Great experience with Cy Fair Storage! Recently had to move my family members things in and have been treated like one of their family up there. They know how important it is to keep your belongings safe and how overwhelming it can be to get your things moved in and feel they have been secured… Keep up the great work guys, thanks for all the help!

John O., it’s so nice to hear from you for the very first time since the day that our property was stolen from your facility, almost two months ago. It would have been nice if you would have replaced the surveillance cameras that you knew were missing from your property, and would have clearly showed the theft. These missing cameras were brought to your attention six weeks prior to the theft, when the first attempt to steal our trailer was made. You told us at the time they would be replaced, and they were not. It would also have been nice if your manager hadn’t taken two weeks to give us a zip drive of 8 of the 13 days of the possible theft, stating that he did not see anything. And now after two months, you can’t retrieve a simple data file off of your computer system that would provide key evidence of who’s code was used by the thief to code in and code out of your facility. And you state that you take security seriously? The Deputies who are trying to catch these guys have also commented to us about you and your manager’s lack of sense of urgency and antiquated and poorly functioning security system. Once again, you have never provided any information about who coded in and coded out that stole our trailer, a key piece of evidence. I think that your customers and potential customers should know the truth about your missing and damaged surveillance cameras, and the inability of your personnel to retrieve useful information from your own computers. Renters beware at this facility, ask questions about their security system, if your items get stolen as ours were, it is likely that you will get no or useless video, and no further cooperation. It may also take weeks to get anything of value from them, like it did us, and your property will be long gone.

Quick & easy service, friendly staff, I’ve been renting here for close to a year. Never had an issue and staff is always ready to answer my questions. Definitely recommend cyfair storage.

I rented a U-​Haul trailer from them. The service was great. The staff are friendly and helpful, but just laid back enough to make the experience of renting non stressful. They were prepared with the paperwork, I was in and out of there in under 15 minutes. The return was even faster. Thanks for the great service!
