The lemongrass beef is delicious. Banh mi sandwiches are great. Fried pork dumplings are yummy. Service is always good and the restaurant is always clean.

My husband and I have been coming here for about 2 years. We absolutely love the food! Everything is so good, the phở, chicken and rice, pork, dumplings, egg rolls, and smoothies– Everything we have tried has been great and they have nice people too.

The smoothies don’t have flavor, I have tried them more than once and different flavors too. Tofu was bland as well. I guess the customer service was fine.

Agree with everyone about the prices and mark up here. Been there several times but after awhile paying over $ 9 for bowl is not worth it so can go down the street. Lots of phở around. Even to go they mark up more just to go.

5 stars for many reasons: 1. Punctually I order the food to my place and they delivered after about 30′ as they said! Actually I didnt feel that long even we were so hungry. 2. Attitude The delivery girl gave me a smile when she delivered the food and patiently waited for me to find a pen to sign the bill. In a rainy day, a smile would do more than any word. 3. The food!!! Of course it’s the main thing when you read about a restaurant! We got Bun thit nuong cha gio, bubble tea– milk green tea, berry chocolate truffle and macaroons. The Vietnamese dish is yummy with plenty of meat. I like it! I have tried that dish in many restaurants, so I think this one is good. Bubble tea havent tried yet. The other deserts are not Vietnamese for sure. And order these types of desert: macaroons and truffle, in a Vietnamese restaurant seems not right? But we were persuaded by previous comment so we gave them a try. The truffle seems overpriced until u actually see it. And it tastes good as well! But really big for one to finish a slide. I havent tried macaroons yet because I am so full now. Save it for later today.

Quality and not quantity. Everything is fresh here and they prepare the phở in the front of the kitchen. Beside they phở is being prepare by the staff, you are basically self serve yourself by ordered first, find yourself a seat, and make yourself a plate of vegetable(fresh and clean btw). I wish they have a bigger bowl size here on their menu.

Food good. I don’t like ordering and then sitting. Ordered a smoothie and the food comes out first because the person behind register is busy with taking orders. Move the smoothie making to the kitchen. The food is to good to get ruined by bad service.

My Phở hit the spot this morning. Plenty of noodles and the broth is tasty. I like their menu which has plenty of choices. Ready some colder weather to really feel the steam of the soup.

You would think that with the arm and leg that they charge, you’d get some better quality ingredients. Not terrible, just definitely not worth it. You’re better off driving a few miles closer to the city for much lower prices and much higher quality.

Vietnamese coffee… should be putting Starbucks out of service! We eat a lot of Vietnamese and phở around Houston and Phở Binh has superb meats. We tried the chicken spring rolls – super tasty chargrilled chicken wrapped in rice paper with noodles and tasty goodness. Bf loved the rice with grilled pork plate, and I had the standard P2 eye round steak phở. We’ll be back!

This is not your typical phở establishment. We came in and sat down, thinking it was a typical phở place where the staff comes to your table to take orders. After 10 minutes we got up to ask and found out customers had to go up to counter to order themselves and then they will bring food to your table. HELLO?!! Put up some signs! That would help. Like«ORDERHERE». Anyway phở was bland. Banh mi overpriced. Not worth it. Won’t come back. The other Phở Binh location in Bellaire area is way better.

$ 9 for a large bowl of phở!!! No thank you. I can go down the street and get a large for the price of their small!!! Ridiculous price! Everything on their menu is overly priced! From experienced before they didn’t wash their jalapeños pepper! They robbing cypress with these crazy prices!

So I came in to buy 7 sandwiches and it costed 57 bucks. I understand you’re in Cypress but that mark up is ridiculous. You just lost a customer. The prices typically for these sandwiches are around 3 maybe 4 bucks. I still purchased it anyways because they already made it. When I questioned it. He assured they were big. That is not big and definitely not worth the price. Go down the street for sandwiches that are 3.99 and taste way better.

The space was a Mongolian BBQ type store before Phở Binh took it over. To their credit, they embraced the open kitchen lay out. Benefits: the clean work area and workers are on display while your food is being prepared. You decide how much of each side you take for your dish from an open side bar. More onion and sprouts, but less Thai basil? This place is for you. The Phở is top drawer every time. The spring rolls look over priced until you see them. They are big, stuffed and a delicious meal on their own. I’ve been here dozens of times, so ordering at the counter just speeds things up.

I’ve been here many times and their Korean BBQ is amazing, very tasty and juicy, but I mainly go for the tapioca ! Love me some good tapioca and I have to say I’ve been to many tapioca places but there’s is great and for a great price ! I recommend the Jasmine Milk Tea, very tasty and not too sweet, good refreshing summer drink! The staff is great and the ambience is really nice.

Interesting concept for a Vietnamese place — not just soup(phở), but a little of everything(macarons!!!) Order at the counter and get toppings for your phở at the ‘salad bar’ — bean sprouts, onion, cilantro, basil, but sadly lacking jalapeño slices). Pretty decent, the broth was so-so though and I only had like 5 tiny pieces of meat in my bowl. I also got a taro smoothie with tapioca, which was a bit icy. Got a to-go order of a tofu with fried egg vietnamese sandwich and macarons. The sandwich got rav reviews, and macarons that we tried were good(the dog ate the last 5 of them off the counter, so she obviously was a fan.) ;/

I was in the area and decided to try this place out. When you enter the place is clean and looks nice. I love the salad bar idea so you can get what you want for your phở. It’s a plus that they don’t have wooden chopsticks. I had the chicken phở and it was good. I usually get grilled chicken spring rolls but at $ 5 for 2 is a bit pricey for me. I had to pass on that.

This isn’t your typical phở restaurant! You order first at the counter, and then you get a number for the chefs to bring out your food. You must grab your own utensils. The unique thing about this restaurant is that they have their own«salad bar,» which was pretty much a condiment bar including bean sprouts, jalapenos, etc etc for your phở and other dishes. They also sell macarons & smoothies! They lay out the frozen fruits infront of you as well. The other neat thing about this place is that you can actually see the chefs cooking the meals right infront of you! I ordered vermicelli with pork & egg roll while my boyfriend ordered a bbq pork sandwich and an order of spring rolls. Spring rolls: 3⁄5. The order comes with 2, but they cut them in half in an attempt to do a fancy presentation. The peanut sauce comes with a bit of added srircha for a kick. The problem with cutting the spring rolls in half is that it made it more easy to fall apart. I took a bite of my half, and noodles and other ingredients just kind of fell apart in my hand. The shrimp seemed really fresh, but everything else just tasted kind of off texture wise. BBQ Pork sandwich: 4⁄5. They cut the sandwich in half and only give you the«bulk» on the sandwich(none of the end parts!). The butter was unique. Everything was pretty much on point, except I think $ 5 is waayy too much to be paying for a sandwich, but I’m from southwest Houston. So I may be a little biased when good & cheap sandwiches are more obtainable. Vermicelli with pork: 4⁄5. Everything about this dish was good, the vegetables were fresh, the noodles were cooked well. It didn’t really have a wow factor to me though. The meat didn’t have that much flavor either. The egg roll was also just meh. I ate a bite of it and gave it to my boyfriend.

I have only been to a Vietnamese restaurant once in my life before and had a poor experience so this was a great awakening moment for me! Location: it’s a little bit hidden off in a shopping strip area but it’s a bit intimate inside, yet spacious. It wasn’t too busy when we walked in there, and I guess you could say it was clean — I really didn’t pay much attention to that. They have stations for drinks, utensils, and add ons for your soups. Service: quick, they bring your food to your table and assist you with any questions you might have. It might be pricey but that is because of the location! FOOD… We ordered the phở soup with brisket and a bahn mi grilled pork sandwich. The broth of the soup was rich and if you add on the right condiments, it makes the soup 10x better! The brisket was tender and not chewy what so ever. Noodles were hot but tasteful. The sandwich comes in two, topped with sliced carrots, bell peppers, and cucumbers, which are the perfect crunch! The bread was toasted so well, so it wasn’t too hard to take a bite of. The first bites are definitely the best, but you have to take a big bite in order to get every possible flavor in your mouth. It was my first time trying the sandwich but I had bahn mi on my list for quite a while, so I’m very glad my viet experience was great! * my bf ordered the phở and he is Vietnamese… «You know the place is good if the broth of the soup is good.» :)

Came here after a funeral. We were cold. All 40 of us. The buzz from my friends, was this place is cool. And, the food is ggg-good. They were rrrr-right! The interior is cool hipster darkly lit. Tasteful colors adorn the walls. Long narrow tables adorned the center of the room like a centerpiece. And this signaled to me that the food I was to order was lended to sharing and family«style-ness» for what I was to find out, deliciously fresh entrees. To me it felt like the while restaurant, it had a California spin. The deal is you wait in line, look at a large one page two sided laminated menu w lots of pictures. Guess it’s for people like me :) While waiting is a refrigerator cake of yummy looking deserts AND French styled macaroons.(But $ 1.75 a piece?) On top of the refrigerator case you will find additional packaged Asian snacks as pictured. The staff is friendly. The soups are warm and tasty. The toppings for your soups have their own self serve bar. Here you will find plenty of fresh: sprouts, chilis, basil etc. So have it! This is a place once I’m feeling better, will come back w friends to visit.
