I went to this subway last night since its the only one open until 10am near my house. My husband and I ordered tuna sadwiches but the tuna tasted a little weird as if it was old tuna. Also while hubby was ordering our subs a guy comes in the store with a husky dog(not a service dog at all) my husband then looks at the two works to see it they would ask the owner to take the dog out but they didnt. The husky then shook himself and hairs went flying every where. I am a dog love but I dont want dog hairs on my food. This experience at this location was very dissapointing by far!

Subway is subway right? Well not when you get treated like crap from a teenaged girl who works there. So this review is based on the horrible customer service I received from Madeline. I came in with my 2 sons and ordered 3 sandwiches with chips and 2 drinks. $ 30 My son ordered their spotlight sandwich which was a turkey and bacon with guacamole. Well he’s 11, not the pickiest of eaters but a but sensitive to spice. Well, no where on the description of the sandwich did it say spicy, and guacamole is never usually spicy so I didn’t think it would be an issue. Well we dined in and my son is complaining that something is spicy, he thinks the guacamole since he didn’t order any spicy peppers or onion or cheese or dressing on it. So I try the sandwich thinking he’s being crazy and the guacamole was spicy. So I go up to the counter and ask Madeline, who is not who originally made the sandwich for a new piece of bread because the guacamole is too spicy for my son to eat. I say I can just take out the filling but I can’t get the guacamole off the bread since they use it like a spread all over the bread. And she says no we don’t do that. I say well I find that hard to believe if a customer is not happy with their food at a huge branded restaurant like subway that you wouldn’t back up your food and try to make the situation right. I point out that no where does it say that particular sandwich is spicy like it does on some others and she tells me it’s my job to ask. Wow! Then after much hesitation she says she will give me the bread THIS time but it will never happen again so don’t ask. Double wow. I say forget it then I don’t want the bread and I will never be back. She said, «I’m giving you the bread», which she cut in half, and I said«I don’t want the bread with that attitude. Plus we ordered foot longs and you just cut that in half for a 6 inch.» Then she gives me more attitude about giving me the other piece! I cannot believe this girl! I go to the counter, ask for the managers card and a to go bag cause I cannot stand to be in there for 1 more minute and I told her that it’s not her job to tell me what I should have done and what won’t happen again, etc. it’s her job to rectify a situation if a customer is not happy, and not with attitude. To be honest, I cannot believe they wouldn’t just offer to make a new sandwich all together, however I did not even ask for that. Just a new piece of bread. Like, 50 cents off the top of their bottom line when I just spent $ 30. Big deal. Try learning some customer service skills. And also labeling your products efficiently. I will forever avoid this subway even though it’s right by my house.

Workers have attitudes. No effort into my sandwich at all. I drive an extra 5 minutes to a different Subway just to avoid there horrible sandwich making. Same two guys.

NICESTSUBWAYEMPLOYEESEVER. They just cannot make a sandwich. I mean the place needed a bit of a clean up and they need to be faster. The only reason they received 2 stars was because they had amazing customer service and i enjoy the Subway cookies. However they need to get more experience and a cleaning staff.

Worst subway ever. Dirty floors & tables. Employee there didn’t even ask if I wanted my sandwich toasted and quickly made a transaction and didn’t even put any effort to ask for anything else. Worst service ever. Wasn’t even able to get napkins cuz no one was at the counter for like 5mins

Worst subway I’ve ever been too. Literally, I will NEVER give them my business again. If I could give them no stars I would. The females who work there are ridiculously rude with attitudes. I went in to get a 6in of the 5 dollar footlong special and they charged me full price(4.50). I asked them why it was that price because it didn’t make sense since other locations have it at 2.50. Her snarky response was«I don’t know I just work here.» This isn’t the first time I’ve had their crappy customer service. Pretty much don’t bother with this location; I’d go somewhere else.

Slowest subway I’ve ever been to in my whole life! I mean … at the end of the day I got my sandwich… it was good whatever I lived. But would I go there again… idk.

Here’s a Unilocaly tippy… Save your coupons because thanks to SmartReceipt, you might get coupons and freebies, i.e. $ 1 for a 21-oz. drink. Also, do the surveys on to get a free cookie! My fav is the chocolate chip with milk(not provided).

This place has gone to hell. Terrible service. Ordered oven roasted chicken, got burnt bread, chewy chicken and when I wanted lite mayo and mustard I got extra. Very minimal veggies. To bad I can’t give negative stars.

Overall a decent Subway. Of the times I went, I had more good sandwiches than bad. The worst set I had was a turkey sub. This store seems to be okay with using awful tomatoes. Just keep an eye out for those.

Hate to be a hater, but this needed to be said. Especially as someone who’s worked in customer service for a long time… I came to Subway to get a sandwich for my girlfriend who really likes them and the experienced turned ugly real fast… Here’s the personal letter of complaint I submitted to Subway.Com «Dear Head of Human Resources of Subway(or to Whom it may concern), At approximately, 12:45 — 12:50pm I entered this Subway franchise to purchase a oven roasted chicken sandwich for my girlfriend since she really appreciates your product. Now keep in mind I am not familiar with your policies on bringing outside food/drink product for any location. However from here on out, I don’t feel quite comfortable coming to this location or any of your franchises for a while… In any case everything went smoothly until one of the employees named „Pilo“ at this branch, thought it was funny to grab my Food Bag from another place(McDonald’s). Granted, I felt somewhat uncomfortable and quite upset. Would you like it, if I just grabbed at you or whatever is in my reach, when I’m at the counter paying for your product/services at said business? It wasn’t meant to be insulting to bring another restaurant’s product into the premises but the employee should be considered fired from this location considering he invaded my personal space and if I didn’t keep my cool(or were a female) this would have been lawsuit central. Also if the order wasn’t my food but someone else’s why would they assume it would be alright to tamper with it in the first place? I paid for my food and left immediately. In anycase, I wasn’t apologized to and was quite infuriated when thinking of it. I lost my appetite and immediately began to gather my thoughts, I went back inside to get the names of Pilo and Moe(the manager of this location’s franchise) who didn’t see what happened. I was called a „douche“ by some of the attendees and decided to leave not to make anymore of a scene. About 10 – 12 minutes later after the incident Mo approached me in a store adjacent to this location after reviewing his video surveillance and personally got my testimonial. Apologizing thoroughly about the employees behavior and how he treated me on his behalf. BOTTOMLINE: Subway you need to have both your HR look into this location’s employment training program and have the rest of them be reminded(and retrained), to NEVER enter anyone’s personal space before, during or after the transaction for any customer that enters within your business.» So the next time you go to any restaurant(especially a Subway) don’t bring any outside food/drink you might have your food bag, purse or your dignity robbed from you in a split second.

This is the best Subway by Cypress College by far, but you can definitely tell the old employees from the fresh ones. They make totally different sandwiches… the people who have been there a while will pile everything on there for you while the others can be kinda stingy, but I haven’t had that problem in months. Almost every single time I have been here, I have had to wait a couple minutes for the bread to cool down because they are ALWAYS baking more. Can you say ‘fresh’? I would much rather go here than to the one on Lincoln, down the street… that one is horrible. So I’m glad there’s a Subway that’s close as an alternative.

A small subway which is always packed so I guess that is a good thing. A lot of high school and college kids frequent this place during lunch on the weekdays. The staff is friendly and the food is average. Not the best subway location I have been but definitely not the worst. I enjoy eating here a few times a month, but nothing really stands out enough for me to give it a 4 star. Either way, keep up the good work guys and gals =0)

Ok, for Subway it’s as good as it gets. I have never been a fan of Subway. It seems that it is location location location and this one is it. Normally I would go for Quiznos if I had to have a sandwich, but there is something about this Subway that is different that others. I keep going back. I realize that at all of them you choose the bread and ingredients, but for some reason this one is better. Keep it up and I’ll keep coming back.
