Fiesta Time Moonwalks

Summary– Super friendly service for party rentals.
Used for a bounce house and cotton candy rental, arrived on time and setup exactly where asked. Gave good clear instructions and the picked up later in the day. Will use again.

Having a birthday in December is hard when you’re a water baby at heart, so we had an extra special Summer ½ birthday for my 6 (½) year old. He planned the whole thing (in great detail) but the biggest part of his plan was the HUGE waterslide for all his friends. Little did I know you have to reserve those puppies! I called one place 2 weeks out & never heard back, but thankfully an online search led me to Fiesta Time Moon Walks. I tried to reserve online but due to a computer error on my end I couldn’t get through the process. I called the number on the website & Mr. Bart answered, pulled up my half complete reservation & was able to get me all taken care of. I decided to just pay the $ 25 deposit because I was afraid I would pay the full amount & no one would show up with the slide, but I don’t think I really had to worry about that! A couple days before I received an email letting me know the she details like the account of space they would need & the delivery info. The day before Mr. Bart called to confirm delivery & time. I put 11 AM on the form & he was calling to ask if my party was at 11 (so they could be there early) or if I just wanted the slide early. My party wasn’t until 2 but I told him I wanted the kids to be able to play as long as possible. They got it here by 10:45! The 2 guys that put it up were kind, professional & efficient. My little ones were running around, pretty much in the way, because they were so excited, but the guys didn’t mind at all. They got it set up where I wanted it, made sure it was running right, went over some instructions & then asked what time I wanted it picked up. I asked for as late as possible so they said they would make me the last stop. About 8:45 they came to pick it up. Again, they were professional and quick. The slide itself was wonderful — huge, clean & in great condition. We adults were even in on the fun. The only problem was that I failed to explain to my little ones that the slide was a one day thing. That was a tough late night convo. I would definitely use Fiesta Time moonwalks again. In fact I have another party in a few weeks so I plan on using them again really soon! Sorry for the long review but when I booked there weren’t any… I went on my gut & I am so glad I did! Thank you!
