Super nice and friendly. She does a great job on my brows! She’s pretty quick and efficient. And the best part is the pricing.

I used to love this place! I came regularly until they changed the owner of the shop. The lady that used to work here gets 5 stars; she was so nice and kept my brows exactly how I wanted them. Her kids would run around the shop but it made things lively and fun! If she missed a few hairs (which she rarely did) she would thread them out no problem. Unfortunately this December she moved to bellflower and no longer is in charge of the shop.
Now… This new lady… Beware! I went in to check out the lady who replaced my favorite threader and the difference is like night and day! When she talks she sounds almost annoyed with you and has a frown on the entire time. Once I paid and sat down, she began to go to work. I will say she makes it pretty painless but the skill is NOT there. The entire time she is breathing very hard like she’s running a mile. Once she finishes an eyebrow she hands you the mirror and says «check». I looked into the mirror and I gasped out loud on instinct. Half my brow was gone! And the brow that was left was extremely thin. Right after I gasped she became very defensive. She said,“What’s wrong? That is your exact shape. I gave you shape, you had no shape before. That’s how it is supposed to look.” I was a little in shock but I wanted to be nice so she can finish the other brow. The other brow came out nicer but it wasn’t a clean job… there were little hairs here and there. When I asked if she can get those hairs she aimlessly threaded a random spot and said,“there.” At that point I just wanted to leave and fix it at home.
Even though it’s conveniently located next to my house, I can’t see myself returning there :(so sad
P. S. If u do go, make sure you get a stamp card, you can use it at any sona threading boutique! Cerritos location is really good!
P. P. S. For pricing… My brows and upper lip together is $ 8!

I come here every over week and I’m always satisfied with their work. The shop is run by one friendly lady who is very experienced and knows how to handle unruly eyebrows like mine. The shop is very clean and well organized. She also sells cute Indian clothes and accessories! I’m not sure why other people have said negative things, she barely hurts and always does a good job.

I’ve been here twice and gotten my eyebrows done from two different women. Unfortunately neither time was very good. The price was great and there was never a line but the ladies lacked the skill.

I have definitely experienced better. I was in the shopping center running other errands, and decided to drop in here to take care of my threading needs in the interest of getting home sooner.
The shop was deserted (as so many threading salons seem to be!) so I was helped promptly. You pay in advance, so there’s no opportunity for upsell. I had a hard time communicating with my technician (she didn’t seem to speak much English), but I was very pleased with the shape that she gave my brows.
The cons: the lip job was patchy, and after her going back several times to complete it she actually managed to cut my lip at the corner of my mouth (ouch!). And now, almost two weeks later, I’m experiencing some strange regrowth in the eyebrow region.
In all, maybe you get what you pay for ($ 8 for both), or maybe they’re just new and getting up to speed. Either way, not sure I’ll be back.
