Jack In The Box

Yesterday I had absolutely fantastic customer service from the cashier that rang me up. Im not too sure what his name was, but my receipt said «Dania». Let me tell you, someone oughtta call the Center for Disease Control, because his cheerfulness was contagious!
We were greeted and told that hes ready whenever we are. I didnt feel pressured at all, but at the same time I knew he would be there for me when I needed him. It was almost like he was my best friend. (But dont tell my best friend!) When I was ready, sure enough, he was ready.
I ordered myself 6 tacos and a breakfast burrito. Those are my go-​to items here. While ordering, our cashier was very friendly as he chit-​chatted with us with a big smile. After taking our orders, he had the decency of taking down our names so he could call them out when our orders were ready, instead of shouting a number out.
Thanks to this man, my overall experience here was just absolutely delightful. It almost made me forget that the surrounding area is awful, and that every other customer crawled out of the Motel 6 next door.

Hands down probably the best drive-​thru service I’ve ever had. The service guy at the window, Rodrigo, didn’t seem like he hated his job, he made the most of it. Superb service and they have Coke freestyle! Totally made my morning. It was fast and efficient as well. Thank you Rodrigo! The world needs more people like you in the food industry.

I just went inside to order some food for lunch since the drive thru had 7 cars waiting. As i walk in i see hookers and pimps everywhere and drug deals going down. It was straight out of a movie. I thought I was gonna get shot. I will have to pass on this place. If your in the mood for fast food and possibly get shot then I suggest you come in.

Can’t remember the last time I ate here… but what I just witnessed was great customer service. Guy in drive through forgot part of his order and the employee ran in traffic and handed him his food. That’s awesome!

food is regular jack in the box foor. they dont put cheese in the tacos alot of the time. drive through is slow, lots of shady characters hanging out both inside and outside

This place is scary. There are homeless people and hookers all over. That wouldn’t really bother me except I usually only get Crack in the Box at night, but hell no not here. (By the way, a young lady got murdered at the adjacent Motel 6 recently.) The food is not good at all esp. compared to the Los Alamitos location. The place feels creepy and weird and the employees are even weirder. I dare not go inside. All in all you know your restaurant sucks when the 24-​hour Old-​Fashioned McDonald’s on Beach Blvd is classier.

Every time I come here my food is fast and the service is great! Today 4.28.15 at 10:00p.m and the girl working the drive thru was great !!! Love this jack up in the box!!!

Seriously, I’ve been to this Jack in the Box four times within the past six months, and they have never disappointed me with their beautifully crafted hamburgers. When I received my orders all four times, I carefully and delicately unwrap my Double Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger to find something that seemed like it was removed from the poster hanging on the wall. It was that beautiful. Five stars for you guys! Keep it up!

Customer service sucks here… the cashier was rude and not paying any attention to what i ordered and had the decency to say I ordered incorrectly??? Seriously? Didn’t hand us our drinks… didn’t ask if we wanted it for here or to go either. Food was super delayed. Overall bad experience.

I went here after my gym work out and felt so hungry so I decided to drop by jack in the box. I haven’t eaten jack In the box for a super long time but since I was craving for some chicken I thought I dropped by.
SERVICE: the guy who took my order wasn’t professional in his job it was kind of awkward. In the drive thru he couldn’t even take my order correctly. I only order a chicken club sandwich but he didn’t seem to hear me even though I’ve repeated my order 2 – 3 times for him.
AT THE PAYOUT WINDOW– he apologizes for his behavior at the time of placing the food order. So I let that pass. However, while waiting for my sandwich he and his other employees were really messing around loudly and laughing. Hello there is a customer right in FRONT of you. I can understand there is fun times at work but don’t do it when there are customers there it’s just unprofessional.
FOOD– the sandwich was pretty big but $ 4.29 was kind of pricy to me. Especially when it’s just chicken, iceberg lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, and sour dough bread. Although it was good for the taste but I didn’t mind paying that much for a simple sandwich. Jack do have a lot of good sandwiches that I’ve tried before so it’s worth eating their sandwiches once in a blue moon.
—-for $ 4.29 a sandwich I wish the chicken piece was bigger… It’s wide but it’s flat so the chicken is not that much of chicken meat but more of a batter.
Overall it was ok here, food was fine but will only eat at jack once in a blue moon.

They have nice ass tile on the floor and did a good job the employees had great customer service I only order a smoothie but it sucked Ass. They let some weirdos in here it made me uncomfortable and they were bugging everyone I want to leave ASAP but my girl and brother in law are eating and it’s rude to rush

They got my order right, however the customer service from the Asian was horrible. Worst service from him I have ever gotten from this jack in the box! Will be glad when he’s gone!!!

The food is good as usual. The main issue was the lady working the window on the 7^th at 8am.
We pull up, 4 of us in the car trying to get what we want. I order the number 2 with an UNSWEETENED tea, my fiancé ordered something similar with UNSWEETENED tea, and the other two ordered their meals with a Sprite and we tried to order the youngest a Hi-​C drink.
Language barrier was a major issue this time. She couldn’t understand us saying Hi-​C and instead kept wanting to give a soda so we finally just said eff it, and left it alone. Then when we got our UNSWEETENED tea, it was mango and peach tea. I personally really like the flavored teas but when I asked for UNSWEETENED, I think that means exactly that. Beyond ridiculous.
I might just start going to another location. It just sucks because this one is so close to my house. I’ll travel for someone to understand me though. Messing up on something as simple as the drinks is a bit much. Specially when the things we asked for sounded nothing like what we were given.

The Grilled Breakfast Sandwich is supposed to be GRILLED!
Mine was lightly grilled on one side and almost completely UN-​grilled (buttery) on the other side. I threw it away once I opened the wrapper.

Ghetto location with homeless people hogging the bathroom and coming in to fill their drinks but at least the food is cooked to jack in the box standards… keep your eyes open and don’t blink.

This JITB is quite small, even the drive-​thru looks scrunched. It was close by my work place, so I decided to give it a go.
I used a coupon for free 2 tacos with any purchase. So of course I got FOUR TACOS for only $ 1.07. Man it was the best lunch ever!

I’ve had my ups and downs with this Jack’s. For a while, they had a really good, friendly, efficient crew who knew what they were doing and got food out in a timely manner and the food was good to boot.
Then (or now), they have a crew who takes forever, packs food into bags so terribly that the food on the bottom is flat by the time you get home, and deep fries items so long they’re black (which makes a funnel cake taste like CRAP).
Boy, times have changed at this Jack’s. It’s not all that great anymore… Only reason it gets 3 stars is every once in a while, you get lucky and they bang your order out and its good. Mostly though its so/​so.

Stopped by to get the $ 1 tacos… by the time I got home (3 mins later) my brown bag was covered in oil… i didn’t even dare look at the tacos I just threw them away. What a wasted of $ 1

Okay, so here’s the deal… I stop at this Jack in the Crack every blue moon (more so after I leave school because I’m too lazy to go home & cook).
Anyway, I HAD to write a review on this location because I am always shocked at how nice & sweet the employees are at this location.
I mean REALLY!
Fast food restaurant employees in general are not as nice & friendly as the employees at this location.
I like good, friendly customer service… and EVERY time I randomly stop here… that’s exactly what I get!

Jack In The Box, you all know what they have and how they do it but if you want a sandwich with sauces and junk thrown on it in a disorderly way than you could spend four bucks somewhere else in my opinion.
This place dose not smell that great and the mens bathroom is barf. When a place is gross in and out it should tell you something about what kind of people make your food.
BUT $ 3.99 double chicken sandwich with bacon, curly fries, and a drink. is one good deal.
