took our order, he was very friendly. great food. If you like spicy sauce they have some real Mexican salsa here.

Me and the wife decided to try a new place for Mexican food she ordered a carne asada torta and I ordered two tacos one with carne asada the other one with small intestine first bite of the small intestine taco was absolutely amazing so crunchy and texture I noticed the tortilla was handmade I absolutely fell in love with this place and we are definitely returning for more of this authentic flavors

Went here to grab a quick bite with my husband. We shared a carne asada torta and two tacos carne asada and tripe. We were very pleased, the tripe had a crunch to it the carne asada was tasty on hand made tortilla. Everything was fresh and made to order they also have fresh juice.

I love this place! I’ve been coming here for a year now. My favorite thing here is the chicken. I don’t know what he puts on it but its delicious. I come here usually twice a week and get either a California burrito or a torta, both with chicken. Super friendly and I highly recommend it. Also if you get the chicken California burrito, get it with avocado.

Authentic Mexican food. Nice little spot. Tacos, menudo, posole, flautas, and many other classic Mexican dishes. Must try this place if you’re a fan of mexican food.

Tried this place after reading the reviews on Unilocal and was not disappointed! I had the carne asada tacos and they were fabulous! Big portions of tender, great tasting meat. Four taco combo — $ 7.00! My friend had the Huevos Rancheros, three eggs, four tortillas, beans were fabulous! Family owned, great people, pleasant and welcoming.

I have been eating here at least once a month over the past year. The owner is super nice and is genuinely happy when he sees you enjoying his food. I highly recommend coming here for food. It’s always fresh and I have never be un satisfied. Be sure to check out their taco special.

I love this little gem in Cypress. I come here on Tuesdays or Thursdays when I take my daughter to Kumon. Parking can be stressful on Tuesdays and Thursday’s because of the children’s tutoring next door, but the food here is great. I love all the employees who work here, they’re so sweet and just great people. I usually order their 4 taco special order for $ 6.50. It’s comes with four tacos, some chips and beans with a small drink. I love the carnitas, they’re made fresh to order. Usually I put extra salsa and fresh pico de gallo on it! Delicious! Today my daughter had their children’s grilled cheese combo. It comes with a side of French fries and a small drink for $ 4.50. But definitely try it for yourself! This place is bombskies!

Always looked around for good mexican food in the area, kind of just tried a burrito and a sope at tons of locations. The value, the taste, and the customer service here can not be beat. Everything is fantastic. Depending on when you come, it can be quite crowded. I always get a wet burrito and try their different meats and everything ive tried has been great. Highly recommend it!

Mom n pop + son kind of place across the street from the college that makes a pretty good burrito.
I’ve come at a couple of off hours and the place only had a few patrons. Lucky me. But I have also driven by at lunchtime and have seen Señor Taco packed!
Like I said tis is a family run place right down to the young son (12 – 14) working there in the summer. The owners are a couple of good peeps who’ll make it any way you want it.

One trip I ordered a wet asada burrito when asked what sauce I’d like I half jokingly said both. Lol this is now a menu item.
No jokes here, his is what I got.
both the red and green were equally tasty the red being a bit more like enchilada sauce, and the green had hints of jalapenos and tomatillos. The asada was tender and seasoned well. And the meat to bean to rice ratio leaned toward the meat.
Decent asada? I think so ask for yours with grilled onions and you can thank me later. (borrowed pic)

A decent salsa bar to load up your food the way you like it and then some more! The green salsa is great!
Also had a machaca (shredded beef/​pork/​eggs/​cheese) breakfast burrito and it was great! I’d order it again pronto.
Pretty clean joint with a flat screen to catch up on your Oprah or football. A handful of tables inside and sometimes out and a nice bunch of folks who run the show. Only bummer can be parking at times. Also check out the bird shop (Omar’s) next door, pretty cool too.

Delicious Mexican food. Everything is homemade down to the ranch dressing for the salads. Great service and left feeling grateful for the very enjoyable family experience.

Señor Taco is incredible — not only is the food amazing but the family who owns it are the nicest, coolest people ever. The food is ALWAYS fresh and hot (and authentic!) and the service is impeccable.
So lucky to have a place like this so close to home!

The family at this restaurant are nice and welcoming. Food is good. Prices are good. Always playing sports when I have gone in.

I’m lucky to work very close to this place. It is small, but always packed with people. The food is delicious! My favorites are the gorditas and the grilled chicken salad. In addition to fresh tasting dishes, they have plenty of fresh salsa, pico de gallo, limes and marinated carrots.
The prices are great, and you always get great customer service.
I highly recommend them.

Ordered the Birria and omg ! It was delicious and they had great service they were attentive to check to see if everything was okay, if we needed something. Great family restaurant and best Birria I’ve tasted, similar to my dads.

Interning at Cypress Community College, I’m intrigued trying local eats around here. This place had solid reviews and was right across from the campus, I had to check this place out.

* Small plaza but coming here on a Thursday afternoon, I didn’t have any trouble with parking
Seating:
* Seating is provided both inside and outside, but mainly inside. You have tables of 4 or tables for 6 which can be merged together. Outside seating is provided but it’s more of a sit in the patio and people watch kind of deal.
Feels:
* A simple small shop located across Cypress College. Not the most fancy or impressive place but it gets the job done. Fairly clean place with a tv on a soccer channel if you’re into that kind of stuff.
Food:
*Chicken Fajitas (To-​Go) (Recommend)
Served hot, fresh, and seasoned with a good kick. Just a decent amount of food to fill me up. The red sauce wasn’t extremely hot but good to raise your alertness.
Customer Service:
My server was nice as she was informative about the menu items. My order came in a reasonable time.
Overall:
4.5 stars. Price was about right, choices were great, food was delicious. I didn’t see horchata in their menu, but this wouldn’t prevent me from coming back. I look forward to checking out the other selections on their menu.

I’ve lived in cypress all my life and today was my first time here. IT IS SO GOOD! I got the carne asada burrito and oh my god it is so big and fat! And only 5 dollars and something cents
Their pico de gallo is also so good and their chips are so savory!
Their customer service is also A++++ the man and woman is so nice and friendly!
I’m probably going to become a regular from now on.

I get the Chile Verde Plate w/​flour tortillas and Rice & Beans ($ 8 even). My boyfriend gets the Wet Burrito half chicken/​half carne asada with green sauce and red sauce on the side ($ 7 even). The owners are always very helpful and nice. I wish them nothing but success with their restaurant. Best Chile Verde near Cerritos, CA.

I’ve found my go to Mexican restaurant in Cypress. Located across Cypress college, Señor Taco has everything I need.
On my visits, I usually stick to the grilled burritos. My favorites are the carne asada and lengua. I’ve also had their plates and my favorite is the camarones a la diabla. They come with homemade tortillas, which are a great touch to complete the meal. The salsa bar is stocked with a pico de gallo, red sauce, green sauce, and pickled carrots
One thing to note: Señor Taco is next to a Kumon, so at times you’ll see people just sitting in their cars waiting and sadly you can’t find a parking spot!
