What a joke second time we have been to this Panda Express in 6 weeks and I paid extra for pepper shrimp and got three shrimp and my boyfriend got teriyaki chicken and no sauce on or in the box. Side item crispy shrimp tasted like they were fried hours ago. I will not be back to this location. We had a gift card but warning you can’t use it online so my boyfriend had to pay for this meal and I feel bad. #pandaexpress @pandressexpress CYPRESS!

Panda Express is known for certain dishes that are always good. The problem with this location is that they are never ready for their customers on time to go with their hours. Recently, they must have changed management because about half of their food is not ready at 11 to 1130 and you have to wait or pick something else. That is ridiculous and it has happened at least 6 times in the last two months. We work close by so this is a convenient place to grab a bite. The other thing is that they schedule their window washer between 11 and 1200 at the peak of their lunch hour traffic. He is indoors washing windows and dripping water on the floor. Why they don’t schedule him before they open is a mystery. He has been there the last several times we have decided to go, leaving water on the floor at the entry way and near the tables. Other Panda Express locations don’t have this problem. The management is bad here and workers are hard to understand. They don’t listen either. You tell them it is to go and they ask«is this here or to go?» It’s annoying! But once you get the food, it is good. Too bad this location is struggling.

This place always shorts people on food. Especially the server Jane. She always skimps out on the portion like they’re on portion control. It’s pretty embarrassing, really. Every time I order kids meals for my kids they always skimp on the order. Might as well weigh the food before you serve it. Not going back there. Check out the picture.

Friendly staff. But they constantly have issues with their soda machine. Sodas are either not in stock, or when you fill up your soda there is a big air bubble in the syrup line that makes it too fizzy and too watery. I will revise this review if they fix their soda machine.

I go to this location about once or twice a month for my lunch break and it never disappoints ! The orange chicken is awesome and so is the chow mein, plus the staff is great! They are so friendly and very quick to get you your food. The place is also very clean!

This location is lovely! The staff is patient, professional, and efficient. I come here often and they have memorized my order. Amiel(one of the managers) is always smiling and courteous. Five stars for sure.

Maybe, I just got lucky that day. But, this location had great tasting orange chicken & chow mein. The traffic circle location in Long Beach is ok. But, not as good as here. The Spring St. location in Long Beach had styrofoam tasting orange chicken and chow mein that tasted like top romen which you can get for 25 cents at the store. Might need to start driving a extra few miles to here for Panda Express.

I love this Panda Express. The location is nice. Customer service is OK but I usually order to go so no big deal.

The food is not awesome but it’s not too bad either. The servings are usually huge. The service is pretty quick. I usually get mushroom chicken or chicken with string beans or eggplant with tofu. Their rice is only good until about 3 hours after you get it. After that it tastes dry. You basically get what you pay for.

Long line. Bad customer device. To start, no orange chicken when we walked in. Had to wait with 3 other people. First employee got order wrong and had to change. Not going back to this one on a Sunday night.

Tastes like dog food. I think I got a bone in my orange chicken but I’m pretty sure they don’t use real chickens so I wonder what it could’ve been…

This is the best panda express location I’ve been to. The line was long but it went very quickly. Like 2 minutes. The choices were also the most I’ve seen. I’ll be going back a lot, way to go. Dave

This place is better than other panda expresses. Not too sweet, not too salty. Of course all panda expresses do too much with their spices and what not. But this place is a bit better.

The spicy chicken breast is amazing! When I come here, it’s usually during my lunch break as this is the closest Panda Express near my job. The service is always pretty good. The orders are pretty fast as well but during the busiest time, it’ll be great if they had a few more workers. Overall, I’m pleased with my visit here. I always order the double entry(half fried rice and half chow mein) and I get the bejing chicken, orange chicken or spicy chicken breast. The food is always so gooooood! This particular visit, I also ordered veggies rolls which I normally do not do. For the first time I was a little disappointed. The veggie rolls tasted as if they have been sitting around too long. They were tough to chew. My only dislike was the veggie rolls. The workers were very nice, punctual and polite. I would go back here.

The asian girl manager that works here really knows how to waste people’s time. I was waiting for them to cook a dish and when the server told her that she needed to cook it, she looked at me and then left to use the restroom for 5 whole minutes. Then, she spent the next three minutes telling everyone that worked there that since«today is slow, everyone has to leave by 10pm». She literally repeated that 5 times to the employees. Couldn’t she have said that while cooking my dish? Or at least waited until AFTER she served the customer to say that? Worst service ever.

I’m Chinese and I eat authentic Chinese food; however, Panda had a free single serving Thai Cashew Chicken promotion today, so it would be characteristically un-Chinese of me to not redeem it! It’s still going on today(10÷03÷12) with this coupon!
I decided to take an early lunch from work to beat the mad rush and also return an item from Costco(since this Panda was in the Costco Plaza). So glad that I made that decision because once noon hit the line was out the door! But onward to the food. I was able to sample two items before making my selection. I tried the Shanghai Angus steak and the Bejing Beef. The former was extremely tender and juicy, while the later was overly sweet, which left a sour taste in my mouth. However, the additional cost to include it in my 2 entrée meal was outrageous. An extra dollar at the same portion size? I ended up ordering a two item with chow-mein, mixed vegetables, and honey-walnut shrimp(also $ 1 extra, I caved :() with my complimentary thai cashew nut chicken. The service is quick, but with an astronomically high price and small portion size I expected more. Overall, the food is satisfactory for Americanized Chinese, but I don’t think the value beats that of real Chinese fast food.

We used to eat at Panda Express at least once a week. Over time portions have shrunk, prices raised, but that was all right because quality wasn’t compromised. Lately, the last two times, in fact, we’ve noticed flavor has waned: noodles dry, not enough cabbage & onions; entrees tasteless(how could they ruin Bejing beef?). This will be our last visit to Panda Express. Too much competition available.
