Today was my first time ordering from this restaurant and I wish I hadn’t. The food was so bland and it wasn’t worth the cost. Also, I was over charged by $ 4.06 after the tax and delivery charge had been applied. I will never eat here again and I won’t be recommending it to anyone.

We come here for work at least every couple months. Service is good and food is very good. Get the pork chops — they are fantastic! Kung pao 3 flavors, chow mien, and orange chicken are all good as well.

Bummer-​ordered beef broccoli but I know it’s not beef. Doesn’t look like beef (light & pinkish like pork) nor taste like beef (taste and texture is weird… does imitation beef exist?). It was drowned in oily sauce. I put it in a strainer and rinsed off the sauce to try and recover the broccoli but I’m just grossed out. The egg drop soup was good. My fries were soggy. I’m sad, I don’t want to leave a bad review but the soup was the only thing I could eat, I totally wasted my money. :(

My new go-​to Chinese takeout restaurant. Good, good, GOOD food. The delivery service is bomb too. Definitely worth a shot! Also, a lot of these bad reviews seem sketchy. Just sayin’.

I love this place. I never had a problem ordering. I told her what I wanted done specially for me. I like to order my chow mien w/​o vegetables. They will add to many for my liking. They were never rude or mad when I order. The food arrives very hot. The food is delicious. The delivery guys are so nice and funny. I guess I’m put them at ease by saying hello in Chinese. Just don’t give up on them. I am going off my diet today and splurging. Calories well spent.

«Can you hurry up, it’s kinda busy here» this is the response we got on the phone while ordering. This is of course because the woman on the phone didn’t know what was on her own menu. We were trying to place an order for both the chicken and cream cheese wontons, which she replies that they only have one kind. The food at Dragon 21 is good but I don’t know if I can order again from a place that treats their customers like a burden.

I ordered beef chow fun. The noodles were, not even chow fun noodles. The beef was that frozen beef slice crap they use in the fast food take out places. No matter how long you chew the meat it doesnt break down. Wo knows the origin of that stuff. Skip this place

Ok this is SORTA like a review… the food is great! I’ll give them that… see l always order my food on the phone and sometimes l get a shitty person answering. He said to me once, «l DUN UNDASTAN EYU, SPEEK-​AH, UH-​ENGLUSH!!» I was like, «THE FUCK?! ISN’T THAT MY LINE?!» anyway, have you ever gotten that ONE fucker that delivers your food and he’s a total prick? Jackass who delivered my food had a shit attitude and «expected» a tip… even wanted it badly… Ok l got tip for you, «GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU ASSHOLE! …your food is good though.» :)

I joined my two friends at this restaurant, however I didn’t eat the food here. I brought my own food (flame broiler) and after I finished my own drink from flame broiler, a worker here offered to refill my drink for free. I think that was a very generous thing to do. They are friendly here and everyone should come eat here. Next time I’ll eat here also!

Food is delicious! I was referred to this place by a friend and she wasn’t wrong. The food is delicious and fresh. The service was fast. I got to say that it is a lil pricey, for the food you see on this picture it was more than $ 60, so definitely not your average fast food, Chinese food prices. Will definitely come back again.

My favorite Chinese food around town. I always come here during work at lunch time. My favorite are the 3 flavored kung pow, orange, chicken, and chow mein. Come during lunch hours 11 – 4 for lower prices and a lot more food. It’s their lunch special. Their wontons with cheese are really good. Food is always fresh and they cook their food with lightning speed.

Food was not pretty good but really good except that I requested extra extra hot Szechuan beef and got barely spicy at all but the good and best part was that they deliver and I don’t drive so I can’t even go through the drive through and they’re at Valley View and Cerritos I am at Valley View and Chapman

Nasty nasty do not waste your time coming here. Food was cold rice was crunchy and Dry, we ordered the wonton soup and it was gross, Beef and broccoli and lemon chicken was cold I think they just microwaved it on the spot, would never come back here ever again

This is our family’s go to spot to order take out Chinese food. The menu has a large variety of options and there’s always something for a member of your family. I highly recommend the honey walnut shrimp and the chicken fried rice. The rice is cooked perfectly and not greasy at all. For every entrée you order, they give you white rice for free or brown rice for an additional $ 1. The delivery service is very quick!
Update: We recently placed a take out order & an item we got was incorrect. I called and they sent out the correct item immediately. Thank you for taking care of your repeat customers!

I went there for the first time last week. There were 3 of us. One of us had been there before and he had said when he started to order the server told him he was ordering too much for the 2 of them that were there. This time we had the same server and he told her what we were thinking and she had a suggestion on what size of each. We had the perfect amount of food for the 3 of us. The food was very fresh and really good.
I will be back!

Okay so really it’s more like 2.5 stars. I’ve eaten here two times now about six months apart and this last experience was far different from my first visit. How so? This place was filthy, I mean grease with dust flurbies sticking everywhere I looked. Spatters on the walls next to the booth (I got the wall seat, and was grossed out my entire lunch). All of the seat cushions were worn through .
I ordered wonton soup and man that’s all you got. Chicken broth with three wontons. This was a dollar 50 upgrade on the lunch special menu. No carrots, no mushrooms, no snow peas, just wontons and broth. My garlic chicken was A-​OK, it was delivered with a huge pile of fried rice, and one very lukewarm and forgettable eggroll.
Yes, they do delivery, but that is about as much as they have going for them. I’m still a fan of TaChen.
