Super sweet staff and very helpful in explaining/​demonstrating how to use equipment. The location is clean and well-​managed. I’ll be coming back again for sure!

The lady that works at night rubs me the wrong way and needs some serious customer service training. I go in to tan and she tells me I have a balance due from January yet I already paid for February? I asked her why no one had told me and she couldn’t say. I pay the balance and then she asks me «now what do you want to do?» I said «my account is for spray tans only and that’s all I ever do so the Norvell». Then she proceeds to tell me there are 3 people waiting ahead of me and even though they close in 20 minutes I might be able to tan. Really? I said «it sure would have been nice if you had told me this when you initially scanned my tag!» and I walked out. The reason I am a member here is because they were clean (although a bit pricey). The cleanliness is now lacking and I’m not sure I want to keep my membership.

Not sure why ANYONE would include in their business model that the staff gets to choose when they want the salon open and when they dont instead of following posted business hours. 2 days in a row it hasn’t been opened. Darque Tan, you just lost a customer.

LOVE THIS LOCATION. I’ve been to other Darque Tan’s before & this one just blows them out the water. The girls who work here are so sweet & they actually know what they’re talking about! Instead of pushing random products, they consult with you & find something that fits your needs & price range. The salon is spotless & all beds are very high tech. Yes so they can be a bit pricy but TANNING is a luxury and if you want to complain about price, the sun outside is always free. Kudos to this darque tan!

just got my first spray tan here and it was a really good experience!!! The ladies that work here are super friendly and informative and it was a super clean and quiet facility! I would recommend coming here for sure and I will be returning in the future for other spray tans and tanning beds when i turn 18 lol :)

I really liked this location! I wish it could be my usual one! The staff is really friendly and helpful. She explained to me exactly what I bought yesterday when I started my membership the other day. The place is very welly kept, the bathrooms are spotless and the each tanning room is like checking into a hotel room for about 10 – 20 minutes. I usually don’t have time to put lotion on before I head to the salon so I always ask for them to delay my auto start up for 10 minutes, they were more than happy to oblige.
I’ll be back every Tuesday and Thursday before the semester is over. Check out their website for specials and membership pricing!
