Subs N Grub

6.5 months pregnant wAiting for aaa to come get keys out of my car and walked in to see if I could use restroom and maybe order. Thought it was cute and close to home but they told me I couldn’t use it and go do el pollo loco. I’ll never step foot in there again. Way to turn away customers. Apparently try could care less about the community around them. Great marketing.

Sandwich was pretty tasty. Good size for the price, inside of the place is clean and the staff was nice. I will most likely go back for a quick bite in the future.

By far the best subs in town. I had the Veggie loaded with avocado. Pretty much every single sub i have had so far is amazing!!! Also the cupcakes are to the best i ever had especially the peanut butter chocolate YUMM!!! The staff is very friendly! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone!!!

This is such a great spot! They have a great lunch special. I especially love the Zapp’s Voodoo chips!

Turkey Bacon Avo. Cheese with everything. Also a side of italian dressing if you like dipping. Amazzing.

Hands down the best sub place! I have gotten subs here multiple times and I was more than satisfied every single time. I always get the cold subs with Italian dressing and it is super good. The owner of the place is really nice and always makes good recommendation to try new subs.
I will for sure be back many more time to get there awesome subs and cupcakes.

YOU MUST TRY THE MANDINATOR!!! I mean this sandwich has changed my LIFE (and my waist line) but seriously bread is always fresh, Unlike you know who. Veggies are great but man what a combo… Turkey and Pastrami, add some Jalapenos if you’re up for it. I literally am eating one as I type this. I been eating at this place for about seven years and man they are still one of the best sandwich spots I have ever visited!

I have been going here for years! My mom and I make the long drive from Upland to get these fresh sandwiches! It’s definitely a place you don’t want to miss out on if you are in the area! Their variety of sandwiches are to die for! So yummy, so fresh, so tasty, and the soft bread is like no other place! If only they had more shops in the IE!

Very good sandwich! Excellent potato salad too. The potato salad did not have too much mayonnaise and everything had a lot of good flavor and quality. Price was fair too. The desserts look really good as well but I decided not to get one. Kind of regretting it!

I usually dont write reviews but after eating here i have to. I had the turkey bacon and avocado sub which was well balanced and delicious. I actually regretted not getting the 12 inch. Protip: ask for italian dressing sauce (I was tempted to steal the bottle).
Staff is great, friendly, and are helpful. You can tell when someone truly cares about their business and the owner goes above and beyond that.

One of the best family owned sub shops I’ve ever been to. Super friendly. I even got an introduction to mom who was in the back making delicious subs. Everything is super fresh with generous portions of meat. Make sure you get the home made oil and vinegar dressing on your sub. It is out of this world.

I just stopped by for my first time & it was amazing! On top of that, the people working there were really nice. I probably created a little struggle by not knowing what I wanted because it was my first time but they were really patient/​chill. Overall great food & amazing people. Definitely coming back!

Just great old fashioned subs at your fingertips. Nice hole in the wall operation run by really good people. Get the Truck 46 with everything, you won’t be disappointed!

The OWNER, DONETTE, of this place has HORRIBLE customer service skills… She (owner) actually HUNG UP on me when I asked a question about sandwich sizes. She said, very rudely, do you want to order or not… The lady was very bitchy and rude. Said I could not order a «kids size» sandwich unless I ordered a bigger sandwich also… then she said «kids don’t usually eat chicken salad» …AND she asked if I was bringing my kid in with me to pick up my phone order… WTH…what is the matter with this woman !!! they are not accommodating at all to anything «special» ordered.
TOO BAD because I had a lot of coworkers that wanted to order from here… they lost all our business !!!

Ordered the Dolly — cranberry turkey avocado bacon sub with Italian dressing. It was ok, the cranberry wasn’t evenly spread and the bacon was falling out of my sandwich — not very well made.
Service was good though; maybe it was a new server/​sandwich maker.

Solid sub shop. Although it can be a lot more pricey than Subway, the additional charge is definitely worth it to me. The soft and fluffy bread is what really sets this place apart. The Turkey, bacon, avocado, cheese is a real winner as is the pastrami. Wasn’t too wild about the tuna though.
Service is typically friendly and fast. I did have one outlier situation that turned out to be an aberration rather than a frequent occurrence. They have cupcakes and brownies which look good but I haven’t tried.

The sub shop is kind of small but there was plenty of seating when we came in for lunch. The staff was very friendly and gave great recommendations. The best part is they give you a lot of meat for what you pay. I got The Train. It was great. They got my order correct and piled on the toppings!
The worst part about here is there isn’t a bathroom. Which is extremely unfortunate when you sit down to eat and have to go to Del Taco. Other than that, it’s definitely a great place to grab a sub at. Wayyyy better than Subway.

Wow! Just Wow! How this place could’ve gone from four stars to One I just don’t know. I’m still quite pissed from my experience yesterday. I ordered a hot sandwich called the animal. It consists of meatballs, Italian sausage, marinara sauce and cheese. It was the biggest hot mess I have ever seen and not in a good way. The sandwich had clearly been thrown in the nuke, because the bread was rubberized, however the contents of my sandwich were barely lukewarm. I mean so cold that The cheese didn’t melt. They delivered the sandwich to me with the meat and sauce still wrapped in Saran fresh from the nuke. If I wanted to make my own sandwich, I wouldn’t have gone out for lunch. I wish I had just eaten the seven dollar bills instead, it would have been more satisfying…
Moral of the story… If you don’t have the right equipment don’t offer hot sandwiches. Moral #2– if you are going to eat here stick with a cold sandwich.
