McDonald’s

They’re the most expensive MC D’s for miles around when I finally go by one they are on average $ 1~2 more with tax than most other locations within two miles. I suppose this might be due to their slightly upgraded interior.
Other than that I would have to say the food quality is as expected though you can expect to save a little money sometimes with their application.
Overall I think I may try to save money and make lunches at home from now on since their customer service is also sometimes hit or miss.

Worst place ever, dirty and make lot’s of mistake. NO MORE ! Even when you prove the mistake they thinking be right.
Any money back or exchange. They can’t even follow your order you just make… Manager and employee both do mistake !

I came here to just purely use the bathroom but just a courtesy I went to buy sundae for my daughter whom I have to pick up for school. I am giving 5 stars for great service. He gave me an extra sundae for some inconvenience I think, which I greatly appreciated ;). I think his name is Hector. AWESOME service for a burger place. I am not here to rant on where the place is located and such, it is a fast-​food restaurant and with great service and an awesome attitude towards customers who would not LOVE that! AMAZING staff! Keep up the good work you guys!

This McDonald’s has a wide varity of menu options for everyone. They offer breakast items, ice cream, shskes, mccafe coffee, salads, dollar menu items, 2 items for $ 2.00 menu items. And much more!
Clean restaurant. Friendly staff.

all mcdonalds are the same, so i wont even comment on the food. its grade D food, deal with it. I know that going in and paying 8 dollars on a combo that is equal to dog food. with that said, i will only comment on the customer service.
1. they don’t give a 2 shits about you, had to be said. want a table to be cleared for you to sit down at? go bus the shit yourself.
2. bums everywhere, if you do the drive thru thing. make sure you roll up your windows. even more so at night. These people are not afraid to hit you up for food or money. scary when you have kids.
3. ordering at 12AM is a gamble. if you indeed must use the drive thru, make sure you carry cash. at midnight they run their CC systems.

Their service is so terrible. I paid full of coffee, hotcake and hashbrown in the morning thru drive line. staff was so lazy to give me food and she didn’t mention mine was provided
I left and I left. I didn’t get my hash.
When I ordered, staff asked me anything I need. I told her «suger».though they didn’t give me, why they asked me.

Came here 2 days ago and I clearly asked them for a side of medium fries and they didn’t even gave me the fries I asked for but I let it pass because it was just fries. Came here a while ago again and I asked for sausage mc muffins and a blueberry mc muffin and they gave us the complete opposite of the mc muffins. And my iced café mocha was hot with no ice. This place is terrible I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

today 9−15−15 they gave school kids free breakfast which had a sausage muffin, yogurt milk my kids loved it thank u McDonald’s for doing this for the kids only today from 6:30am-9:30am take the kids if u can if u go they give u a coupon for the egg white muffin for next time 9−16−15 u can use it for tomorrow so go free food.

I have to admit being a patron of this location for 12 years and my only complaint since was some of the unruly patrons that go there, until now my last & final visit.
After a frustrating day at work, 1 ½ hr commute home traveling only 15 miles and knowing that I wasn’t up to cooking dinner for my kids and I. I decided to unknowingly make my night worse by visiting this location. Going through the drive through ⁹⁄₃ @ 6:24pm and placing my normal order of a double quarter pounder with cheese and NO pickles along with my kids orders. Then seeing it confirmed on the screen and then picking it up at the window checking to make sure it’s all there. So I drive on home to feed myself and my kids only to learn they Messed Up my sandwich in one of my most frustrating evenings where I was hoping to get to relax.
Ordered: Double Qtr Pounder with Cheese no pickles (due to allergies)
Received: Single Qtr Pounder with pickles
Normally I would go back, but I would only be wasting more gas and time.
Thank you for making my night even worse!
FYI, there is another McDonald’s on Valley View or another one further down Beach.

Please read carefully: first turn around and walk out. Get into your car, exit the parking lot, and head to another McDonald’s location.
This one is dirty guys. The food tastes like rubber. My English muffins in my deluxe breakfast were burned. My eggs were chewy… I’m not sure how you even make chewy eggs. Bacon tasted like cardboard. Sausage was stinky. Seriously the only thing that was good in my deluxe meal was the hash brown and orange juice. I feel pretty ripped off even for McDonalds cheap prices. What a mistake it was coming here. On top of that the bathrooms were dirty and gross.

I came here on 8−7−15 at 2:15 pm. They said big mac order ready several times but it wasn’t mine. Again, they said big mac order ready. I figured it wasn’t mine. But it was… sitting there cold. This place is not managed properly. They need to call the order and the order number when its ready. They could of just said,“number 22 big mac order ready”.

Very dirty place to eat. The kids play area is always dirty and the lighting is always off in that area. How will you let your children play in that environment. Wait time Is very long as well l!!! Pick a different location !

Food was okay, workers are pleasant. Bathrooms are gross!!! Took away my appetite. Hot in the play room, no AC running. Best thing in this place was workers! Thank you

This McD’s is deceiving. From the outside, it looks huge and inviting, and I might have been impressed with its jungle gym as a kid. Nowadays, I have no desire to go into this McD’s unless it’s in and out of the drive through. And only for a quick breakfast.

Horrible service. Drive-​thru NEVER gets my order right. Every time I go inside the place smells like vomit. &there are always homeless people outside asking for money. I rather drive to the one on Westminster and goldenwest.

Vomit on the floor. Drink dispenser area is all sticky. There’s fries on the floor. Service isn’t quick.
The employees are all giving each other attitude. Definitely the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to,

Better off elsewhere. First time and will be the only time coming here.
Waited 10 min in 24 hr drive through, only to find out they only accept cash at 1230am. :/​waited another 8 minutes until i reach window «#2». The window attendant took my money, went to the register, pulled out her iPhone, then started texting. 3 minutes later, I got my food. Total time from the beginning of the drive through to get food was 21 minutes. Seriously, TWENTY-​ONE Minutes to get 20 pieces of chicken mc Nuggets.

Yea, the coffee here is good. 7 creams and sugars please. On a good drive to Work down Beach Blvd I can whip in and out of the drive thru quickly for a coffee fix in about 4 minutes. Hot or iced the coffee is A Okay and makes me Happy.
Food is okay for McDs. I usually order the sausage McCain muffins no egg, if I eat breakfast.

This place sucks! The employees cannot follow orders obviously. I’ve been here so many times and I want to say 5 out 7 times I am here, the order is wrong. Obviously management doensnt cares for quality. I will be looking another McDonald’s around here. This franchise on Beach will not get anymore of my money for selling food that is not even on the menu.
I.e. A big mac has bread between the meet otherwise it’s a cheese burger with thousand island dressing. The employees suck and the owner doesn’t care. Beware and take your chances.
