Best Wendy’s location inside is gorgeous n clean. Huge TV, Wi-​Fi, couch seats, Fire place!
Very unexpected how well this location looks. Alfonso is sweet n happy as well. The burgers n lettuce are fresh n delicious.

I ordered and paid for a double bacon mozzarella burger but when I got home, I saw it was a single burger. I called multiple times but no one picked up the phone. I’m not driving 8 miles to fix their mistake. They need to pay more attention to detail. Burger taste ok but that’s not what I paid for.

My closest Wendys, they’re really a dying breed of Fast Food Chains competing for your dollar. Quite honestly, I come here because for fast food, Wendys’ offerings such as the baked potato, Chili’s and Frostys really does differ than anyone else I know. Other than that, they have the usual Burgers, Fried chicken Sandwiches, and Salads (which I think are one of the best) for fast food.
I’ve always seen this place not busy, partly because The Loft and that new place next door also offers great food in the same complex. Not to mention Chili’s is across the street and most of these guys are here to serve the luinchtime crowd for the business people on weekdays down on Katella.
They’ve recently remodeled and quite honestly, I liked the older 70’s feel, yellow décor. Now, it has a bit of a modern feel to it with the electronic ordering boards. I come here once in a blue moon and I don’t want to drive another 5 miles to the other one so I’m giving this place a 4 star for their stellar food at okay prices.

Stopped by our local Wendy’s to change things up a little on my lunchtime fast food circuit. Not sure if there was something wrong with the drive through speaker but there were two guys taking orders. I was handed a menu with no prices on it and I ordered my combo. The guy asks if I want medium or large. I can’t stand fast food places that up sell the combo. My bad for not paying attention and saying medium. Aside from that, I do like me some Wendy’s and the food tasted good.

Saturday May 30, 2016. Sitting in the restaurant waiting for my food and some random guy in here starts cursing about his fries and randomly throws a drink at my brother and I. He muttered something along the lines of «I dont even want my fries anymore, give em to these F*ckers», and then he threw his drink and my brother and I. Its not the business’ fault that this happened to us, but it was not a pleasant experience. The employees watched it happen.

I come here every so often with my brother (who has autism) I take him here after he’s done with school or work and the staff is very nice to us, especially Kimberly! Way to go Wendy’s! The restaurant also just went under a renovation and it has a more modern look. I like it, but that’s just my opinion. Come see for yourself!

I usually like going here for lunch but today was different. No other customers were in store except one ordering in front of me. It took her about 5 minutes to order, clerk decides to leave the counter to go hug corporate guys that come in during her order. 10 minutes go by, I’m at the counter. Clerk is taking the drive thru order. She walks off. Never to be seen again. I leave with half my lunch time gone and no food. Thanks Wendy’s.

Every time I go to this Wendy’s late at night they always close 15 – 20 minutes early. I don’t get it! I’ve got here on 3 occasions around 1140 – 1150 and they don’t answer at the drive thru speaker! I’ve worked in a drive thru before and I know this isn’t acceptable.

Cold food. Cold fries and burger. Called lady manger after going thur drive thur on Sunday afternoon. She just wanted to argue. What happen? Didn’t even get a receipt after handing them cash? What’s going on here?

I’m not a big fan of Wendy’s hamburgers, but I do like their salads.
This Wendy’s is located near work on Valley View and Corporate Way. It is a nice strip mall with a few varieties of fast food restaurants that I like. The parking sucks, and the stall space are so small-​I cringe when I have to park.
This location is always clean, they are pretty fast and accurate. I like that the Franchisee takes pride in his restaurant, and keeps it very nicely maintained.
I’m not a big hamburger eater, so I go strictly for the salads. I’m a creature of habit, so I only have tried the Apple Chicken Pecan salad. I enjoy having the strawberry lemonade with half tea for my mid-​afternoon «sugar» break.
This location is easy to get too, and the real reason I come is that they are affiliated with American Airlines dinning points-​figure I gotta eat-​so why not rack up some points!

I will start by saying that I went here twice in a week about 6 months ago and both times they severely ruined my order. I usually order an Asiago Chicken Club combo (no veggies) with a baked potato instead of fries. The first time I received my sandwich and there were no veggies, but nothing else either. Just chicken and bread. No cheese, ranch, or bacon. I thought hmm… maybe someone screwed up and gave me the wrong sandwich on accident. So I went back a few days later and this time it was chicken (that was almost ice cold), bread, and the smallest amount of mayo imaginable. Mayo isn’t even on that sandwich!
Fast forward to today and I ordered my usual, thinking that maybe things have improved. Well, not really. There was a gentleman taking orders in person rather than at the speaker so I thought I may have better luck. I said «A small #8, no veggies» and he interrupted me with «What size would you like?» «…small, I said small. With no veggies, root beer, and a baked potato instead of fries» «Root beer, potato» So I had mentioned the veggies twice, figuring he got it. Well, I went to the first window and the guy there told me it was 8.79. I received my food and left.
I got back to my office to eat and noticed that my receipt said nothing about the veggies, and also said that it was a baked potato in addition to the combo and it was $ 10.89. That was not what he said, and I did not want both (nor do I want to spend almost $ 11 on a fast food lunch!) I then put my straw in my drink (that was almost all ice) and it was diet coke, not my root beer that I ordered. Opened the bag to find no fries, a cold baked potato, and a sandwich with veggies.
Needless to say, three strikes and you are out Wendy’s.

Bad food at this location! The fries were stale and they got my order all wrong. Also the food was cold. When I called to complain the assistant manager said «Well I thought the food was fresh today.»
Unbelievable! I am never going to this place again!

Wendy’s is fast food… but taste fresher. This location is the only one I’ve been to in years. My husband and I occasionally get a craving for a Frosty… or a burger. It’s 2 mins from us. I will mention that I’ve only used the drive thru. I have no idea what it’s like inside. The drive thru ALWAYS has cars in line. Wendy’s works pretty fast though. You don’t wait too long.
Tonight we got a Daves Hot ‘N Juicy (so weird saying that… anyways. LOL), and Wendy’s Ultimate Chicken Grill (amazing honey mustard on it!!), and Homestyle Fries. Oh, we got Frosty’s as well. Yum! Everything was great. Hot, like it was just made. The fries were really salty. I love that, but I’m not sure everybody does. The service here is always good. The people are always pleasant. I totally recommend using the coupons that come in the mail. You know that big stack of what looks like junk mail, that comes in the mail once a week? It has the grocery store ads, and tons of fast food ads? There are ads for Wendy’s as well. They have coupons for 2 for 1 burgers, and sandwiches all the time! Can make for an inexpensive family night!!! Seriously good deals!

I asked for NO pickles, and got pickles. I asked for 2 ranch got 1 and had to ask for another. If you can’t follow simple instructions then don’t complain about your pay.

I used to love this Wendy’s, but they almost always get my order wrong when I speak clearly and see on the order screen that is correct. They need to shape up

Service is really slow, really really slow. No review on the food. It is what it is.

Normally I’m not a big fan of Wendy’s, but this location really tries hard for my
business. Unlike the other stores they send me coupons. I went there on Sunday
afternoon when it wasn’t busy. Still, my chicken sandwich took a long time to make.
The cashier was apologetic and gave me a free medium drink for my troubles. I’m
pleased that they showed concern for me. The chicken sandwich and the strawberry
fields salad were both good. I will definitely return to this one. Good job guys.

They ran out of cooked fries and we waited like 5min, not a big deal buy I think that’s a fail for a fast food place.

Hard to judge this one… I think Wendys has really good fast food… their burgers to me are really fresh and their fries are good also. This location the staff is friendly and get ur order ready with the quickness. Feel the burgers here dont have as freash of vegetables (like the lettuce, tomato, etc) as other Wendy’s locations… so marked down for that.
I like the square burger patties.

The Good: They have great fast food overall.
The Bad: The meat and food is ALWAYS cold in the later evening (10pm to 1am) This location ONLY.
The Ugly: Waiting at night for food to be «made» and they finally give your food, yet the burger meat is COLD and the «crispy chicken» is soggy and lukewarm at best.

This place is so fast during lunch. I went through the drive thru, they had about an 8 car line, I got in and out of there in about 6 minutes! I avoided going in because they were packed for lunch that day, they must’ve had a full dining room with another 20 people in line. They impressed me with their speed and accuracy of the order. The people are friendly! I love coming here!

I’ve lived close to this location for… 6 years now and have never had a problem. The staff is always nice and I’ve never sat waiting for anything for an extensive amount of time. Though I typically just go for the occasional frosty. They’re great here.

I can honestly say that I had the best looking fast food burger I’ve ever had from here! It was a double cheeseburger and it was made perfectly, stacked perfectly and… NO GREASE!
It was like they handed me a burger right out of one of their advertisements.
Truly a once in a lifetime event.

My first visit to this Wendy’s was this past Sunday to try the breakfast sandwiches. I got a ham egg and cheese on a roll and a sausage egg and cheese on a biscuit. Both of these sammies were good in their own way. Cost a little more than McD’s but much better in my opinion, the biscuit especially with some butter on it and tasty sausage patty.
I would go back for breakfast in a heartbeat and I’ve had frosty’s here twice, which were good. Been a fan of the burgers for many years and will go for lunch sometime soon. I do have a weakness for the «Baconator» even though they are a «no-​no» on my diet.

10:30 AM on a Saturday and I opted for the drive-​thru. There was only a breakfast menu posted which I didn’t even know Wendy’s offered. It was so non-​Wendy-​esque that for a second I thought I had driven into another drive thru. The voice over the box asked what I wanted and I hesitantly asked if they had a happy meal. She said yes and asked which one. Since there was no menu, I wasn’t sure if they had gone all awol and done away with fries for fruit. She said I could get anything but that it would be a wait. Luckily no one was behind me or I would have felt bad. They custom made the burger or fries, I’m not entirely sure which one or if it was both, but it took about 10 minutes of me holding the drive thru up. This is probably why McDonald’s and other ones clearly state when breakfast is over and lunch begins. The happy meal is only a deal after 4PM when it drops to $ 1.99. If it wasn’t for that damned frost that I jacked from my son, we wouldn’t have ended up here. (Who did that?!)
I remember eating here as a child and I don’t remember the patty being so… grainy (?) The square patty on the circular bun does not bother me but the texture makes me opt to eat just about anywhere else.
Frosties…I will be back for!

Time… warrrrrp…
We received edible food, but getting it was a challenge. This place makes you feel like you are in a time warp and I was on a much faster plane. I was experiencing about 10 seconds for every one second that the employees were experiencing. Slow, slow slow people. Maybe that is Wendy’s corporate trying to make it feel less like «fast» food.
This was just a strange place where I’m not sure if the employees knew that they were working at a fast food establishment.

I have a confession I really only go here because it’s close to the office. Walking distance.
The food has always been OK though there was a stint last year where every time I ate there I felt sick that has since went away.
I like the older manager, hispanic lady. I don’t recall her name, but she is lovely. Ivan is also nice and there is another hispanic lady, non manager who is also very nice.
I can say though some of them look like they need to take a chill pill. Or smile. Or something. They always look like they are in a bad mood with the exceptions of the 3 I mentioned above. I know that fast food isn’t the easiest job I’ve been there but make some effort to look like you enjoy it.
Food wise I can say that my order has always been right except for once they gave me diet coke (which I am allergic to) and did not realize it until I was back at the office. That was from one of the unfriendly service people.
Mostly my experience has been positive but because not everyone is a captive audience maybe the employees should brighten their attitudes.
Will I return? Sure. It’s convenient, fast, and efficient.

After seeing advertisments on TV the hubby and I decided to eat here. As others said people who work here do not enjoy their jobs. They are very un attentive to customers while they are in the back doing things. At least pretend to like your job and smile a little.
We a ¼ burger and also ordered chilli cheese fries which looked nothing like the picture. The cheese on our fries was cold and un-​melted. When I asked Cherlynn to see if they could melt the cheese she said they really dont have warmers. When I told her the fries looked nothing like the picture she said «shes not in charge of the advertisments» are you serious? Why not offer to remake the fries? Maybe offer to put the warm chilli on top of the fries instead of putting cold cheese on top. Think outside of the box and try to go above and beyond for the customer. Then proceed to laugh it off making some sly comment about the fries with her co-​worker as we sat in a booth. Yes I could hear you. Total disrespect on her part. The sad thing was I think it was the manager who she was talking about us to. I wanted to order more food and a frosty but I lost my appetite with her attitude!
I also dont like the fact that the cashier was in the back cleaning and then does not even wash her hands, handles my money then puts my food on the tray.
