Love this shopping center, hate the parking lot they put it in.
The part in front of the dollar tree to turn towards any one of the exits is seriously terrible. If they’d just remove that one row of cars facing away from Anytime Fitness and widen that area, it would be do much better.
Also, people, please learn that the main entrance on Katella that puts you in front of Chipotle is NOT a stop and you in fact have the right of way… Goodness.

This shopping center has plenty of what you’re looking for! Within this center, you can find: Taco Bell, Target, a video game store, Dollar Tree, Baskin Robbins, a karate place, a workout place, and soon a 5 Guys!
My only qualm about this place is that there are the occasional homeless person and oddball. But, I’ve never felt unsafe.
