I went in today and asked if they still had the oreo cheesecake blizzard. I was told yes so I ordered it! My dad ordered a regular caramel sundae. We got it to go so they were bagged. When we got home, I discovered my oreo cheesecake was a strawberry cheesecake. My dad called and complained. I was still unhappy so we drove back to get the blizzard I actually wanted. One worker took the blame. And basically they took back my strawberry cheesecake blizzard and gave me a new oreo cheesecake blizzard. She just handed it to me and then a lid instead of setting it to go like my previous order. Didn’t make up for the mistake they made or the fact I had to drive back to get what I actually ordered. That’s just poor customer service. If you go to this location, make sure you check your order before leaving because they don’t listen to what you actually ordered and don’t make up for their mistakes.

My husband’s family and I have been coming here for years. It’s within walking distance from my in-laws house, so that’s great for me, because I’m addicted to Heath Bar blizzards. Some of the employees here do a better job with making and mixing the blizzards than some of the other employees. Some are more stingy with the amount of ice cream and/or the candy, which is annoying. I’ve also had a couple blizzards that were not fully mixed, there would be a big portion on either the top or the bottom that had no candy in it. But most of the time, they do a good job. And you really can’t go wrong with a blizzard. They have also been continuously raising the prices, I’m not sure if that’s Dairy Queen as a whole, or just this location, but it’s starting to get too pricey, and we have cut back on how often we come. We used to come every other week we now come once a month and we may be cutting back more. But the employees are friendly, as is the manager. I don’t want my three-star rating to be considered a bad rating. Three out of five is for an average rating. This Dairy Queen is one of the better ones I’ve been too, however, its still a chain, and its neither awful, nor amazing, but average.

I just saw an employee icing a cake drop the icing on the counter and then proceed to put that icing back on the cake. That is so gross and on top of that they have a sink full of dirty water and another employee dunked some kind of tool into it shook it and the used it for the next blizzard she was making. I only came to this dairy queen because its open till 11 but never again SMH sooo disgusted

So this was my first time going to Diary Queen. I understand that it’s one of the oldest fast food chain around and they have bunch of stores everywhere. But I never had the desire to go since I’m not too crazy for ice cream. Today I took my girlfriend to the dentist. While she was getting her teeth cleaned I decided to give this place a try. I got in line and I saw 2 people in front of me ordering blizzard. The lady brings their order to them, and flipped it upside down like«Look! It’s not falling out! Wow!». The customers were so pleased and amused. I was not impressed. I ordered the plain vanilla cone dipped in chocolate. Cool thing about this is that the chocolate hardens in few seconds and turns into shell. The ice cream tasted good and the chocolate was a great match. I recommend eating the ice cream inside the shell first, then eating the chocolate shell after that. For my first time I wasn’t disappointed. Customer service was good too. I don’t mind coming back but I’ll probably just take my time discovering other ice cream place instead. It’s a big fast food chain so I’ll encounter it somewhere no matter what.

Probably wouldn’t go back. Service was good but the sundae was ridiculously priced. I was charged thirty cents for whipped cream, 30 cents for peanuts… Their sundaes only come with ice cream and fudge. And the place was dirty.

A family favorite since I was a kid. This location has been here for ages! Happy memories then and now! Usually staffed by eager high school kids, never had a bad experience. Every Dairy Queen has the same food and prices, but this one feels like a local staple because of the friendly service and hometown feel. Tip: There always seems to be some sort of coupon! Don’t pay full price! Find a discount online before you visit!

Considering that this is an old school Dairy Queen, I was surprised at service and taste. In other words, the service and taste doesn’t match the terrible 90’s aesthetic of this ice cream shop. I ordered a small Oreo cheesecake blizzard and the guy taking our order kept a full on smile on his face as if it was Disneyland. What’s more, after paying and waiting for my blizzard, my Oreo cheesecake blizzard order was finished super timely within 1 – 2 minutes. As I went to go to the counter to get it, the guy turned my blizzard completely upside down and the blizzard inside the cup stayed put! Amazing. They got magic tricks. My blizzard was tasty, sweet, and full of creamy cold fluff with crunchy Oreo pieces and little squares of cheesecakes. Like I said, the aesthetic of the place sucks. It’s so 90’s and crusty. But service was cool and taste was there.
