The guy behind the counter was great. He looked like he was truly enjoying his job and was patient with those customers asking for samples(I usually hate it when folks in front of me can’t decide what to get and hold the line but the guy’s demeanor made me more patient today) The salted caramel flavor was perfect. With Costco yogurt just 100 yards away — the experience was worth the splurge.

Was going to come in and get some yogurt but the employee working at 6:30pm 1÷21÷2016 was scary!!! He wouldn’t stop staring at me and my friend! He seemed thirsty! Not a good vibe m. Felt like he wanted to do bad things to us. Never coming back here!

Never been a real big frozen yogurt fan. However, if you like it this is the place to go. They have been around since 1983 and survived all the ups and downs of the industry. Lots of great toppings and flavors.

Terrible customer service. I purchased a Groupon for this place. Didn’t use the entire value of the Groupon the first time. I bought one medium yogurt and asked the employee if they would have my balance the next time I came in. She said yes. So, I went in tonight and they told me they couldn’t use my Groupon and that I had to use the Groupon in one visit. They said it says in the fine print but I specifically asked the employee if I can come back and use it another time. She said YES. They told me the employee gave me the wrong information. So it was their fault but they still wouldn’t honor the value I had left on the Groupon. They weren’t understanding of the situation and basically said, «Too bad.» That’s how a business loses customers permanently. Instead of losing a little money(and pride) and getting repeat business, they are losing not only my family but everyone we know. I will never be back and will tell everyone we know to not step foot in there. There are plenty of other yogurt places. I should add that I was with my two kids. Do they honestly think I would go in on a Saturday night with children and lie about a Groupon? Get some fucking common sense.

I’ve come here for a while now and today I tried to redeem my stamps and they stated they couldn’t because it was from a different store. Really? On top of that they have signs for favors they do not have.

Golden spoon is amazing! They have plenty of flavors(more than most other froyo places). The cup sizes are good and the price is fair. If you’re gonna go with froyo, go with Golden Spoon(tutti frutti is good, but not quite on par with GS), you can’t go wrong.

Fro-to the-yo. Feeding a hungry family can be a trying experience, especially when you’re visiting from out of town. After finishing our main courses from the nearby eateries, everyone was craving dessert to clean up their palettes. That’s when G-Spoon comes in handy. Great location, right off Katella, next to Costco and the race tracks. Ample parking for the minivans and SUV’s. The gals working the fro-yo are friendly and bubbly. The kiddies and wifey like to get fancy with their flavors and toppings. While myself, keeping it simple, settle for a regular vanilla cone. Tastes like regular soft-serve, yum. Brings out the kid in me. Stopping by here is great way to finish a lunch break, before heading back to a basketball tourney in nearby Garden Grove. /bookmarked

Yummy, yummy, yummy! In terms of toppings, they had a ton. But, I’ve seen more. Overall, delicious and generous amount for the price. Good stuff

Just had the salted caramel !!! WOW!!! Brain freeze inducing wonderfulness, I could not stop eating it. After giving some other places a try and not being tempted to switch we came back to Golden Spoon near Costco today and now I truly understand why this is my «go-to» frozen yogurt place. Service is always good, too.

They have cinnabon flavored froyo! It’s so frickin good! For being low fat and only 27 calories an ounce it tastes pretty decadent. I topped it with snickerdoodle cookie topping which probably go the calories right back up there to a real cinnabon but man was it worth it. If you’re a fan of cinnamon I highly recommend you check out this I assume temporary flavor. They also have a salted caramel froyo that’s amazing. Prices are cheap, flavors are creative, and the service was friendly. Make sure you get a punch card! Get 9 froyo’s get one free.

I love this place. I swear I drive far out of my way home from work when I need a fro yo pick me up. The staff is awesome. I also like that it’s not self serve just because I can get a little cray cray with toppings. This place rocks! Sign up for their text and email deals!!!

This location is okay. Small which makes it crowded with just a few people waiting. But as always the yogurt is great and the staff is friendly

I love the variety of frozen yogurt over here. I’m so used to the other froyo place around the area where you do it all yourself that I wasn’t used to this new environment(well, it’s kinda like Pink Berry) but I am pretty sure I love Golden Spoon more. Their graham crackers are yummy.

There’s a guy(w/glasses) that works there who is so nice and patience. I asked to try almost all the flavors, and he still kept his friendly personality. If you buy yogurt on Mondays, you bring the receipt back for $ 1 off(or something like that). Double stamp day on Wednesdays! I like the seasonal blueberry yogurt flavor with mochi topping.

Hello Golden Spoon. I’ve just added you to my «must go here» list when I visit Southern California. I thought this would be just another tart and/or tasteless fro-yo joint. It’s not. The frozen yogurt is pretty tasty by itself without all the toppings that I tend to add to it. Why do we add to frozen yogurt? Doesn’t that defeat the purpose of having a somewhat more healthy alternative to ice cream? Example: Coffee fro-yo with Heath Toffee bits… which is delicious by the way. Same for strawberry fro-yo with mochi. Is it just me or are the plastic spoons really a bronze color rather than gold?
