Lived here for a 1.5 years while my wife and I saved for a down payment on a house.
Pros:
–Very quiet, even on the weekends.
–Safe
–Parking is pretty close.
Cons:
–Expensive
–Breaking lease will cost you $ 2000 no matter if you have 3 months or 10 months left. I’ve heard this is a higher then usual fee.
–Water bill is averaged for all the tenants
–You pay for most utilities, my wife and I averaged about $ 100 per month
Overall I did like it here but I was paying a bit more per month then I would have liked.

Dont move in here. The apartments are dated, management is incredibly lazy. We’ve asked for assistance with everything from leaking water faucets, broken windows to removal of enormous wasp nests above the balcony and bedroom window. Their standard answer for every inquiry is «are you sure you need help, because i would have to call someone for that?» Huh, here i was thinking that’s what i pay them for. The thing that made me decide to finally leave this place happened today. They sent me a paper offering me a six month lease. Since im buying a home this fall i thought that would work out great. Imagine my surprise when i was told that lease was unavailable to me because too many tenants have now signed up for 6 month leases. How is that my problem? Stay far far away from this place!

I would not recommend washing clothing there, ignorant people pull out clothing from an operated dryer. And to top it off, infant clothing.
Nothing is uprgraded, everything is painted over. The 1 bedroom is not big enough for 3 people. 1 bedroom is $ 1100 a month. 1 Bed with a «Den» (the refer to it as a 2^nd bedroom) $ 1395 a month.
Cons:
Nothing upgraded
Manager is never in the office
ALL utilities are paid for by you. (tenant)At least 100.00 a month
Maintenance takes it’s time (sometimes)
Sinks and shower runs. (even when tightened)
Dis-Organized Staff and Prperty mngmt.
There is one, nosey old man who smokes in his patio.
PROS:
Never had a problem with tenants or break-ins
Very quiet
Nice size patio (downstairs)
Safe area
Walking distance to Ralphs/Rite Aid, Pizza, Baskin Robbins.
Storage area
