Terrible service, will never come back again. I ordered 2 combos(almost $ 19)to take home and when I opened the bag there’s only one SOFT french fry, the hamburgers were too small like kid meals. Stay away and go to In&out or Five Guy

Very slow through the drive thru with only three cars in front of us and they have gotten our order wrong when I had to go back to make it right and the person made us repeat the order numerous times and when we received our soda the lid was not on tight and it spilled all over us in our car making it very sticky. I have never had the worst experience with drive thru like I have had.

Well it’s official I was reading other reviews before my visit and I was hoping that this place would prove them wrong, and to say the least the reviews were right. Came here for breakfast with a free sausage biscuit sandwich coupon. Once handed to the cashier she said it’s only valid for the sausage and that she’ll have to charge me for the cheese and egg. Ain’t that some sh** I ask how much is that and replied with ¢75. After I paid I go into my bank account and she charged me full price for it! The biscuit wasn’t the greatest either.

False advertising-Food is not fresh. Meat tastes like its Processed and cooked last week. Chicken tenders don’t look anything like the window posters. Earned 1 Star for the nice people there. I usually avoid Carls and now I’ll get Fresh Options from the surrounding restaurants.

Just sent my complaint to Carl’s Jr site(the store phone #s is a fax #, the toll free line at their HQ has no customer service for unspecified reason): Around 6:00 — 6:30 P.M. on April 22, 2011, I asked the lanky Hispanic young man behind the counter, Cerritos/Valley View in Cypress, who just took our order, if the fish is grilled in the two Big Catch fish sandwichs we ordered with two Cranberry Walnut Chicken Salads, he without thinking said«I believe so», guess what, when we arrived home it’s battered and fried, and it’s oddly not even one big piece, but two puny thin strips of fried frozen fish, definitely not one close to the name ‘Big Catch’, and the interior of the use to be not bad restaurant, looked so depressing now, apparentely they took out the salad bar, which gave it a better than fast food feel, the worn and torn cheap laminated wood, and uncomfortable seatings, is way over due for an update, and some proper taining is definitely needed for the order takers, even when no one was in any line, we had to wait for the lady cashier, then she left without saying anything, then this young man took our order without any smile or greeting, and answered our question about our order without knowing, or lied so we won’t cancel our order? At least ask the front line employee to check when in doubt.
