Great Wraps

Absolutely horrible. The entire restaurant is SWARMING with flies. And the workers don’t seem to care and don’t even bother to swat them away from the food. They also don’t understand English numbers which made ordering a certain quantity of food impossible. They didn’t know even 1 – 10. I’m not kidding. Trust me. Don’t bother finding out for yourself.

It’s alright. I like the Santa Fe wrap the most, but oftentimes something about it just seems «off.» This last visit was pleasing — the food tasted fresher than in past times… I also noticed that they’ve revamped a few things and added more to the menu. Overall — not the best choice at the outlets, but definitely not the worst. I might eat here again… ;-)

Firstly, I congratulate them because They redefined the word «disgusting».
Yes you heard it right. The food was «DISGUSTING». I have never eaten something like this before. The worst philly, the worst fries. And it is too expensive. I paid 18 dollars for 2 philly (small, I mean really small) and 1 fries. They give people 1 dollar off coupon but dont believe it. It is a trick. There is a meal (fries drink philly) but if you use the coupon they make it separate so you actually pay more.
I mean their meat is really the worst. I think they use the worst meat on the market.
But one think is I found really successful. Their marketing. They show their wrap as the best wrap out there.
Anyways this place is really toxic. I wish I could give them 0 stars!

Get an itemized receipt when you dine here. They overcharge you for things you didn’t order. I ordered the Large Philly Cheese steak with a small drink and fries. The cashier handed me a large drink and charged me for a large drink. I informed him that I ordered a small. He began by telling me the small and large drink were the same price. When I pointed out why do you have two difference sizes, he couldn’t answer. I asked him to void the erroneous charge and take back the large drink. After he was done I had to request a receipt for the transaction. I noticed I wascharged for Large Cheese Fries when I only asked for small fries. The cashier was huffing with an attitude as if I was his boss whom demoted him. He refused to void the entire transaction and ring me up for the correct items I had originally requested.
I’ve decided to contact their manager and their corporate office concerning these charges. It is not fair for a patron to be charged and forced to pay for items they did not order. The food was not even worth $ 15.33.

Can I give zero stars? Our food was beyond mediocre… even for food court standards. I got the jalapeño chicken wrap with the ranch on the side. I ended up with ranch on the wrap. It had no discernible taste — even with the jalapeños and the «spicy» ranch.
Hubs got the chicken strips… that tasted like they’ve been sitting out all day.
We split a large fry which was more than enough for both of us but also was completely tasteless. I don’t think they even salted them. We also got charged for an order of large feta fries — but since it was in the middle of the lunch rush on a Saturday we didn’t bother waiting in line to get a refund.
Oh and they don’t even have water cups — just bottled water.
At least they gave us a free refill on our soda!

The service here sucks… we ordered a crispy chicken wrap and they brought us something else and when we said it wasn’t right they started arguing with us. And when he finally took it back they gave us a lot of attitude… definitely won’t be coming back.

I’ve definitely had better but it’s pretty cheap and for being at the outlet mall, this is a decent meal for cheap.

The food quality is about the same as subway but at a much higher cost. I was expecting to pay $ 5 for a combo but ended up paying closer to $ 8. Given the cost vs value i would recommend sticking with subway.
