This store is well stocked, very clean & the staff is always courteous & helpful. Also, I love that there is a Starbucks conveniently located inside the store. This Ralphs has a good bakery, deli & very fresh produce & meats. But, overall, this market is very expensive $$$$$. My total usually rings up to over $ 50 when buying less than 10 items.

I’ve been coming here for years. It’s close to home plus they donate a portion back to my kids’ school. I can’t complain. Friendly employees and always clean.

The customer service at this place was HORRIBLE! First, we go to buy a Jenny-O turkey and they say to come back the week of Christmas because they will order more and we ask if they can save one for us and they said NO. No?! Ha ok so we come BACK December 23rd, and we have to ring the bell twice for the meat guy. After waiting a while a guy casually walks out la de da and I asked him if he worked there. He said yes but not with the meat department because they’re closed. Well we just asked if he had a Jenny O turkey and later he found out for us, but I can’t help but wonder why he wouldn’t nicely tell us the meat department was closed when we rang the bell once, and he did not seem like he wanted to be there at all. Very nonchalant about our interests. Anyway it’s worth your time to find a grocery store that WILL hold a turkey for you-the PAYING customer, and call to tell you it is available.

hard to review«normal» joints that are chains. The main thing I hate about Ralph’s is most of the discounts force you to buy more. IE: if the deal is 2 for $ 10 most of the time you MUST buy 2 to get the deal. At Vons often times they will have the same signs, but, you can just buy one for $ 5 also.

I only come here for the prices. They have good prices if you shop the sales, but the staff is not good. Every time I’m here the checkers are all yelling at each other across the lanes(including managers) and not even acknowledging the customers in front of them. One item I buy frequently is half and half in the ½ gallon size and it’s usually a 50⁄50 chance if their dairy employees decided to stock the shelves with it that day. There is a former checker(now he’s at self checkout) that will actually inconvenience you until you engage him in conversation. One time he actually stopped bagging my groceries until I engaged him in conversation about surfing(because that’s more important than me getting out in a timely manner). Overall ineffective and inconsiderate staff from management down.

Came this Ralphs to buy three small salad but mainly to get money from atm. I request a cash back and the checker was so confused on how to give me cash. Poor girl. This store seems to be an older store which can use a little upgrade. Clean, except for the restroom.

This place stays open til midnight, which makes it super convenient for late night cravings. I actually needed some orange juice and some medicine for my flu and this was the closest place that I can find that was still open. Thanks ralphs for saving me!

Ok after dinner, I realize I need to get breakfast for tomorrow. What did I walk into… looks like this place is finally getting a much needed upgrade and restocking! Even though this location is small, it really needed it. They finally offer gluten free cookies and snacks…{swoon} organic frozen food(Amy’s Kitchen) etc… Oh wait, for Starbucks addicts, you can get your fix in here… it’s currently being set up, so its not up and running yet… Since the change is still on-going I’ll be checking in more often… so excited!

Seriously, who designed the storefront? Why would a designer put lives at risk like this? Exiting the store, for protection, you have to shove your shopping cart into road to check to see if any cars are coming! I’d be completely shocked to find out no ones been injured. I’m removing a star for not increasing their stock of organics! I know several requests have been made, and ignored! Terry, the previous store manager was transferred to Del Amo, maybe I should follow him. I’ve yet to meet the new(of over a year) store manager, they’ve never been around, yet I saw Terry all the time!(Bring Terry Back)!

Of all the grocery stores I’ve EVER been to in all my years, this is by far my all time favorite. And I don’t mean just Ralphs, I mean THISPARTICULAR Ralph’s. It’s a little ways away from where I live, but when I’m in the area I always stop here to pick up groceries. Parking is easy, staff is friendly, the aisles are neat and clean.

Today I was very disappointed at this Ralph’s. The sales manager«K.H» very rude with attitude. Today as he was scanning my groceries at the checkout he never looked nor greeted to me as a customer, once he scanned my merchandise he literately was throwing my groceries to the bagging area. I guess corporate will like to hear my input about one their sales manager. I was about to walk out the store. With the old crew was different(Daniel at the deli department very professional, Stacey the night cashier excellent customer service). I used to do all my shopping here twice a week but I stopped coming here since I noticed all these poor customer service. I rather go other Ralph’s two mikes away from home but there everyone is friendly they make you feel important.

The workers at Ralph are rude and do not care about their customers! I usually don’t write reviews but I was so mad today. I went to buy milk and the cashier was talking to another cashier the whole time, ignoring me. Aren’t cashiers suppose to concentrate on the customers instead of ignoring them. I would recommend you to go to self check lanes. I think the workers should get trained over again because this is just nonsense.

Where do I begin. I have never been more disappointed with a store in my life than I was during my last experience at this Ralph’s. The music was blaringly loud with profuse profanity, there was an odd amount of shopping carts being used in the store, some customers were talking and others weren’t and the employees would either respond to questions or not if there wasn’t anybody talking to them, the cereal aisle was too far from the milk(SERIOUSLY?), the size of the store was rudely large compared to the karate store next door, and then they turned the lights off and on rapidly until everyone in the store started dancing(i HATE dancing)!! Never will i go back to this store until i need something again.

its has two redbox kiosks which is very useful as i use those daily. not a great place for deal but its very decent for those few items you need to get on the way home. Great price on milk! it has a pretty general selection of goods, but nothing outstanding. the produce is slightly above average, but not amazing by any means. and the service is okay depending on who you get. It’s extremely convenient so i guess it lives up to what you need from a 24⁄7 grocery store.

Came here for some items while visiting from out of town. As I was paying at the self checkout, the manager swiped his loyalty card so I could get the discount. No pressure to join. Really appreciated that. It’s open til 1. It’s clean and well stocked.

This has been my main food shopping store for quite a while. I am so glad they lowered their prices, now I like it even more. Really enjoy the cashiers there although I like using the self checkout when I only have a few things. Their beer selection really improved in the past year or so, with more craft brews. Their meat department is good and I like the managers specials and have ordered non-stock cuts and items very easily. When they have sales and weekly deals in the flyer I usually stock up. The store is easy to get in and out and I really like the deli counter. Their fried chicken is two thumbs up good and less expensive than drive-thru fried chicken.

Best Ralphs ever. You want some milk? They got it. You want some Mostaccioli noodles? They got it. Barilla. You want some motherfucking popcorn? They got it. Pop Secret. Redenbacher. Newman’s Own. Buy your food here.

This Ralphs has a friendly staff but sub-par design. The store is much like walking into a late 80’s Grocery. For the most part you can find the standard food staples you need here but dont get your hopes up on anything fancy. Their meat department is small and unless there is a sale really not worth checking. Overall, I would take myself down the street to the Long Beach Ralphs on Los Alamitos Blvd.

i was gonna go with«meh, i’ve experienced better», but that would seem contradictory since this is my most frequented ralphs. i will say though, i am frustrated almost every time i come here. probably because i only come here to pick up a few things, not to do my major shopping. and when you’re only picking up a few things, you tend to be rushed. being rushed = getting more frustrated. this ralphs is smaller than most, but they have most items.(there have been yogurts, chips and other snacks i haven’t been able to find.) the thing about the really residential grocery stores is people like to talk! there are a couple cashiers(one who is almost always at the express lane… which is not so express when he’s there due to all the talking), who are always chatting with the regulars. nice, i guess to keep that relationship with the regular customers, but sucky for those of us who wanna get in and get out.

This is my home grocery store since its closer to my house. I normally do a lot of grocery shopping here and almost always find what I need. However, This place needs to change their hours listed on there website… said 5:00am…double checked before I went and then it said 6:00am. Then when you shop early in the morning they are always making a mess of the store restocking their shelves and vacuuming. cant even hear myself think… But thats just the morning hours… In the evening it gets pretty paced, and the wait is long. But the cashiers are always nice and they stike up conversations too…

This is the closest grocery store to my home, so it is sad that I rarely shop here. Produce is fair to poor quality but usually much higher priced compared to other local options. Huge selection of highly processed-highly packaged foods, but I rarely buy this kind of stuff. Checkout staff is often pretty snarky. I have never heard«Have a nice day» said with such venom! Best part: several months ago I called to complain about a particularly surly checkout chick and the manager I complained to agreed with me and then the manager when on and started complaining to ME about Ralph’s Corporate! I am looking forward to the day when this great location is bought out and we try out luck with the next corporate owner.

I don’t know why, I guess I’m just a creature of habit… I like this Ralphs. I have lived 2 blocks away for the past 6 years, and while I have never done my complete grocery shopping there(TJ’s or Sprouts all the way) its a good place to run in and get some banana’s or gift cards or something… I like that its open late, unlike anything else in Cypress. The Coffee Bean in there is good, I don’t know how it stays open as I hardly ever see anyone getting anything there. The employees are nice. I guess I am just comfortable with it, I know where everything is at and I guess its just nice to know there is a grocery store 1 minute away. Yes, sometimes I drive there…
