I bought a groupon for $ 99 for keratin hair straightening treatment. Before purchasing the groupon I did my research and this was a better option than Brazilian hair treatment. I have never been to a salon this was my first experience with a «professional» salon. When I came in for my appointment Marcela looked at my hair and stated it was going to $ 50 additional due to length and thickness I was upset about this as well. Marcela informed me that 72 hours later I can wash my hair with sulfate free shampoo and conditioner, which I had already purchased Moroccan oil shampoo n conditioner from Amazon. I washed my hair Tuesday morning, blow dried it and flat iron it. My hair looked the same as it did before my treatment, no change I thought that maybe I rushed it so I re did the entire process today on Saturday and spent 20 mins blow drying and 45 mins flat iron in small portions still no change. What a bad first experience and waste of my hard earned money!!! This is what my hair looks like right now

I had a hair stylist for 8 years that I went to on a regular bases, due to some family matters and conflict with the salon (privately owned salon with a single stylist) we stopped going. Shortly after that I reconnected with an old HS friend that had finished school recently so from there she took over my hair for a couple years. Sadly she’s gone MIA (My hair misses her immensely) that was until I found Marcela. I called to get an idea of pricing and from what I’ve heard from other salons around town they’re the most reasonably priced within a $ 20 range. Some were sketchy low (you get what you pay for) and others were just ridiculously high ($ 75 to chop off roughly 2″, some simple layers, and a quick trim of the bangs on mid back length, medium thickness hair, that is insane!)
It was a mom and daughter date day so we both showed up. We scheduled an appointment over the phone roughly 1.5 hrs before showing up. Marcela and Dawn greeted us right away and took us to their stations. I fell right into conversation with Marcela, it felt like I had been going their for years. My mom was the same with Dawn. They’re both such great stylists.
Marcela, thank you so much, you’ve made me and my hair happy again. I look forward to coming back again. See you in 3 – 4 months for another trim.

This is my second update (and third review) and you can see by the amount of check-​ins I have here that I really love this place. I think it is my favorite place to go and get my hair washed and styled. I have long, really thick hair, and it’s really difficult for me to do myself to get it to look right, so I enjoy getting it done by professionals. I started coming here because it’s close to where I stay on weekends. It’s also one of the cheapest hair salons I’ve found while also being one of the best. I like everyone here who’s done my hair. Yolanda, Brittany, and Kylie are all great. (I like Alisa too, but I’m not sure if she works there anymore. I also had a fifth lady do my hair once or twice, I think her name was Margaret, but I haven’t seen her there in a long time as well). I also like the manager, Marcela. She hasn’t done my hair, but she always greets her customers with a smile and nice words. They ask if you want water or coffee and they usually have cookies or another snack near the water cooler. It’s always clean, which is definitely a plus, and it looks nice. I love coming in here and getting my hair done, it is my only vice and it’s really easy for me to relax in here.

My best friend and I had our hair done for a wedding, my hair was down and curled loosely. Loved it, yet my hair didn’t hold the curl very well. The curls fell away shortly after the ceremony. My hair is naturally curly and normally holds curls extremely well… from past experiences I felt like the process was kind of rushed (hairdresser was supposed to be off that day) so it could be the reason why the curls didn’t last.
Yolanda was very nice, however I was peeved that I was quoted 65 at first… yet when she was done it came up to 70. Only five dollars but I don’t know why it changed. We were originally told $ 45 over the phone, starting price. Yet because of my length and texture it almost doubled even though it was not a complicated hairstyle. So if you have a hairstyle in mind, go in person to get a quote so you will know exactly what you’re getting into.
Brittany was nice, she was originally asked to do an updo for my friend. Two hours in, (after she was having an extremely hard time completing the do) we decided to keep my friends hair down and loosely curled like mine. this put a damper on our timeline and we barely made it in time for our event. Again go in person for a quote and to ensure that a stylist is capable of performing the hairstyle.

I am unhappy with the owner of this salon. Her lack of professionalism has really put me off. I am a sick person, I went in for a cut by Brittany who is really a great stylist but she wasn’t available. The owner offered Yolanda and so I decided to go for it. I arrived at the salon 10 minutes in advance of my appointment which was made by phone call with the owner. She knew I was sick as I made it very clear in the phone call. I was greeted by the owner, she seemed somewhat surprised that I was there for my 3:00. She offered me a seat and said that Yolanda would be with me shortly. Yeah. At 3:25, I finally asked if Yolanda was even in the shop. Bottom line, the owner allowed a 14 year old walk-​in to have my appointment with Yolanda.
The owner never apologized for her mistake. The owner never stopped talking to her male friend during my entire experience there. She never broke away to come and ask after me.
Yolanda did a great job. If Yolanda and Brittany could see me at some other shop, I would enjoy having my hair done by either stylist. I will not go back to this shop due to the cold, unprofessional owner who lacked any decency to come and acknowledge me.

Inexpensive and quick. I’ve visited twice for a haircut, and I was satisfied. I tried FantasticSams and Superclips, and they did a terrible job on my daughters’ hair (yes, both of them).
This place is so much better.

I highly recommend this salon! If you are looking for a new place for a haircut or color and style. You can even can get new everyday make-​up that matches your skin tone and style. Marcela has been cutting and highlighting my hair for a few years. I have seen the cuts and styles by others here and they all do a GREAT job. I love that they always ask me if I would like a cup of coffee or a water when I am there.

Marcela has been our stylist for over 20 years! She is the only one I would trust my hair to. She makes each visit welcoming by offering cookies or coffee.
She has a great staff and can be counted on to work miracles !

At Endless Cuts, Marcela greets me with a beautiful smile, serves me hot coffee, and then makes certain that I get just the right gentlemen’s trim I am looking for. Bravo.

Marcela has been my stylist for over five years now. I followed her to this location when she opened up her own shop. In my opinion, she’s the best… she cuts and colors my hair on a regular basis and I wouldn’t even think about going elsewhere. Her shop is nice and clean and she has just added a manicure station that is staffed by Courtney, who has done my nails at another location for the past couple of years. Now my two favorites are together in one location! Yay!
I was sorry to see Courtney leave but now Shana has begun doing nails here. She is fantastic… gel or regular polish. I love her work!

Very professional and great staff! Prices are very reasonable and they offer lots of hair products for sale.
I’ve been going to Marcela for many, many years now and wouldn’t trust my hair with anyone else!

I was in desperate need of a hair cut & color touch up! My hair stylist raised her price on me & I wasnt able to afford it so I had to look around & wanted my hair cut that day if I could possibly get it. I looked around on Unilocal & almost every Salon I looked at was closed Monday’s. So I had gone to the gym which was right behind Endless Cuts & saw this, so after my work out I called them and told them I wanted my hair cut & possibly touched up & asked if I could get in that evening. The owner asked if she could call me back so she could see if someone could cut & possibly color my hair at 5:30pm. She called me back within 10 minutes & said I was able to go in at 5:30.
From the time I had it scheduled to my appointment time I was a nervous wreck! I have gone to Great Clips, where they have messed up my hair (thankfully it grew back) & there was only 1 review on here which also made me nervous. But like I mentioned before, I was in desperate need of a hair cut haha. I walked in, & it was actually a nice salon, a bit empty but could have been dirty or something. I told the girl what I wanted & she was the one that called me back & wasnt the one doing my hair. The girl doing my hair was washing another clients (her first time as well) hair. Once she was done with my hair she saw what I needed & went to get the color. I only had Blonde Peek-​a-​Boo highlights so it wasnt all around color but still Blonde is a hard color & can turn out wrong if you dont do it right. That turned out good, the cut turned out good. I had a coupon for first time clients receive a free haircut with any color. So I walked out paying $ 40. The hair cut was going to be $ 30 so still cheaper then most salons. The lady that did my hair was Talia, and overall she was pretty good! If someone wanted an inexpensive hair cut & possibly color, I’d definitely recommend her, if you are able to pay the high end price, then I’d go somewhere else but as for cheap, this is definitely a good place!

I had my hair cut and colored at the salon recently and got lots of compliments. Professional, friendly staff (they serve coffee and cookies too along with fun trashy mags) and reasonable prices too; I also liked that the stylists offered suggestions without being pushy.
The salon is easy to find at the corner of Ball/​Walker. I haven’t tried the other services but I understand they also do waxes and facials.
