Greated with a smile and a pleasant hello. There were three other customers alreadt eating and one in line before me. Ordered the breakfast Carl. Ty to cashier for asking if I wanted a combo since it was on a $ 5 special and the burger alone was 4 something. Service after order was slow though took 12 min to get order and with only one order before me and drive through empty seems like a long time. Food was so so in temp but tasted good. Use this Carl’s a few times a year as they are near a client. Will try again maybe this is just an «off» day for them usually good service.

I took the order taker’s suggestion and ordered the thick and juicy 1⁄3 lb burger.(Even though she asked me to try it, the were out of the ½ lb burger). This sandwich was perhaps the worst fast food burger I have ever had. It was bland and the burger looked more like a ¼ lb. and actually the super star has more taste and is less expensive. The Weiner in the sandwich tasted like it was boiled rather than flame broiled. Guess this will be a first and last to order the Thick and Juicy bland burger.

here. is the place where you will emcounter service clerks with no CUSTOMERSERVICESKILLS At all. when you get there no one smiles or greets you– i hope this reaches the manager or if this is franchised owned — you have terrible staff attitude. the lady assisting me just stared at me i was conversing with her — too bad you have a great location there but and this is not the forst time. i have been here before, i thought the staff was just having a bad day last time… horrible service. with all the reviews before my review — i hope this is a wake up call.

This location of Carls Jr. is TERRIBLE. Honestly, I live 2 minutes away from this location, and 10 minutes away from the location on Knott and Katella. I will be going to the location on Knott and Katella from now on. I will drive the extra few minutes, it will be worth it. Every time my husband and I go to this location(and we’ve given this place many chances), they get our order wrong. I just don’t understand why its so hard to get an order correct for two people??? We are not ordering for a family of 6 or something… its 2 people. 2 burgers and fries, and they cant get that correct. I understand that mistakes happen, but unfortunately, it happens at this location ALL the time. Tonight, it happened again. We won’t be returning… no big loss…

I work next door so we are always here. Shitty. Super slow especially when ordering green burrito. They say the wait us because they are making it fresh but when we get upset all of a sudden it’s ready. Interesting. They forget cheese on my burger, I bit it and took it back for cheese and got my bit burger back with cheese. Weird. Waited at the counter just to put my order in for 10 minutes while they served the drive thru & then waited another 10 while my food sat on the thing to be served. Over this place

Food was cold except for the onion rings. So i assume they let everything sit and cool while they finished frying. The cheese wasn’t even melted on my mothers famous star. Then the biggest F you was i walked in and the old lady at the register looks at me then turns around and starts talking to the cook staff. No hello no welcome nothing. So i ordered a fairly large order a number one with cheese an order of zucchini and onion-rings and a number 8(guacamole six dollar burger) with sweet potato fries. Then i had to ask for a medium which i assumed was standard anyway .As i said all cold frustrated but hungry i took a bite of my burger and taste mayo take another mustard sure enough wrong order look at my receipt she rung me up incorrectly. I go back and shes speaking to the kitchen staff and leaves me standing a few finally acknowledged me and says well i heard 7. Well i said 8. So i get it corrected invested 30minutes now and still haven’t eaten. Then i examine the burger for spit no spit but also only maybe a dab of guac on one half the burger to hungry to argue i simply ate my crapy burger. Tried to eat some fries and some were not even cooked . Then to top it all off there was two other customers there yet the place was filthy. And i forgot to mention when she brought my correct order she didn’t say a word just held it over the booth to hand it to me. Never go there drive the extra ways to the one on katella or garden grove. I hope this place gets shut down no one there cares about their jobs anyway. Its a thursday after noon if anyone way interested in the time this happend.

Three times I haven’t had the best experience at this particular location. The first visit it took 10 minutes to get my order taken because the poor kid behind the drive thru counter was sooo busy he couldn’t get away from demanding customers. His supervisor sat 10 feet away from me eating a snack on her break and when another customer asked for help due to the wait. She said,“I’m on break, you will just have to wait!” I am guessing you could imagine the other mans upset behavior. Second visit, I had to select 3 different items to order because the location was apparently out of the first two things I wanted to order and the last time I visited. I went to the restroom, and opening the stall there was a very sharp screw/nut like a half inch below that sliced my pinky finger as I opened the door. Being in HR for 15 years I do know that if I asked the manager for a band aid due to his bathroom stall cutting my finger and especially when he sees my pinky gushing blood. He is definitely supposed to write up the injury case and NOPE, nothing! This store is in dire need of professionalism, how to treat their customers and someone to properly keep their inventory properly stocked!!! Not very happy with this location, at all!

Can I just say, this hit the spot this morning! I took off a star for waiting over 30 minutes for a steak quesadilla, and 4 chicken flautas and another for our troubles. The lady tossed in an extra fry for the wait… ok, where did my quesadilla combo go with my chips and refried beans? Apparently I don’t get the sides I ordered.

Do you still put sweet pickles on 6 dlr burgers, last 4 times ive gone to the carls in cypress on cerritos they havnt put on pickles, tonight i requested extra sweet pickles which was added to my bill and they put on 1 dill pickle. To me the sweet pickles amoung other things distinguish the flavor and 4 times now the 6 dollar experience was not attained. Me and my friends are cheeseburger enthusiasts, its reasons like this that restaurants get xed out, you guys are all over, your pulling up your big boy pants so if i had this happen then 20k others had it happen, i probably spend 200 a year, that x 20k x 10 years you pull out the calculator and hit the head in devastation if you care. Is it just this one or is this systemic, consistency is key for higher priced fast food to flourish, burgers will sell themselves and you can just get by or you can make an attempt to spread your wings and make a solid product. i have a friend working for innout corp, consistency is what has made them the best fast food burger pound for pound, history repeats itself-learn from your competitors, dont just drive home after work and secretly indulge on a double-double animal style made just how you like it EVERYTIME!-consistency, just to go home and eat half of your wives fish dinner telling her your really trying to downgrade the shed over the old tools. Its not meee, no its not you who didnt provide me with what i paid for but if you have workers with a dont give a shit attitude maybe it is you, again at innout they are paid 12 an hour to start, this is more than cna’s make cleaning shit off the asses of stroke victims, they have a growing well paying job that is worth exerting a good job and quality cs consistently. Im not an employee at innout just a normal food/burger enthusiast with a jaded 7 year background in business development. Id rather not give you my name its not needed for this just thought id ask and inform. It is my email below i would love to here your response if you have the time to articulate me with one. Sure this will get passed around and laughed at by your coffee stained suits, you need it. Put it on the overhead during your next big board meeting and beyond wondering, who is this nutjob who sent us this angry full spectrum rainbow of bull shit, and understand the tip, consistency, distinguishability, happy-proud workers doing an outstanding job bringing costumers and there visa cards back with a smile.

Rude employees that don’t even ask customers if they can be helped. They just stand there and chit chat all day. I like Carl’s Jr. As a franchise and was craving the double western burger with criss cut fried.

I am an avid Carl’s Jr fan, and with that being said… I ordered a Teriyaki Burger with bacon and EXTRA teriyaki on the side. What I expected to get was a teriyaki burger with bacon that had teriyaki sauce within the burger and an extra container of teriyaki sauce. What I got was teriyaki burger with bacon that had NO teriyaki sauce within the burger and NO extra container of teriyaki. As a result the burger did not have the flavor that I was craving and it was on the dry end of the spectrum. I was extremely disappointed because I was in a rush to get to work from school and did not realize their mistake until, I got to work, and it was too late. So much for quality control.

A family tradition to eat here on a Sunday afternoon. I always get the crisscut fries here, which I have to jealously guard else my family devour them while I’m not looking. Get your own! Service is sometimes slow, even when the restaurant is empty, but otherwise one of my favorite locations for this fast food chain. My crisscut fries disappeared while writing this review. Nooooooooo!

I ordered a loaded breakfast burrito this morning and like 3 bites in it tasted like 2 week old rotting flesh or something it was very gross and I gagged for like 30 minutes. I don’t know what it was but something was just not right with that burrito.

I ordered me a Double Southwest Patty Melt. The burger was delicious, and neatly built. The burger I ordered was fairly close to the picture on the windows and menu. This location does seem to be a little fresher than others. Fries were well done, which is how I like; but, I don’t know if it was intentional or an accident. My only gripe is that my Dr. Pepper seemed to be a little too watered-down. Four stars for a well built order and noticeable difference in freshness compared to other locations.

Food is always fresh and the customer service is amazing. I choose to eat inside the restaurant because the manager actually comes by and asks how my food is and helps clean up my tray before I go. Not what you’d usually expect for Fast Food.

This is the best Carl’s Jr location in the area, HANDSDOWN. The food here has always been great(and by that I mean FRESH) and this is the only Carl’s where the presentation of the food is great. It all comes out looking almost exactly like the pictures. Awesome. The burgers here are damn good compared to other locations. The ingredients do not only taste fresh but they definitely stepped up their game with the preparation, unless the chef back there has OCD or something. I’ve had the Portabello Mushroom Six Dollar Burger here more times than I can count and every time I couldn’t get enough of it. They put soooo many mushrooms on it, they aren’t stingy at all. The employees here are suuuper nice, albeit a little slow in there… but that doesn’t really bother me. I’ve never waited more than 15 minutes for my food when it was busy and I’ve probably been here 50 times in the last year, some way or another. I remember one time I wasn’t, um… «all there» and it was so close to closing but they let me in and served me anyway without rushing me out. I didn’t even realize the time until I left. It was nice of them. I think that’s pretty nice service right there. It’s a really clean place, too — I’ve never seen a dirty table or food all over the floor or anything. This Carl’s Jr has my vote.
