I went in this past weekend. I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked in. The guy behind the counter was super helpful and pointed me in the right direction. He explained the products I was looking at and helped me choose the best one. I decided to go with a lesser expensive product than the one he originally suggested and he didn’t say anything about it. I could tell he really cared about me and giving me the best product.

Very awkward and rude staff. I knew exactly what I wanted to buy when I walked in. The cashier, Dither, asked if I needed help, i said no thanks. He then walked around the counter and followed me asking if I wanted help with everything I looked at. It was painfully awkward. I went to check out. He rang it up and told me the wrong price, when I corrected him, he replied, «whoa, patience man,» as if it was part of the cashier experience for him to «cut me a special deal». Whatever.
