The lady was pretty rude… maybe it was kinda too early for her… the food took forever too, I only got a spicy chicken, and im the only person here… The food was good though like carls Jr always is…

Worst drive thru I’ve been in. It’s actually almost funny when you think about it. The drive thru should be an express but it actually takes just as long as getting out and going in. The staff is mildly neglectful and don’t bother offering any condiments. Oh and don’t roll your window down until the pre recorded voice on the speaker greats you… it’s turned up on max volume.

If I could I’d give it zero stars! Go thru drive thru at 11pm they offer moonshine burger I say no & start ordering… I ask if they heard me because of no response? I drive up to the window! I honk! I go to door no one inside apparently? Idk no one is answering? The car behind drives thru & ask me hey did he offer you the burger & nor respond after that? So we sit in the parking lot waiting to see if anyone gets helped… Cars just kept going thru being greeted & offered moonshine burger but that’s as far as it went… what the hell? CORPORATENEEDSTOBECONTACTED!!! I’m assuming the cook who saw & I guess assistant Manger must be doing drugs!!! Because they aren’t working!!!

Unilocal Challenge 2016110⁄116 The early bird does not get the worm. Ordered breakfast in the drive thru, one person in front of me. Thought my trip was easy peasy in and out in a flash. Little did I know instead of fast food its slow food. If you don’t have something tell me. I would of ordered something else. Like a burger. Betcha didnt have that ready either. Instead you took my money and told me to pull forward and wait a few minutes. We all have a different defination of a few. To me a few is between 3 – 5 minutes. That wait was about 10 minutes. Luckily I was not alone. The guy in front of me was parked next to me. He was also mad. What exactly were we waiting for? Those little potatoe nuggets in the meal deal. I also ordered a breakfast bisquit and a OJ. My ketchup was also left behind. So this was not the first time I had to wait for something. This is not the first time I had bad service. If you show up late the green burrito section is not available. I guess they stop selling it after 10pm So why do I bother? It is one of a few places that cater to my crazy schedule. For me, in a pinch and desperate need of a snack it can satisfy me. Otherwise… no thanks. I’ll keep driving. #909

First off people that work the fast food industry do not deserve 15 an hour. I had to ask 3 times for a hamburger. The last time I checked when someone orders a hamburger they don’t want a cheeseburger. A cheeseburger is simply a cheeseburger. Which is a burger with cheese. A hamburger is simply a burger with no cheese. Then we get our food and it’s still wrong they did correct it but the buns are old and disintegrating in our hands. My daughter didn’t even eat the bread. They drive thru guy told me I didn’t have to keep repeating myself to the lady that barely spoke English working the front. If there is a language barrier then the ones that aren’t fluent in both English and Spanish they should not be taking orders. So I will never be back here again.

I tried this place again… late night after work, no choice m. Exhausted… My chicken sandwich was crunchy in the middle :(and bread was hard… I gave it to my dog(whom eats everything) and this guy looked at me like I’m crazy… he wouldn’t event eat it! I don’t even want my money back… shouldn’t have wasted my time. Let’s hope I don’t get sick

I went through the drive-through today and purchased a Burrito Especial. I clearly specified«no salsa», because it contains raw onions. The cashier asked me to check my order on the screen. It said, «no salsa». After an hour and a half drive home, I was looking forward to eating my burrito, but to my dismay, it had raw onions in it. I called the manager to complain and she said, «sorry». When I asked her if I could get another burrito, she said, «No». I asked if she planned on making it up to me, since I threw the burrito in the garbage. She said, «no». I told her that I would be posting a negative review on Unilocal and she hung up on me. I don’t think I will ever go there ever again.

The worst Carl’s Jr. Restaurant around. I had to tell the employee that my order was ready after watching it sit for minutes. The woman taking my order acted as if I was a bother to her. Avoid this place at all cost. Much better places to eat close by. I’ll even take my chances at Chipotle before going back here.

Not all Carl’s Jr are created equally. From what I remember, this location had descent quality. Today we went through the thru and ordered a #10 combo large and a spicy chicken sandwich on wheat bun. The total was about $ 13 and my spicy chicken sandwich had only mayo and pickles and white buns. We also asked for one ranch and one honey mustard and only receive two ranch. This place quality just keep getting worst. I am definitely never going back.

The quality of this Carl’s jr. used to be great. I would come here often, and the burgers would just taste better than they did at other Carl’s Jr. locations, but within the past six months or so, the quality has completely gone down the drain. The past two times I have come here, my order has been wrong. Once it was when I ordered in the drive through, and I drove home without checking the order. I had ordered two six dollar western bacon cheeseburgers, and I ended up with two famous stars. Another time, my fiancé and I decided to get breakfast here and they got our order wrong three times in a row, within one visit. We just ended up asking for our money back and leaving. Save yourself the headache of receiving an order you didn’t order and go to a different Carls Jr. location. Not to mention they’ve raised their prices so much that you might as well go to a sit down restaurant and order a burger for a couple dollars more.

This should be embarrassing for the lady working the window today(9⁄1) I pulled up to the speaker box to place an order for 2 iced coffee’s. She then replied with, «The coffee only comes in one size» Imagine my WTF face, right? My reply, «I know, can I have TWO iced coffee’s please.» Her reply, «Ok, so you want two, does your order look correct on the screen?» it did so I drove to the window and waited… and waited… and waited for the lady in front of me to only be handed a drink… and waited, she finally got her change and drove off. I pull up to the window, pay my bill and she hands me a large cup filled with coffee. I honestly, didn’t think anything of it as this morning I ordered one from the Carl’s across from the Buena Park Mall and the lady said they were out of coffee cups so she gave me a large cup as well so I figured the same must have applied to this location, maybe the shipment wasn’t in for this area in general. When she said have a good day I looked at her and asked for the other, get this, SHEPUTBOTHOFTHEMINONELARGECUP. That is NOT what I asked for. When I brought it to her attention she had a reply of, «Oh, I put both of them in one cup.» I told her no, that was not what I ordered and handed the cup back to her. She then brings us these 2 tiny cups of coffee. For over $ 4, I would have been better off keeping the large cup she gave me and just split it into different cups later. She wasted a lot of coffee if she dumped out the rest of it, what a shame. I really hope this was her first day or something because seriously, who assumes that when someone orders 2 drinks that they really just want 1. I don’t get it. Needless to say, I’ll be taking my business to the location on Valley View instead. I’m in shock this one is still in business with how poorly they do their job.

BESTCARLSJRINORANGECOUNTY! One time I was overcharged a mere $ 2 and normally would not have noticed this, but the manager, Juanita, who took my order, rushed out to my car to give me the difference! You go Juanita! Thanks friendly Carls Jr. Staff!

Still listed as a 24 hour drive thru and still closed for a late night run. Both 24 hour Carl’s jrs in this area are not 24 hours

24 hour? Stopped by at 1230 am on July 6th. No one was there. Schedule should be updated or people should actually do their job. Never going there again. Knott and lincoln carls jr is where everyone should go!

nothing special… typical Carl’s. Bathrooms were clean, food was ok, my only complaint was they didn’t sprinkle any salt on the fries after cooking them but I don’t need teh extra sodium anyway I guess.

If I could I would give this Carl’s Jr. no stars. This place has made me so angry. I have gone there several times and every time they have messed up my order. I don’t ask for anything too special just one famous star with cheese and one without. I either end up getting 2 with cheese or 2 without. Then there was a time my mom drove me through the drive thru and ordered a happy meal for my son and a #1 for me. I was then dropped off at a park so my son could play. We went to eat and they didn’t have a stupid toy or fries in my boy’s happy meal. I called explained the situation. I walked all the way back received the toy and fries and asked for a new burger, and fry because my food was now cold. I did not get fresh food because their theory was my food was made correctly. My theory was I wasn’t going to eat it without my 4 year old not being able to eat. Still they did not replace it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt on another incident and went on a separate day. This time I walked in and was the first one in line with my family. There was a girl at the drive thru taking orders and nobody around. I waited a couple of minutes and the shift lead or manager walked out with a head set to the drive thru and he didn’t acknowledge me. Instead he started getting food in a bag and handing it to the girl at the drive thru. I looked at the time and it was 11:03 am. I continued to wait while my 4 year old was yelling he was hungry. I now had 2 people behind me. The shift lead continued to bag orders and talk to the cook in the back. There was now 4 people behind me and still no acknowledgement. I even said, excuse me and he acted like he didn’t hear me. The person behind me was getting louder. I checked my phone and the time said 11:09 and still nothing. I started getting impatient and said, excuse me I would like to place my order and finally the shift lead said, hold on one moment with his back to me and talking to the cook still. I waited and finally lost it when I heard my son getting louder saying, I’m hungry. I looked at the time and it was 11:12 am and I said I have been here for about 10 minutes first one in line and I haven’t even had my order taken. I looked behind me and some people left and there were some new customers in line. The shift lead ignored me and by this time I was trying to see his name so I could report him but still his back was toward me and running fries and burgers to the girl at the drive thru. I looked at my phone again and it was now 11:18 and I was pissed and told everybody in line how long we waited with no acknowledgement. Several of us left while some stayed. I went to the other Carl’s Jr. on Cerritos and Valley View. Service was much faster and friendlier and I will never go to the one on Katella and Knott ever again.

Tried their new Burrito Crisps tonight since i had a coupon. The price on those is a little high in my opinion cuz they are very tiny. On the upside, they were pretty tasty. They should definitely include a side of guac with the order but instead that’s extra. The service was good in my eyes and was pretty clean restaurant.

«If it doesn’t get all over the place. It doesn’t belong in your face.» Yeah… that’s how long since I’ve been to a Carl’s Jr. The had a coupon so I tried the $ 6 Thickburger and got some fries. The burger was good. It has a nice bun, plenty of meat, and some veg. The fries on the other hand were a little on the soggy side. Service was a little slow, but they were nice enough to get me some BBQ sauce. There’s plenty of parking and the restaurant was clean. I’ll come back for a western bacon cheeseburger.

If you ever come here, go for the drive-thru instead. The first time I came here, my boyfriend and I came in to order for breakfast and we literally waited there for a good 20 minutes. Besides the two of us, there were other people ahead of us and somehow we got our orders before them. Even though we were finally relieved that we got our food, I felt bad for the previous customers. After that, I just relied on going to the drive-thru. The service is faster. One time, my boyfriend and I vividly remember having a 6 minute conversation with the staff via the speaker box just to order our food(she did not understand English well). But it wasn’t TOO bad, but for those who are a bit nitpicky about it — just be aware of it. However, the other times I came here, the staff was fine. So main message — 1. Take the drive-thru instead 2. Make sure to look inside the bags to see you got everything you ordered. 3. They always stick in coupon deals in your bags — be sure to check the expiration dates. Sometimes they are expired already, haha. And that’s a wrap! =)
